Arely is an amazing employee that yall have at store 481. Went to 2 different stores, store 481 is one of the ones I went to the day before and neither one was able to help me came back to store 481 and Arely was very patient with me understood my situation and was ae to help me. She was also very informative with her job and was able to answer all my questions I had. Arely is a VERY GREAT EMPLOYEE AND PERSON yall are lucky to have her and cause of her I will keep my business with this establishment and not close my account like I had planned. This store offers a bad experience for their customers. Vicky is very unprofessional and has very little patience and doesn't seem to have interest in helping the customer. She pointed her finger at me and had a defensive tone of voice.

As i walked in was having to get a tem card ,but Vicky went way above and beyond to help me just as simple as it set my new pin. She is very sweet and a very loyal employee. I do highly recommend..

Today i came in to make a payment on loan, and the associate was helping a customer and another customer came after waiting 5-10 mins...he appraoched the teller and said he has been coming in for the past 2 days , and said he has been waiting for 40mins. But I've been waiting for 20 mins and the gentlemen wasn't waiting that long. So he lied and the teller was explaining to him that she had to help him and she was the only one there . But yes her performance was outsiding and great!

My husband and I went it to this location to send a money gram. It was our first time using this service so we were kinda dumb founded on how exactly it works. Ms. Vicky stepped right in and talked us through the entire process. We came in pretty close to closing time and she still helped us with a smile and was very patient. We definitely will be using this location in the near future! Awesome customer service!!

Vicky helped my fiancé with getting a loan and was very informative. She took the time to explain how the loan worked and made sure it was easy for us to understand what he was signing for. Vicky was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend coming to her If you need a loan.
