Awesome pawn shop. The employees work hard and are all nice and respectable. They give fair prices for loans and are willing to push up the amount for you if you have good history with them. They’ve helped me out in a bind many times and I’m always happy to go there. They have many locations in the area and this is by far the best one.

👎👎👎👎👎👎I went to buy a chain last week to give away. Turns out I miscalculated the size. come back in 2 days and ask the store if they could change for a longer one and I would pay the difference on the price. They told me no. That they did not accept change and that they could not give me a solution. that they only offered me to buy the chain for 30% of what it cost me. I have the original receipt for $360 and they offered to buy as the only solution for $140. I don't recommend it at all. They take advantage of customers. This store is a shame👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Awesome crew Erin and her team are a life savor seriously! The team working today on 6/17/22 on 82nd and Powell are the face of your company! They are truly some huge attributes in this company and people will follow where they go! They deserve a raise and honestly helped a person and his family out when in need! GIVE THEM A RAISE ASAP!!

This place is great ! Arron is the sweetest lady super helpful and respectful . All of the staff there is super friendly and ready to help you as soon as you walk in. I would recommend this place to my friends and family

I absolutely love this location. Mainly due to two associates, that seem to go above and beyond and they both have the best customer service outta any place I've been to, especially lately. Andrew is absolutely great. Hes patient kind, helpful beyond words and offers exceptional customer service. Erin(I hope I spelled her name right) is funny makes me smile when I was crying due to another associate not wanting to really assist me. She turned the entire experience around for me and I couldn't thank her and Andrew enough. They both deserve raises in my opinion especially having to deal with thre people they have to right off 82nd and Powell... Not the best area... Thank you both though you made my year a bit better and with the loss of my father my daughter and just this last week the loss of my grandpa, I've had an awful year...it was nice to be helped and to be able to smile from their help and assistance. Thank you both!

Pretty sure they're smoking something funny cause their deals are a joke. Offered me 20 dollars on a 1000 watt 5.1 home audio system that brand new. Even with stickers and paint wear that's a bad joke. Bought my dried out, badly painted longboard for 25 dollars. I'd know I painted it. Sells outdated consoles like their new and still receiving updates. They say offer up is a better deal. They might be right.

Very unprofessional woman who claimed to be management was so ghetto and rude on the phone I politely asked if they had found my charger to my computer and she rudely shouted and said nope and we're not going to just give you one so I asked her well you guys don't receive computers without the charger that is the proof that I had one and she ratchetly yelled at me and told me she can't help me she's not going to give me nothing

I'm not sure what the all high and mighty attitude that runs amongst the employees there is but it gives a bad vibe! Not only the great smiles and welcoming greeting when you walk in(sorry for my sarcasm) but I waited at the jewelry counter for at least 15 min. And then asked for some help. They said someone would be right over .......??? Well I'm not sure when that was but it was not in the 25 mins. I was there.

Thanks to Kaytee and the staff at USA Pawn & Jewelry. This was my first time into the store, Kaytee answered all the questions I had about the Nintendo Switch. She was authentic, genuine and helpful. It's rare to find such good customer service. I will be back to do more business.

Jackson!you need more of HIM! It's always a risk buying from a pawn shop, always have paper proof two for them to give you 24-hour notice. With that being said Jackson took his time and patiently helped me through the process of choosing an electronic item, even though there was a long line. You went above and beyond making sure everything worked. I understand the risk I took when buying this item but so far it work regardless if it doesn't work I really appreciate Jackson's customer service.

Though most pawn shops are not exactly known for their customer service, I have found that this location is different (for the most part). Of the five or so employees of whom I've dealt with, only one of them was less then enjoyable. The manager (I wish I had remembered her name...) Was just amazing. Interacting with her was a pleasure and she seems to genuinely care that you get the best deal available. I now go to this pawn shop exclusively, and am better for it

This is a great store! I have been doing business with this location for ten years and always have a great experience. They pay well if you have something to sell and the merchandise on their sales floor is reasonably priced. I recommend the USA Pawn at Powell Street Station and the brand USA Pawn in general above any other similar business in Portland.

I love coming to this pawn shop Chris and Erin are the best they make you feel like your a family friend they look out for you and try to help you to their best ability I will for sure be coming back and Referring others to come here

My husband went in to pay off his loan and get his item back. They said they lost it. They told him they did an audit and it was gone. He didn't feel like they cared about the resolution. I don't know how you make a wedding ring lost right again.

The hours given on Google maps is either not updated or their morning crew is too lazy to open on time. It's states 9am on Google and it 9:15am 4/16/2022.

My first pawn shop I ever been to and went yesterday 10/27/21 and I was the first customer in there at the time. I was looking for a nice gold chain for my daughter bday Friday and told her what I was looking for. She helped me for 2 mins got a phone call and took it to the back. She told me she would be rite back. She came out and 3 people walked in while I was waiting and she came back out five minutes later and didn’t look at me and waited on the other people instead. I was gonna buy a gold chain I was looking at. I ended up walking out. I went to A-1 Hawk instead. Way better service and more to look at. If I could give this a 0 I would because I think that was very ignorant.

Katie helped me today but she has done many times in the past always with great service great smile and great knowledge of the products. She always does her best to give me a good price usually the price mark on the item is already a great price and I go with that this is a great store great people and will always remember the great owner that used to own it. He help me out plenty of times and so has Katie and all the other workers thank you so much for having a wonderful store and a good place to go to in the neighborhood . I don’t normally write reviews, especially of pawnshops, but this place was pretty awesome! I went in kind of looking at stereo stuff and maybe a cordless drill and ended up getting a sweet pair of beats, a watch, a brushless XR dewalt driver, and a multitool and a vintage Vietnam air corps survival knife. I might still go back for a computer I wanted too if it's still there after payday. The place had a lot of, well everything, and I just started checking stuff out, the have the usual stuff like amps and guitars, stereos, video games (if you’re lucky), and tools and computers, jewelry, you get it. I think what really made my day was this girl Kaytie or Kaytee or something, I know it was different. She was super nice and took the time to show me all the things I asked about. The watches were in the case, but she let me look at all of them and eventually helped me decide on the one I got when I couldn’t make up my mind. When I got up to the counter with my armload of stuff, she was super thorough explaining the policies and whatnot, and when I asked if I could get a bundle discount she was able to work it out with the manager or whoever and got me a little lower, which was already about half what you would pay at a regular store, and it was all brand new looking anyway, except the knife which is the idea of vintage. I mean hey, it’s off 82nd, so who knows, it might actually have been brand new. I asked about whether they get a lot of stolen stuff but she said they hold everything for at least a month or so to give the cops a chance to make sure it isn’t stolen so I feel good about the whole thing all in all, and I guess they get to know how to spot it and which regulars are most suspect. Kickass place and kickass service, super glad I decided to drop in after WinCo! Shout out to Kaytie for making it easy!

I've been here twice. They do not enforce the mask mandate. Customers openly bare faced in line, managers with their noses sticking out, taking off masks to talk. Really gross.

4 people in the store I waited almost an hour to get help ,none of their TVs were plugged in the ones that were had setup pictures on them The VizioI bought was a waste of my money & time Be sure to get that $5 protection plan .... Now 2 days later I don't have a TV and no way to get another one. Sound screams & now so do I . I have no way to watch without hearing ear piercing screech and being disabled I can't afford to buy a new one

Aaron was just filling in at this location due to lack of staff and she was more then wonderful!!she took her time and made sure I was fully informed and left no questions regarding my loan.Just her fairness with every single customer and her huge caring heart shined thru so much that everyone couldn't help but notice it!Thanks alot girl see u soon!!
