Silver Lining Gresham runs a great shop. Very clean and organized, and great staff. Wholesale pricing on purchases, and they offer a fair market value on items you sell to them.

This place is amazing! I have been coming here for a few years now and every time I'm greeted with a warm smile. There's always polite conversation and the willingness to help. This is the only place that I feel safe taking my property to because I know that it will be well taken care of and safe. The best part is that they're open on Saturday so it's super convenient for me as I work Monday through Friday. If you like to watch movies they have an amazing selection of Blu-ray and regular DVDs. All are inspected to make sure they're in good condition. I would suggest everyone to go here. Edit: new photos posted as of 11-21-19

I read all the great reviews here so we gave them a try. What a pleasant experience! Solomon and his coworker were interested in the jewelry I brought in to sell and the story behind a couple of pieces. They gave me good information and I was most happy with the offer. The store was clean and they were taking Covid-19 precautions seriously. This was definitely a lot more fun than mailing it off and we kept our business local.

⚠️DONT COME HERE⚠️ Not a good place if you're p.o.c they act like you stole whatever it is and try and offer such a low deal. The girl with the ponytale was trying to offer me the same price for 2 different size real gold necklaces. Gold is a fixed price you cant tell me they are the same value. 🤔 Also I seen a sign for a discount for good reviews thats against Google rules. Reply: i see how you didn't comment about the offer for good reviews. This place obviously can't get them without the incentive🤭🤭. I had 2 solid 16inch 14kg one was is 3mm the other 1.2. So these would be the same? As far as fixed price im refering to, at the time of purchase the cost of gold did not change. This place is still shady to people of color.

I at first wasn't happy with the offer given to me for my loan but when I came back with an additional tool the offer was substantially higher. I left with a smile on my face and confidence that my bill would be paid and the guy that helped me in the end was even dealing with a difficult customer, for which he apologized many times. I am so far happy over all and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I will leave an update on my experience once I go to retrieve my items from my loan. It was my first visit today: I found the people to be professional, efficient, and knowledgeable - well versed in the items I brought in today. I was not expecting such a great experience at a pawn shop! OK - the last one I visited was in LA .... perhaps that set my expectations! Still, I was in and out quickly, & very satisfied.

Found some guns on arm dealer we wanted. It was as simple as calling the store and checking to see if they had them. They offered to hold them while we drove up. Got both the guns we wanted was super quick and very fair prices. We will be back! Thanks guys!!!

I but a laptop from them for 3000$ thousand and 6 months it failed contacted dell said this item is reported lost and how did I buy this laptop for this store? I said they sold it to me for 3000$ thousand I try taking it back they said not there problem reported to police ! I will never buy ever from places like this ever ! I contact my attorney!

This is the best place to either pawn your valuables and or make a purchase. The staff here is very friendly and knows their stuff. Anytime I've come here I've always had nothing but excellent service. I don't worry about having my valuables here. I truly trust this place and I won't go anywhere else.

The woman I spoke to over the phone was curt and pretentious as well as contradicting herself.... Had I not mentioned the desktop computer (never used), was not through the Internet Essentials Comcast program, because, up to that point she was in fact interested...(it's a Dell only 2 years old)...I wouldn't have asked her to clarify the confusion(!) Needless to say - I hesitate doing business with a store when their staff seems to have the assumption that all people are corrupt. :/

What an easy, straight forward process. I was in a tough situation & pawning a couple of my rings was an option I am very glad to have and this is a beautiful store with cases filled with tempting treasures. Very glad I chose Silver Lining.

MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE!!! Last year, my partner and I were looking for promise rings, and we found one of the most beautiful pink sapphire 14k ring, BREATHTAKING. My eyes light with glimmer as I saw it, and knew that was the one. Then, this year we were looking for engagement rings and of course we had to see Laura. She was so sweet, and helped me find the most perfect ring, it feels like a dream. A beautiful 18K, triad Diamond, I couldn't believe it. Laura has the most beautiful rings, and I cannot wait to come back. She is the sweetest, and has great taste.

I made the trip to the Gresham location cause it said it’s open till 6pm. Upon are arrival at 535pm most of the jewelry was put away. I ask about what I was looking for the very nice attendant/young lady grab something to show me unfortunately it wasn’t what I was looking for. My girlfriend asked to look at some rings which we where to there to buy!!!!! The older lady said it’s all been put away and was very rude in how she said it to her. She wasn’t willing to show us anything!!!! At this point I just looked at her and said let’s go!!! I choose silver lining cause I bought some stuff from the sandy location over 15 years ago and they where awesome. I went down the road to another hawk shop and they where glad to show me rings. The got my 679 dollars today. I will try sandy location again for what I’m looking for next week. I’m giving you 3 stars cause the younger gal was very nice and personable. I think if you are not willing to show jewelry after 530 you should state it on you website so I don’t drive 45 min. (I don’t have a ton of time to make it during the day cause of my schedule)

Store spent so much of their time going through hundreds of pieces of jewelry that I had no idea where to start pricing. After separating the pieces into different piles, spent more time testing and gave us a price to buy from us. The price seemed totally fair and had given more information and offered going through other items that may need to be sold elsewhere. Such friendly people I appreciate their help!
