    A couple of the staff here was really good. However, some gave me the run around and straight up got caught in some fibs with my situation. My car was there for 2 months waiting on a hybrid battery. I was not given a loaner car. I understand they might be all out, but I was told that Corporate Hyundai would not approve me for a loaner. I called the corporate and they made it clear they have nothing to do with the individual stores loaners and said no such thing. I was also told my battery was in and traveled quite a distance to get my car to find out it was not there. I got three completely different stories as to why it wasn't there. Some mistakes were made which happen and I realize sometimes are out of one's control, but honestly should always be the standard policy in these situations, not stories. This is not opinion, we recorded contrary stories. Was very frustrating. The actual service rep over my account though was good and helped get me some discounting and the low rating does not reflect his dealings with me. Those that know me realize I rarely give low ratings and when they occur, there is good reason. I truly hope that my experience was a one off for this company as the experience has left me with the feeling that this may be my very last Hyundai I purchase.

    I had a great experience here after having to buy two cars in one month after an accident. While the communication could’ve been a bit better, my salesperson was nice and helpful. Whoever was trying to sell me the warranties was pushy and rude when I didn’t want any, but it wasn’t enough to ruin my experience. And I appreciated the follow up after I bought my car. Plus my salesperson sent their condolences when my hockey team lost in the Stanley Cup playoffs haha. I would recommend this dealership.

    I appreciate the fact that Young Hyundai would provide the next 3 oil changes and tire rotation free of charge, however the first service was not a good experience. We went to great lengths to be there on time for our 8:30 appointment arriving 5 minutes early. We were told it would take about 45 min. An hour and a half later, we were still waiting...

    Made a reservation online, very easy. Dropped off my vehicle, got signed in and caught a ride on Lyft to the office - all arranged by Young Hyundai. Came by in the afternoon to pick up my Santa Cruz - everything was ready. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Young Hyundai!

    Well I sat there for 2 solid hours waiting for my car. My car sat in the same place for over 40 minutes with door lefted open and No one around working on it. Don't they have qualified mechanics? I think if you pay over 40,000 for a vehicle that the service would be top notch. Well it's NOT. Come on Hyundai get your act together. Or get a service manager who can run the service dept. I was there at 215 and lefted at 430.

    Marcus and Raphel were great to work with! It took a while to get approved because of my short credit history, but nevertheless they took the time to go through every carefully and we're happy with the car we got. There were a few more things to take care of, so we had to go back on Monday but Sean carefully took care of everything else.

    Took almost over two months to provide the service we paid for. Dropped our car off to get leather seats and a clear bra. They called and told us our car was done but find out they only completed half our service. Wouldn’t be as bad if we didn’t live an hour away. Acted like that didn’t care.

    I bought a used truck from Young Hyundai in August, the truck started having major transmission and motor issues a few months into owning it. I worked with Rick (general manager) and Taylor (service manager) to attempt to fix the problems at no cost to me. After realizing maybe this truck would be better to be whole sold, Rick and his finance/sales team( Ryan, finance. Raphael,financ. Rhett, sales) worked for well over a week to get me into a nice reliable car.(2019 Nissan Maxima). Rick is amazing man, and general manager. Very calm, collected, and sincere to his promise to make his customers happy. Taylor, took over the service department rather recently while I was there but carried himself well, and was always willing to see what he could do to fix any issues. Rhett was an awesome salesman, he was never pushy, listened to my requests and did all he could to help make my unique situation work alongside Rick and the rest of the sales and finance team. Overall young Hyundai has some good people managing and working to make the car buying experience less of a chore and more of a pleasant experience. Last shout out is to Edith (hope I spelled that right lol) that woman is the backbone to young Hyundai, she has to be the sweetest woman I have ever met, she worked to help keep in contact with me while the service department was transitioning to new management (Taylor) and was the one who got me in contact with Rick and Taylor. She even offered to drop a care package off to my fiancé and I when we were on quarantine for Covid. Can’t thank Edith, Rick, Taylor, and the entire team enough for getting me out of that truck and into an amazing car. These guys are good people, there wasn’t a time I went in there and someone wasn’t working or scrambling to help everyone, they are always busy so all I can say is have patience and these guys will go to the end of the world to make sure you are taken care of. Thanks again to young Hyudnai, Rick and his entire team. I will definitely be going back!

    An amazing experience under very trying circumstances. I live in Montana and I had to travel to Utah for my mother's funeral. On the way there, in Idaho, my car service engine light came on after getting off the road during a terrible white out snow storm to get gas. The service engine light came on and I was stuck in Idaho until I got a tow into Young's in Ogden the next day. At first it seemed like we couldn't get help soon because some of the techs were out sick. But, since our situation was very unusual and we needed to get back to Montana, Young's service and tech people pulled through for us and the car was good to go that very afternoon. Thank you Young's!

    My husband and I had a horrible experience at Riverdale (Ogden) Hyundai. We took my car in for a software update and we left with the news that we would have to pay $600 to get the O2 sensor fixed. The employee told us that it was unrelated to the update that they did, but we have never had any previous problems before taking it into Riverdale Hyundai. When we requested what happened to be in writing, they denied us twice. My husband and I then went in for a third time to file a formal complaint to which the manager provided us with written documentation of what happened that covered only their side. The manager would not speak with us and instead talked with the employer in charge of our car to write the paperwork. Very disappointed and will not be returning to Riverdale Hyundai.

    I had Dalton help me get into a new car. He definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had. I had my kids with me and while I made a call for a loan, he entertained them. He even offered and helped me move both car seats into my new car. I would definitely recommend asking for him for anyone. He was AMAZING and has even checked in to make sure everything was good and if I had any questions.

    Marcus was great! When we got in the car to test drive it he went through all of the features and explained to us what they did, how they worked etc. He had a fun personality and we felt comfortable with him right away. He wasn’t pushy at all. He and the finance guys stayed way late after hours to finish up our deal as we went to look at the car fairly late on a Saturday. There was a issue trying to get my Hyundai account set up so I could use the remote start but Marcus worked on it the next morning even though it was his day off to try and fix it. It was finally handled by Monday which he did all the work for me followed up with me to save me the headache of trying to figure it out. I would definitely go to Marcus again if I ever need to buy another car and recommend him! I don’t think I will for a while though because I’m in love with my 2021 Hyundai Tucson!!!! Best car I’ve ever had!!!

    Quite short on inventory but still optimistic and professional. Talked to Jett, great guy, and listened to me AND my wife. He didn't talk at us but listened and heard what we needed and wanted. Eventually we got to talk to his manager Sonia who was also very friendly, professional and not pushy. We will definitely be back when we are ready, to see Jett, in a month or two when we are really ready.

    DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. This dealership has the most awful service I have ever experienced. They will tell you lies and make you disappointed. I had a issue with my car multiple times for the same problem. And they told me that, we couldn’t replicate the problem. Or that it feels fine. I waited so long for the appointment just to be told that nothing was wrong with it. My car has Well I took it too Murdock, which was able to give me and appointment the very next day, and they found out my problem and resolved it within hours. Shame on this dealership. They are good if you want to buy a car, but they are so so bad for service. I will be taking my car to Murdock if I ever have issues. It’s worth the drive because I know I’m not going to be lied too. Same with my other family members that have had bad experiences with this service department. My car has had the issue for a year and they still blew smoke up my pants. Thank god for Murdock.

    I recently was in the need for a new car, my wife had our third child a week before and it was time to upgrade to a larger vehicle. I found a Ford Expedition on KSL and showed up to the Young Hyundai dealership early on a Saturday morning. Sonia Beljean was the first person I came into contact with. She opened the door and greeted me. From then, until I left several hours later she was awesome to work with. Super friendly and talkative and she wasn't pushy whatsoever. She let me drive the vehicle to my house so my wife could check it out, after I got the approval from my wife I drove it to a family friend that is a Ford fanatic to get the ok from him and she had no problem with me doing so. I would highly recommend working with her or the Young Dealership's to purchase a vehicle.

    My salesman was Wilson. The experience at first, was amazing. I was so happy with the outcome. However. After I went back and forth with Wilson, via text, about my loan, weather it was approved or not, if I was going to have to return the car or not, not to mention that after I got the car home I was instantly having problems with the car not shifting, not being able to do hills, and a super fun malfunction on the horn which made it randomly honk throughout the day and night til I eventually had to remove the horn fuse. After all this the receptionist showed complete disrespect to me, screened my calls, I couldn't get anyone to answer any of my calls, I finally had enough and took the car back to them and went somewhere else. Just know, your all jokes and Wilson, I loved how you avoided us when we were there bringing the car back. Way to be guys.

    We didn't end up purchasing from Young Hyundai, but the service and commitment we got from everyone, especially Raphael was awesome. Had they sold the option we decided on, I would have loved to have given them my business. Buying a new car is stressful, but Raphael was such a trooper by staying all day as we came back twice to test drive. He searched all available options and went out of his way to make sure we would have made it out with what we wanted. I would be happy to call him our "car guy". This was a very laid back, no pressure experience. Thanks y'all for your time and patience as we spent the weekend searching for our next car.

    I made an appointment to have my ac compressor fixed on a Saturday so I would not miss work. I dropped it off Friday night before closing and left. I never heard anything until I called them Monday morning. The lady told me it was done and ready to go. I went to pick it up and signed the paperwork then got the keys. I went out and got into my car and it was not fixed. I went back in and then I was told they didn't have the parts to fix it. He said he had to order the parts and got on the phone right then and ordered them. I was told that maybe Thursday I could bring it back in if the parts came. I work out of my car and we are in record breaking heat at this time. A dealership should have all the necessary parts on hand, especially when they know they are going to need it. I called them a week before I took it in and told them the issue and they still made me wait a week for the first appointment. Now I have another week wait! Very poor customer service. We'll see how the second appointment goes!

    Melody was an awesome sales rep. Very personable and sweet.-- * 06.25.2021-Update- I've had to lower my rating because after almost a month of having bought my vehicle and traded in my old one, I come to find that the pay off has yet to be done on my old car and I will have to make TWO car payments next month until it is all figured out (which puts me out on other payments I have to make but who cares?). Not them. But it's not my problem their financing department is slow, however the old car is still in my name and it will affect my credit. As you all know, good credit is very hard to maintain and it's not fair to get a lower rating because of the incompetency of others. AND I still have to be following up to make sure the pay off happens, which is another thing to be hindered with. Be aware of their finance department, it is a nightmare in the making. It's too bad, I really did like their sales rep and she has been trying to help with no avail.

    Dropped my car off on Friday to have warranty work and was told the part was on back order. This is no problem I understand how the market is right now. However, they called me the next Thursday to inform me my car was fixed and ready to pick up. Imagine my surprise when my wife went to pick it up and they informed her they didn't even get the part yet, let alone worked on the car. Was told the part will be arriving in 6 days and "if" they have time that day they will be able to fix it. So in total 11 days plus miscommunication and several trips back and forth. Overall not thrilled about our experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone. You guys need better organization and better communication. Bad look for Hyundai in general

    I was in before 7:30a. They were already busy. The attendant checking customers in was friendly, quick and efficient. He already have coffee made and the lobby was clean and ready for customers. My wait time was much shorter than I had anticipated due to the amount of people already there when I pulled up. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

    We purchased a 2022 Palisade from Seth, Tyler and Ryan. Although this is a crazy time in the auto market with the microchip shortage and we had a particularly challenging trade-in situation, the team at Young Hyundai were very up-front, fair, and kept their word every step of the way. They are a model of how a modern customer-service-centric automotive dealership should operate. Cannot recommend them enough and look forward to our next purchase with them.

    Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, my 2020 Hyundai Sonata became undriveable due to a Shifter System malfunction. Hyundai roadside assistance had my car towed to the dealership where I purchased my car - Young Hyundai. I was told pretty much immediately by Liz that it would be Tuesday before my car could even be looked at. When I checked multiple times on Tuesday, I was told that my car hadn't even been moved into the service garage because they were short-staffed when 3 of their mechanics called in sick. Sorry, not my problem - yours. Wednesday I was finally told that they had finally figured out what the problem was but that part probably wouldn't arrive until late Friday and they wouldn't be able to fix it on Saturday. Finally was able to pick up my car yesterday (Monday) - 9 days later. Oh, and after I also asked them to go ahead and perform the scheduled maintenance that was due on it, 1) the mechanic never reset the onboard service reminder so that's still glaring at me, and 2) the maintenance reminder sticker that they put in the corner of your windshield? Yeah, mine says I need to bring it back in 600 miles. The lack of attention to detail is mind-boggling. Bottom line, I've had issues from when I bought this vehicle to the continued service snafus - if you want a Hyundai, find another dealership. UPDATE - less than a week after getting my car back, THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM RETURNS!!! DON'T BUY A HYUNDAI SONATA!!!

    Young hyundai deserves 10 stars not just 5 stars. What started out as a horrible car buying experience from another dealership... They stepped in and literally made our day. The whole team went above beyond to help us . Rick Gerber the GM sat on the phone with me as I venting on our previous experience ( different dealership)and how shocked we were to experience this type of customer service. Rick was patient and very understanding, he didn't have listen or even try to help since it wasn't even with his store. But instead he took action to change our experience. He went down to team and told them what happen, not only did the check in but Rick waited to meet us before he left for the night. They found us a car that fit our needs and were so amazing the whole way. You guys have our services for now on. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕 We also had the best salesman ever, Seth Durfee was the real MVP of the night. He found us the perfect car that fit what we were looking forward. He was so knowledgeable and personable. Honestly it was the best experience buying a car that we have ever had. We will be recommending them to our friends and family.     We loved our experience with Young Hyundai, Tyler Chugg especially. We set up an appointment to see a vehicle and when we went it was in the show. A simple mistake made but Tyler handled it very well and showed us a similar vehicle but better. He didn't just apologize, he actions showed it as well. He was not pushy nor did he pressure us. He had great rapport and was very funny. We loved every second with him and I would do it over a million times. Highly recommend Tyler and Young Hyundai.

    Bought a car from here in March. Found out in June when it got hot that the A\C didn't work. Had to wait 2 weeks just for an appt. Bought the xtra warranty. So they said it was compressor and covered.. Paid 100, take car home at end of business day and still no cold air. Took it back.. Then they say its the hoses and will cost me 100s out of pocket. Just feel like this is something y'all shoulda checked before car left lot when purchased. Or at least offer to fix.. 4 days y'all have had my car and at the end of each day u call back and say 1 more.. So infuriating

    I work for an Auto body shop down the street from Young Hyundai in Ogden. We bring all of our vehicles here for alignments because they have the best prices and the best customer service. Taylor Hughes is one of the best service advisors I have ever worked with, (and trust me, I have worked with a lot over the years). He is very professional, friendly and always gets our vehicles done in a very timely manner. I highly recommend going to him if you need to get your car serviced or repaired. You will not regret it!

    Tech left greasy fingerprints inside my vehicle in several spots. Took 90 minutes for an oil change, with an appointment. When I brought this up to the dealership they "brushed me off". No apology or assurance this is not how is should be or that it won't happen again....NOTHING. Their response was cold and unprofessional. I have bought 2 new vehicles from this location in the last 7 years and will not be returning. I bought both from the previous owner (Westland) and Young will not be getting my future business. UPDATE*** The service manager called and spoke with me about my issue. He offered to detail my vehicle for me which I told him was not necessary. My frustration was not with the grease but how my initial complaint was handled. I really did appreciate the call but I still do not think i will be returning.

What is upsetting is that I drove from Tooele to Ogden to look at one specific car, and no one had the courtesy to call me and tell me it had been sold. Even though I was explicit about where I was coming from and when. No I am not going to look at something else. I knew what I wanted.

    They lied to me to get me into the dealership. I was very clear on which car we wanted, what monthly payment and the down payment. They told me they worked over the numbers and were able to get the deal we wanted. All we had to do was go in and get our car appraised to finalize the numbers. I was hesitant, but agreed to go in. We made an appointment and got there and waited 20 minutes to meet with someone. The person we met with had no idea what we were told. He ran some numbers and it was $100 more than what we want to pay. Add Young dealerships to the list that already includes LHM of places I won't buy a car.

In between the sales guy telling me I could buy the the car or not it doesn't bother him and my dad making things seem like I wanted to look and test drive other cars. I ended up very annoyed.

    The service department did not communicate with me at all and did not listen to what I wanted. I brought my car in for a very specific reason and that reason kept not getting addressed. I was without a car for 4 days and had to keep calling in everyday to get an update. No one ever reached directly out to me with an update. I had to keep asking them to look into the issue I brought my car in for and they kept saying they hadn't looked into it yet, but they would. I finally went in to pickup my car and they had still not given my an answer to the issue I brought my car in for even though I had asked them multiple times over the phone to look into it. I was super frustrated. I

    Have purchased several cars at this dealership and used their service department for years. The service here has ranged from great to meh. Today was a very poor experience with the service department. We had an appointment scheduled here for over a month, and had let them know ahead of time exactly what part was broken and needed to be replaced on our seat, since we've had to have the same issue on our Hyundai's fixed 2 other times as well, and asked them to have the part in so that it could be replaced and we wouldn't have to bring it back. We also had them do an oil change. They kept our car for 4 hours, only to tell us that they needed to order the exact part we told them about, making us schedule another appointment to bring it back to get the issue fixed! They did do the oil change and replaced our cabin and engine filters while they had it, charging us $140. They said the filters were $45, so paying $95 for the oil change seems kind of high to me. Then the sales associate quoted us a ridiculous amount for labor to have the part fixed. Since our car was purchased brand new there 3 years ago and only has 20K miles on it, my husband told her that he thought the bumper-to-bumper warranty should cover the part and labor on the broken seat, she said "Oh, I'm still learning the warranty stuff, we'll figure it out when you bring the car back for your next appointment." First, we shouldn't have had to make another appointment if this had been handled correctly to begin with, and second, she should have figured it out today, so there are no questions, about what is or isn't covered before I come back, and I wouldn't have to wonder between now and then if I have to pay several hundred dollars for the same broken seat issue that affects every Hyundai I've ever bought that's been replaced for free every other time on my used cars, or if this time I have to pay it, because I made the mistake of buying a brand new one from Young? If I hadn't had good experiences here in the past, I would've given 1 star instead of 2.

    This location was previously Westland Hyundai. Every experience was great. Since becoming Young automotive, they're a husk of their former selves. Do not take your vehicle here. Ever. It took over an hour to determine if a vehicle's service need is covered under warranty. That shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. "What's the issue? Okay. Your vehicle's warranty covers X for Y years." That simple. But they'll delude you that it might be covered so bring it in and by the way you're going to get a $150 service fee is it's not under warranty and we know that but let us check anyway. Con artists. Young Automotive Group has seen my last dollar.

    After being very disappointed at another dealership, I decided to call Young for an oil change on my new 2021 Hyundai sonata. I arrived about 15 minutes early. They took my car, showed me the waiting room and 30 minutes later I was on the road. This may not be typical, but at least this visit was very easy and exceptional. I will be back.

    2nd UPDATE MAY 23: They are incredibly deceptive with their service plan. It is NOT 2-3 years. It's occurrences. So don't believe the hype of what they tell you about their maintenance plan. Update: I decided I needed a different vehicle after purchasing a palisade in May. I got in contact with Tyler and he was able to make sure we found the right vehicle this time. The right price and rate. The whole group is awesome and I'm pretty sure we will want Tyler to help us with future cars. Pretty good service. They definitely want to make sure you get what you want.

    We have honestly had a bad experience from the very beginning. From day 1, we have felt like a number, rather than customers with concerns that matter. We did an oil consumption test in the fall of 2021. Luckily, after the second visit of this process, I asked to for a copy of the sheet, and I’m glad I did, because the next time I went back, they had lost their copy. If I hadn’t asked for a copy for my records, would we have started the whole process over? Jackson hasn’t responded to my past two emails (sent November 30th and then again on December 27th) about when to bring my car in for Hyundai to look at and submit the PA request for the warranty process.. so I called today to check in. Someone else in service answered, said they’d put me through to Jackson, and then hung up. Nobody called me back to apologize or make it right. I don’t feel like anyone at Hyundai really cares about our concerns or getting our issues taken care of and getting this PA submitted to the warranty department. It’s like pulling teeth to get ahold of anyone to figure out what we need to do next and when to bring in the vehicle.

    Just bought a new vehicle amost entirely over the phone and text, Caden made the experience seamless. He recorded a unique walkthrough of my vehicle prior to my purchase and answered every question I had no matter how silly.     We bought a used vehicle from Young Hyundai a month ago. Their Sales & Financing Team are AMAZING!! They made us feel very comfortable during the entire process. Everyone involved was very knowledgeable, attentive, and polite. They even gave us a 3 Month/3,000 Mile Warranty and Two (2) Years worth of Oil Changes. There was a bit of an issue with the price of the vehicle. The price they had advertised online was INCORRECT!! The vehicle was listed on Young Hyundai's website for several thousand dollars LESS than the actual price!! It took some time and lot of talking between all parties involved.... but Young Hyundai decided to honor their "Pricing Guarantee".

    I have just bought a car from Young and the Sales staff was excellent and courteous. However, upon my first service visit I was shocked. The service advisor missed a part of my request for service, which I have to bring up when they said my car was done. They ended up ordering a part for my car so I was going to pick it up and bring it back later. After using the Lyft link for a ride, no driver ever accepted the request for pick up, even though it was within the mileage coverage area. The service advisor never reach out to us to see what was going on after we did not pick it up that evening. We ended up calling them two days later to verify the status of the part delivery and ended up just leaving the car there since the part had shown up. The service advisor said it would be complete the next day and would let us know when it was ready. I never received notification of completion that day. I called the service department the next day and verified with a different service advisor that my car was indeed complete and ready for pick up, my original service advisor was not working this day. When I arrived to pick up my car, the service advisor I spoke with on the phone was very nice and got me on my way, however when arriving at my car it was filthy as it had just rained the night before, a quick exterior was would have gone a long way. I will most likely return for service here as it is the closest to my house and have a service plan here but I am not pleased or impressed with the service so far.

    After several dissenting opinions in diagnostics, I was advised to take the Hyundai Elantra to the dealership where they could definitively tell me what was wrong with the vehicle. At first, Young Hyundai seemed promising when I brought my Elantra to the service department. They were very insightful and promised me that they would see what was wrong with the vehicle and that I would have an answer in a few days. A couple weeks went by and I called several times asking if they had checked my vehicle yet. However, their response was the same, saying that they would check "tomorrow", but that interaction occurred multiple times. Eventually I was tired of waiting and went directly to the manager who helped move the car to the front of the line for a mechanical checkup. Not even 20 minutes passed after my call with the manager when the service department called back and said that the transmission was bad and there wasn't much they could do about it. I honestly do not believe they were able to give a full diagnostic check within that short amount of time, and yet, I had to pay for a full check up. After waiting for so long I would have expected better service; however, I can honestly say that Young Hyundai has only caused frustration and disappointment.

I had a transmission warning light come on in my car, called to get an appointment to have it looked at, was told the soonest I could get an appointment is at the end of the NEXT MONTH. So, the owner's manual says to not drive it, but the soonest they will even look at it is in 4 WEEKS?

    Taylor and Colton were amazing to work with. I have a Hyundai Sonata that quit working. I had it towed to Hyundai in Ogden, to figure out what happened. Taylor called me and let me know that my engine had seized, so he ordered me a new one. At first, I was like, wait I thought I was going to be notified before anything was done. Taylor explained that, even though my car had over a hundred thousand miles, there was a problem, that they new about, that could possibly happen with the engine, so they extended the warranty. He told me that it wasn't going to cost me a thing. Taylor then told me that there was a recall on a different part and they went ahead and took care of that, also! I think a cried a bit, because this NEVER happens! In the past when dealing with mechanics, sales people etc., I have felt like I would have to prepare to defend or fight to get what needed to be done. Such a relief and I can't say enough about it. Thanks Taylor! My husband and I have been looking for a SUV that would fit 7-8 people. We had looked online at several different SUV's, my husband mentioned that he would really like to go back to Hyundai in Ogden, because he was impressed, also. I didn't know Hyundai made a vehicle that would hold that many passengers. He went online and saw the Hyundai Palisade, so we started watching videos and checking out the different models. We both really liked the Palisade, and all the amazing features, so we went to check it out. There was 4 on the lot, we started looking at them and noticed that 3 of the 4 had a sold sign in them. Colton came out to help us and we told him what we were looking for. He was awesome, he answered our questions, and showed us several of its and asked if we wanted to take it for a ride. It was even better than we had thought! Colton was funny and very personable, and we decided to buy it. We've had it for a week an we can't be happier! Thanks Colton!     Back in the middle of December I was having an issue with my ABS system in my Hyundai. It would intermittently engage. I decided I would go to the dealership as I called a few shops that said for the issue I was experiencing the dealership would be best able to help me. Well, I came in and sure enough within about an hour they diagnosed the issue. They said they didn't have the part and that we could schedule for Friday when they would have the part in hand. So I took some time away from work on Friday and waited for about an hour. Then the same employee that helped me just a few days previous came and asked me who said that my part would be there. I told him that he did. He goes and talks to parts and then asks me the same question again. I again reiterated that he was the one that helped me. So when he goes to talk to parts again, I go talk to the manager. The manager then said they can't control shipping and that they were doing the best they can. My frustration was that there was a lack of ownership. So I expressed this frustration and he said that they would discount the fix. Well, the fix was close to $700 so I was glad that they were willing to do that. Well, a week goes by and nothing. So I call and talk to parts. They said it is still in transit. I think, I will give them the benefit of the doubt here. Well, another week goes by and still no word. I call again and same line. I am getting frustrated since the issue in my car limits my ability to use it because of safety concerns. So since I had the diagnosis in hand, I called back another mechanic. It was a Friday and they said that they could get the exact same part in by Monday evening (not a 3rd party part) and fix my car Tuesday. They also did it at less than 1/3 the cost of the dealership. So I went that route. It is now almost March and I have still never heard from the dealership about the part. Did they expect me to just not use my car that long? I will never be using this dealership or recommending them to anyone that I know.

    I went in to Young Hyundai about a week ago. The plan was to just look around, test drive some cars, get a feel for what I liked, then buy something in a couple months. But a few hours later I was driving away in a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. I could not be happier with my experience at Young Hyundai. I traded in my old car, and now I don't have to stress about getting it fixed up to sell on my own. We worked strictly with Dalton, Kerry, and Jonny. Each one of them was fantastic. Dalton was the Salesman helping us. He had a great attitude, was very professional, and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond answering all my questions, making sure the whole process went smooth and comfortably. Not once did I feel like I was getting taken for a ride during the buying process, like you usually feel when buying a car. They were very patient with me, and spend quite a bit of time working the numbers, and helping me get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with.     On Saturday August 22 my family and I were on I-15 when our car got a check engine light. This was odd since we had just taken the car for routine maintenance not more than 3 weeks prior. The closest Hyundai dealership was Ken Garff about 15 minutes away. The car was losing power and almost shutting off when trying to accelerate. Slowly made way to Ken Garff hoping to get assistance. They turned us away without even looking at the car. Worst customer service experience ever. Don't go to Ken Garff if you have a problem. They wont help. We had to drive over an hour away with a faulty vehicle on the highway to get assistance at Young Hyundai in Ogden. The ladies at check in were very friendly. Empathized with our situation and got the car in for diagnostics immediately. They told us it was a software update from a recall which was a safety issue.     Someone got sick in my car and it needed to be detailed as soon as possible since I regularly pick up others for rides as needed. I was worked into a tight schedule for the following day. Upon picking up the car I found that the interior was impeccable. No visual stains were present and all unpleasant smells we're absent.     Picture this: you're on vacation with your family and in another state when the motor in your car throws a rod and leaves you stranded in a desolate region with the nearest town 40 miles away. You call your roadside assistance program from your insurance and they quote $400 for a tow to the nearest dealership. That's exactly what happened to us! But I remembered our 2011 Hyundai Sonata had an extended warranty on the motor so I called Young Hyundai. The service manager, Taylor, was AMAZING! He empathized with our situation and immediately authorized our car to be towed. Not only that, they made special arrangements to have a brand new motor put into our car! And best yet, they accomplished this in just two days of having our car at their dealership!!!! We seriously cannot recommend this dealer enough. The communication they provided was excellent and always made us feel we were top priority. In all honesty, we're from Idaho and if we ever (EVER) want to buy another Hyundai, we will most certainly drive the 4 hours to their dealership to buy a new car. If we could give them more than 5 stars for a rating, we would. They took a stressful moment in our vacation and alleviated that stress immensely. Thank you Young Hyundai!     Taylor and the entire service department are the best in the business. We are currently driving our third Hyundai, all purchased or leased, from this amazing dealership. We brought our current vehicle in for an oil change service, the last of our three free services. What we didn’t realize at the time was that our appointment was three days after our two year free service date, but because the appointment was made before the end of that period, the sales department picked up our tab. They didn’t have to, but they appreciate return customers and like to show that appreciation! Our lease is up next year and I can’t wait to drive off the lot in our next new Hyundai from Young. He’s very knowledgeable on the product and isn’t pushy to the point of making you uncomfortable. The only reason I didn’t rate this experience 5 stars is we also interfaced with a less experienced salesperson that has a lot to learn.

    I just bought a Tucson yesterday. The service I got was extra great!!! They were busy but they made sure we felt important. I will definitely be a repeat customer.     I purchased a vehicle from Young Hyundai three months ago. We didn’t receive license plates prior to the temporary tag expiring so my wife called them. It turns out that the previous owner’s bank still had the title and so a license plate couldn’t be issued. My wife had to drive back to the dealership and DMV to get another temporary tag. We still don’t have license plates and when I spoke with my bank today they told me they still don’t have the title and they’re waiting for the dealership to come up with a duplicate title. I’ve never had trouble getting license plates when buying vehicles at other dealerships. How can they sell a vehicle when they don’t even have a title for it? Isn’t this part of the reason I payed all those outrageous fees to the dealer? What if I wanted to sell the vehicle? I would be SOL because there’s no title to transfer. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again.

    I went in due to a recall on my 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Most importantly, the car was having issues with the stereo system turning off and, most frightening, the car turned off once when driving so I took it in the next day. Made the appt over the phone and stated everything that needed to be done. Recall and oil change. Unfortunately, The service rep Richard did not care to communicate with me at all during the process. My car ended up being there for six days because he NEVER reached out to give updates. Didn’t even preform the oil change. Could not get a hold of him on a Friday ALL DAY. Technician’s couldn’t figure out what was going on. Don’t service your Hyundai at this Ogden dealership. Take your money elsewhere to get better service and someone who cares about your safety. Clearly this dealership is just in it to sell cars.

    Jake and Taylor at the service department kept me updated on the status of my service and I was more than happy when I picked up my car. They buffed out some scratches and fixed my clear protectant strip (bra) that had a rock chip in it. Now I can keep enjoying my new Sonata blemish free. They were professional and courteous.     In the end, I did not end up purchasing from Young Hyundai and found the vehicle I was looking for closer to my region, that said, Tyler Chugg was a fantastic help!     I love Young Hyundai in 2017 I leased a vehicle through them in March of this year when I turn in the lease the place that if leased the car through sent me an unexpected $400 bill that during these times I was definitely not going to be able to pay and it was going to affect my credit. I contacted you on Hyundai and spoke to Rick their general manager. He was so awesome and understanding and was able to help me with that bill even after finding out that it wasn't their obligation.     They will not stop calling me. I showed interest in getting a vehicle from them. Filled out the paperwork and everything, but I made it clear that I had an appointment to get to. They. Took. Forever. just to come back with some numbers to review. I was to the point of finally getting up and leaving, I would come back another day and time to deal with this as I had a previous engagement and they continued to want to hold me there to talk some more about my options. I ended up being so late for my other appointment and now, Hyundai will calls maybe once every day or every other day. If my time is not valuable to you, then I will not give it to you anymore. So frustrated about being late even though I was very clear with the team of people that were there. On a side note, they were very nice, very helpful. Landon showed me everything I needed to see and I was quite impressed with the cars and ready to buy one. I won't now though just because of the way that the experience ended.

    We bought a new car from Young Hyundai. Our salesperson was Colton Larsen. Now, I will admit right from the start that I’m not that fond of the sales tactics used by car-salespersons. I can see right through them, and it is irritating. Not Colton, though! He made sure the focus was on us and our present needs. He provided various solutions without pushing one bit. He worked hard to find exactly what we needed, even going so far as to call other Hyundai dealers to find our car. He was friendly, non-conventional, and exemplified what it means to offer excellent customer service. The best part was seeing how Colton was as excited about our car as we were! It was like Christmas for him. Lol. He couldn’t wait to show off all of the neat features. Yep! Colton is the best car salesman I’ve ever encountered.

    Sales person was really helpful, nice, and responsive (the only reason for a 2 star instead of 1). The issues come with the rest of the staff. I was told an extended warranty would add $15/month to my payment. After being there for hours, I just wanted to be done and go home. When I looked at the amount financed a little closer, I realized that the amount had increased by almost $5,000. I filled out a cancellation form for all of the additional warranties - the person helping me didn’t know what any of the contracts meant. The form says processing takes 6-8 weeks for some unknown reason. Well, it’s been 8 weeks and still no cancellation. I called to check on the status was put on hold for 30 minutes. Then, my number was taken down, but I never received a call back. Called two days later and asked for a manager. The manager was busy, so again my number was taken down. As of right now, I still have not received a call back. Surprised? Not at all. I will never do business with this dealership again.

    The service people were great to deal with. My service was done in a timely manner. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because the wash job was terrible. I had gone through a touchless car wash a few days before my service appointment and it looked really good. When I left the dealership, my car looked clean enough, however driving home when the sun hit my windshield and windows it was horrible! Once I got home, I had to rewash each window and the windshield. Not a huge problem, but normally your car is cleaner when you pick it up than when you left it. Not this time.....

    I had an appointment with your dealership on Monday, March 8 to find out why my car did not have any audio. After a couple of hours and approximately $150, I was told that it needs a part that costs $1300 and that I would be contacted when the part came in to schedule an appointment. I had the impression that the part would be in by the end of the week. I have not heard a single word about it. I would think that if a part takes a month to acquire, someone could have let me know that fact.

    I scheduled a time to take a test drive with them and took time off work to try a new vehicle. When I got there they said they didn't have one.     I gave a bad review because I was very upset and the manager got in touch with me so they can make it right. When a company does that it says very much about them and their standards. So I raised my 1 star rating to a three-star rating. After my appointment if I feel like they need another star added to the rating, I will do that.     Every time I go for simple services, ie: oil change, tire rotation emission... they never are done in the time frame they give me! I always have to wait. Why do I keep going back? Because I've done all services for my vehicle on time and at the Hyundai or Ford place when Westland had them and never had any issues. I'm trying to keep all services with the same dealership for continuity of care. I just think it's ridiculous that it takes over 2 hours for those 3 services.

    I just bought a new 2021 white Hyundai Sport. We did most of the deal over the phone and through email. But when we arrived Tyler Chugg immediately greeted us.
