The staff at the store are extremely unprofessional. They are dishonest, lacking integrity, and respect for their customers. Specially Chris the main gun sales person. He will act friendly while lying to you and trying to do what’s only in his own self interest. I’ve had him do this to me on multiple occasions, on one of them the store manager had to step in to correct the situation. This person has little to no integrity. I spoke to some higher-ups and although polite they did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. There’s too many other good competitors in the area to give any business to a place that doesn’t appreciate it. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

Great Place to do business!! Everyone is very helpful. Store is clean and well organized. Not your typical pawn shop. Would do business here again. I bought a Rhino revolver and Juan with Angel where very helpful making this decision.

Store is organized and clean. I was greeted and helped by by Jose L. At this store the ambiance was smooth. Other shops have loud music and unable to hear. Jose was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return.

Had a handgun transferred here from an online gun store. Was a little frustrated at first because I knew they received it the day I went to pick it up and was told by the owner that it had not been logged into the system yet. I was upset and called the corporate office and told them about the situation the next morning. Less than an hour later, I received a call from the manager of the store who told me that my item was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, I was waited on immediately and the store manager explained to me that he has several people in the store the day before and just didn't have time to handle me the night before. Which, in retrospect, was absolutely understandable given the fact that there were 5 people in the store and they were closing in 30 minutes. Everyone there was extemely nice to me and I was able to talk with the manager for a long time one on one. I can honestly say that Mr. Terry is a very professional, honest and sweet-hearted man. I will definitely use MoneyMart again. God Bless them for their great customer service.
