The ladies were quite pleasant, and I was able to obtain a loan quickly and easily. The ladies were quite gracious. I would recommend them to anyone who needs it and because they seem to care about their customers. I witnessed them engage with other customers while I was there, and they were always really attentive to our needs as a customer.

I had an emergency and had to send money western union a couple days ago. Yari was very kind AND professional. She worked quickly and didn’t waste any of my time. Highly recommend

Wendy, Maria and Jessica always make me feel welcomed. I have been coming to this center for almost a year and service has been top notch, prompt, fast and very professional. This should be a model center for advance America in the area. I'm very pleased.

I have had a great experience with until I was late on a payment due to flooding and wasn't able to work. I kept in touch with this location on what was going on, but Wendy one of the ladies that works at this location was calling my reference over and over and over tell them I need to call. Telling them I haven't been in touch with them. Again I have been in touch with them and letting them know what was going on. She is rude and unprofessional when I talked to here she down talked me like I was worthless, I don't let people talk to me like that so I got rude back and asked her why she is calling my references when I had already talked to Jessica about my loan. She proceeded to talk down so I hung up on her. I will never speak with her again. She needs to learn to communicate with her employees and how to talk to costumers. Once I pay off my loan I will never use this place again because of her (Wendy). Jessica is awesome and understanding on what's going on. Jessica has always been helpful and polite. If it was just her working I would continue to use this place when needed, but Wendy has ruined it and left a bad taste in my mouth. It's been about 2 months now and still haven't heard from anyone at advance america. I was hoping that someone would contact me about this matter but seems to me there is a lot of talk but no action. It's a shame. Ok I had the division Director call me yesterday, we talked and I guess I had forgot I had talked to him before so my last review isn't totally accurate. We had a nice conversation he was very attentive on what I had to say, he apologized for her action and insisted that he talk to her and corrected her actions. It means a lot when the division director calls you and not just someone for a call center that doesn't care about the issue or what happened, but calls just to give you the warm and fussy feeling. I greatly respect the director for reaching out to contact me. Thank you sir! Has for getting another loan from here, I would if needed. The only other issue I have is that you can't put an extra $10-20 down when you refinance the loan, it has to be $50 increments, just an FYI. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a loan and the staff is awesome, besides the little mishap. Hope this helps! Thank you!

The personal level of service I receive each and every time I go in is amazing! I have never once had to deal with any negative people, all of the girls are the nicest! This location is very convenient and they offer later hours which is very helpful. If for any reason you are in a bind and need cash, look no further than these ladies in Humble!

I have worked with the staff here for over 1 year now. Even though I live about 22 miles away, I still choose to go there because of the staff. It is super important to me that I go there and everyone is friendly to me.
