I can't begin to tell you how much I was impressed with this branch and especially the young lady named Janneth ( hard to tell if she was young, she wore her mask and after greeting everyone that came through the door made sure they were masked ). I had tried getting a small loan at a couple of other places but was denied because they were too busy to put in the extra effort it would take. It was my first time at Ace Cash Express; and as soon as I walked in the door and saw Janneth I knew this was the place. It's a Friday she is with one other girl she is training . She was filing out a new customer packet for me, on the phone answering questions helping the new girl with her customer and still found time to get on the phone with what had to have been the main office to stand up for a man who's check was denied; saying how he is a regular customer and he always pays on time. Next thing you know he has a smile on his face walking out the door with his money. Now it was my turn she could see this was going to take a minute, people are walking through the door she is telling everyone " welcome to Ace be right with you ". Now I start smiling, then a bigger smile when she said "we can do something for you". You could see even With the mask on she was happy and smiling. Can't wait to go back and pay back my loan. Did I just say that.

When I walked into the Ace on Division I was thinking it was going to be another sorry can't help you again but to my surprise a nice lady named Mary went above and beyond her duty to help me get my check cashed ND set up with a new fire account we need more people like Her.ThNk you .are more going above and beyond d

they do not do loans to uber drivers anymore unless you have your tax statements but then ask for a recent bank printout this place is terrible
