Staff at this location is great. Very efficient and fast. Give all the relevant information very clearly. Flexible when you need an extra day or two to pay back loan. They have great new features like putting the money into your account immediately that is really helpful when paying rent. This is a place you can borrow without any hassle if you are employed. very clear upfront information. They have other loans like title loans if you own a vehicle. They have been an enormous help to me as I don't qualify for credit based loans. I fully recommend this location.

The people who work there are very friendly, but they never have enough staff. My last trip, I literally stood in the line for an hour and a half. The line was so long that one gentleman was waiting in line and nearly bumping shoulders with a person who was trying to get a payday loan. There's not many chairs, so if you've been waiting for a long time, you're out of luck to sit down and take a break from standing. They don't have anyone dedicated to anything in particular. For example, while I had been waiting in line, there were three people behind the glass, and two of which were on the phone, while the rest of us waited for our turn. Had all three of them not had to deal with the phones, the line would have went MUCH faster. If you get to a window, and you don't have everything, don't worry. They will allow you to hold up the entire line and won't help someone else while you're filling out the forms you should have been filling out beforehand. I don't think these people should go to the back of the line, but they can easily help other people while you're getting your stuff together. Two stars for the fact that the staff is friendly, but the way they conduct business sucks, and that's just poor management. There are many ways that could make this process run much more smooth and efficiently, but it appears that they don't care.

My second time in here and I find the staff nice I have never had any issues with them being rude to me. First time yes I had to wait a long time but you need to have patience when you go into any business. Cause when it’s your turn you take your sweet time too. I have seen impatient people and I wouldn’t be nice to a customer if they were rude either. Patience is a virtue

I’ve been her once before years ago and was treated kindly and with always prompt service .. years went by and once again the need arose for a little extra cash and even though it was a bit out of the way we came back and are very grateful that we did! Despite a long line it went quickly giving me just enough time to fill out my application . From there the staff have all been pleasant, hard working and easy to communicate with making my experience there exemplary! Thank you Rapid Cash:)

She had a lot of attitude and belittled me. I understand you need to be direct and probably deal with some rough customers but these are often customers with difficult situations you are assisting. A little compassion wouldn't hurt.. 6.22 6:40PM

I tried for just the very tip of the star but it was either 1 star or nothing! This place is a disgrace to human kind! No I'm not a disgruntled patron or x employee, I was a customer of Rapid Cash, have taken out 3 separate loans over 300.00 ,I was approved for a thousand. The last loan was troubled by the debit card, leaving them to withdrawal from my account directly, which they did and received their money! However when it was needed again, I stroll in thinking no problem, instead I got Satan himself telling me that I owed 20 bucks do to some rejection they got, that's fine. If I inadvertently break a rule or something goes wrong, there should be a punishment. These human pieces of garbage wait until I'm in need, and when I came in was just all to happy to tell me I couldn't borrow unless I paid 20 bucks, and smiling she stated, it may or may not let you borrow today!.... I'm thinking, what a piece of work! These people feed off of others misfortune and mistakes, someone is going to but to then act as if your a judge and jury passing punishment out of retaliation from someone making a mistake! They could have called, sent an email! They had both but yet found it more pleasurable to wait until I really needed it so they could get some get back! My son tried to warn me, they did something similar to him! Go anywhere but here if you like being treated with respect and decency!

Went online and applied for a small loan. After listing my personal information I was instructed to contact customer service, I then gave them my personal info and they said they would need to transfer me to another “department”, I then gave them my personal info and they said they would need to transfer me to another “department”, all said and done, they now have my personal info and told me I had to fill out an affidavit and get signed by my bank due to fraudulent activity on my account. They then informed me that regardless they wouldn’t be able to give me a loan in the future due to fraudulent activity....they now have all my personal info and chose not to tell me till after they got my info that regardless, I wouldn’t be able to get a loan DO NOT go these people!!!!

I've been coming to this location for a few months. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. Yes they're understaffed but there are times I come in and they're multi tasking so well they're helping me take out a loan at the same time as answering a call. I'm not always into small talk so I love this. I like to just do what I came for and be on my way. I do think they should hire more people I mean there's like 7 windows and usually only 3 are being used.

The service was professional, polite and quick. These ladies are amazing there was a very long line & many calls, they all handled each person professionally without going crazy. The pressure they are under with people coming in and phone calls, they handle all this very VERY well. I wouldn't be able to do there job. These ladies deserve some great recognition from their manager/corporate office. Every single one of them, the lady that attended me was amazing and I told her that when she completed my loan.

I cant help but believe this place is run by a lot of genuinely good people, they are always so kind and helpful. Bring in the proper documentation, pay back your loans, and Rapid cash will usually always be there for you if you need them. The staff is excellent; caring, and really try and help you. Great hours and more than 1 location in the Portland area. Lower interest rates than other payday loan places, and very easy options for payback.

I ran in to a problem with the system. Ms. Jessica at store in Portland, made everything right, I was Frustrated, angry. She help me relax, had me drive over to her store. Basically I left there smiling and now doing this review. Love her, and appreciate all she did. Truth is she could of said sorry I can't help you. " We need more Ms. Jessica's. Willing to do right, and help out. Thank you again "Jessica."

My last visit to Rapid Cash was my best experience I have ever had at Rapid Cash on Powell Blvd... The place has been remolded since my last visit and there was plenty of tellers on hand so there was no wait. I was in and out in no time at all. No hassle at all. A very good experience in all. I was very happy.

Always easy in and out...I would advise going to pay your car title loan in person and picking up your car title loan then and there. I paid my car title loan over the phone and they claimed they put my title in the mail to an address I had ten years ago. That was quite a scare! Turns out my title was there the whole time. Took over a week to figure that out...
