When I went into the Check n Go location I had no idea or or knew anything about payday loans or installment loans. The first thing that happened when I walked in I was greeted with a really big smile by Michelle and was welcomed into the store and she answered all of my questions and was very very informative of anything that I wanted to know and dealt with my thousand questions with a smile on her face. She kept a really fun and lighthearted atmosphere within the store where we filled it with a lot of laughter and giggling making this process so much easier. Michelle is the epitome of customer service and I appreciate check'n go for hiring the best type of employee that they can.
