Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry FM 1960, Humble

I like this Money Mart Pawn. Merchandise presentation in the store is very good. The store associates are friendly and helpful. I like their inventory of firearms. They also have a nice selection of professional audio equipment, musical instruments - especially guitars, power tools & equipment, watches and jewelry.

They don’t care about customers I was there to buy a ps4 no one help me i left

Horrible customer service. Walk in and no one greets you nor ask you if you need help.

This is the absolute best pawn shop around. The managers are phenomenal the employees are kind respectful friendly make you feel at home. Never a bad experience. All my friends come here. Very reasonably priced on all their merchandise. You got a light bill or rent due bring your stuff here they gonna help you pay it!!

Got band from the store because I said the Brad deserves a store and the manager was not friendly. Spent tons of money even talk to their boss and talked for a while but never called me back to take care of the issue. Reading some of the reviews I'm not the only one how see the manager is not customer friendly while everyone else is great. You kick me out because I hurt your feeling really.....

Have been doing business with this amazing establishment for 6 years and will continue to do so as long as Joel and Brad are managing this outstanding store. Always friendly and helpful to my family, and on more than one occasion have gone above and beyond to ensure our purchases were satisfactory. Keep up the great work! P.S. To whom it may concern I would like to bring to your attention what a wonderful, great and personal staff you have at the Humble/ Atascocita Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry. Last week my daddy was in the hospital in critical condition and the entire staff ( Joel, Brad, Bella, Val and my sweet friend we call each other twin worked with me and helped me so much. This is the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last time that they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. And the staff are so caring about what I was going through. It means a lot to me when a local business is willing to help a regular guest. They touch my heart and for that, I am very grateful. They deserve kudos for such a great job. So THANK YA’LL JOEL, BRAD, BELLA, VAL AND MY TWIN. If I could give you a raise I would give all of y’all one and a extra day off. Xoxo ♥️🙏🤗

They refused to take my Dl. & wouldn't take my items to pawn even. Said I had bad credit with another pawn shop due to me losing a couple of items a long time ago. At least a year ago! Turned me away!

Changed owners. Inside looks like a hospital. Nothing good to buy just the bigger pawn shop company buys our neighborhood stores and ruins them. My things were stolen and they lied to me and destroyed all records of my purchase. Hey first cash. We don’t want to buy your trash you can’t sell elsewhere. We want real deals on good products and good service. Over priced No selection This place used to be my favorite place to browse, I spent at least 1600 here in the last 2 months. Now I will never go back to this place again

Great pawn shop!! My #1 place to go. Great staff that’s always super nice and patient when you want to look at something. Store manager Joel is always helpful as well. Have always had a good experience here. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I pawned my playstation and they didn't check to make sure it was working properly before giving it to me. Its CLEARLY BEEN DROPPED and the disk tray is broken now and they refuse to take accountability for their obvious lack of care for customers items DO NOT PAWN HERE

I LOVE (THIS)MONEY MART!!! I LOVE THE FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND APPROACHABLE STAFF!!! This staff goes OVER & BEYOND. The store has authentic merchandise with great prices. Lastly, they always welcome the opportunity of negotiating, which is cool beans.😉

Brad is super friendly and always helpful however the store manager generally presents and unfriendly persona. They have good deals to be had on their gun selections on occasion but then sometimes its priced at MSRP. Me and my wife stop in several times a month. There is good deals on other things to I got a front and rear motorcycle stands for 60 bucks wich was a steal.
