VANESSA IS A LIFESAVER! Truly an amazing human being and a phenomenal employee. I was at my wits end trying to get a check from my brokerage account cashed after being attacked at a MAX stop and getting my wallet stolen, along with all of my IDs and bank cards. I couldn't get a new ID, because the only cash I had access to was in the check I was trying to get cashed. It has been the hugest nightmare trying to get resolved. I had just about given up hope when I decided to give Ace a shot, so I arrived 15 minutes before they closed and dumped my pile of paperwork on poor Vanessa, along with my sob story. She was patient, empathetic and so understanding. She worked with me, despite not having my driver's license, instead verifying my identity through other channels. She stayed well past closing and not only cashed that dang check, but helped me get some other pressing matters resolved. She never got impatient, short, exasperated.... she quite literally saved me and changed my life, because now I have access to a trust fund I couldn't get to previously. Vanessa, thank you again for all of your help, I am forever grateful for what you did for me and what no other business seemed to be willing to do. Every time I've been in the store there she's always the only person working, but she handles everything with ease even when it's busy. She's amazing!
