I've been here twice so far and was pleasantly very content with their customer service it's a great place . Good job to them I'm so impressed bye their positivity despite how busy they get they are always kindand fast way faster then most places in this field .

If you used the Oregon offices to secure a loan, you can call the Washington offices in Vancouver to set up payment arrangements on your account, the Oregon offices don’t tell you this!!!! Now you know!!!

My daughter had her first child really wanted to be there but I'm on Supplemental Social Security. So went to Rapid Cash process easy, but when payment back came due, my car had broken down needed repairs. Called to see if I could make payment arrangements they were understanding, and be worked with me. With Covid-19 I had used up all my savings and the extra money I have to put out every month just doesn't allow. Me to save anything. Rapid Cash was a life saver during these times. Malynda Mercado

Was so worried I wouldn't be able to cash my unemployment check on account some one decided that they needed my I.D. more then me and took it but they looked up my info on oregon unemployment web page as if I were claiming a week of benefits and used that (along with a old mug shot) unfortunately, to make a proper I'd and then cashed it with no issues this place is amazing they're saying is they will always find a way to try to say yes and I'm so very thankful that they do lol

Your gals are always helpful and make the whole experience a very positive one! Not always pleasant having to get a payday loan but your staff really makes it a pleasure to work with them. I have seen them have to deal with some not so nice customers, but they always handle them professionally and with respect!

These people make mistakes then admit to it. But we are the ones that still pay the consequences. Please don't come here if you don't have to.

Attemted 3 times to cash a valid check now im told they wont cash it. the company who issusd it had no problem verifying it. dont see what the issue is maybe my appearance? As i have tattoos and a bald head. How can you treat people in this manner ?

first time here clerk Amy notice I'm homeless and immediately turns her back on me goes and talks with the other clerk as I wait for 10 minutes while little Spanish speaking clerk talks and talks no-nonsense business to her client as I loudly speak no Wow there's no customer service in here at all, finally Amy comes back over here and and I said oh so you're going to help me now. I told her she has bad customer service manners.

I love this location. I've had a couple of small loans for with them and both times, my paycheck was delayed and they were extremely courteous, respectful and kind about extending the date by a couple of days because I couldn't pay them. I really appreciate that. Two times I've been in and there was nobody ahead of me in line and I was helped right away. Another time I went in to make a payment and waited 45 mins in line but, all the employees were hard at work helping people and for there being 10 people ahead of me to begin with, I feel 45 mins wasn't terrible to wait at all. I feel this location is very fast and efficient. I appreciate what they've done for me and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a payday loan!

This place doesn't appear to have any customer loyalty after paying off many loans I am told "AFTER DRIVING 63 Miles" to renew a loan I am asked for information that I didn't bring. When I called I was told I was good to go, but after driving 63 miles I was told they needed to see my bank account and pay stub, which I didn't bring because I was told I didn't need that . I used my last 10 bucks to drive there ...Amazing bad customer service since I have had so many loans with his place

Every time I come into this location I am greeted and quickly received assistance. All staff members have been more than accommodating. To avoid long wait times, use common sense and arrive with everything you need.
