I have worked with Jena multiple times over the years. Jena has been nothing less than extraordinary every time, as she and her team go well out of their way to accomplish my goals while always being mindful of my personal needs. What began as a business relationship so many years ago has developed into a genuine friendship that I value a great deal. I trust Jena 100% and would recommend her services to my dearest family and friends.

Jena has done all 3 of our mortgages and I can’t imagine going with anyone else. She’s always so helpful and quick to get back to me when I have a question. Buying our most recent home had some major hurdles and Jena was so patient and helpful as we navigated through everything. I can’t recommend her enough.

Jena was absolutely wonderful for my wife and I to work with. She first asked us what we were looking for in our loan and then went with that as the start and explained the whole process as we went. Once things were submitted she kept us up to date as soon as she had information. If we had questions she would get us an answer. Even when it had hit the point that stuff was in the title combatants and not hers she still went and got us information. She's been a joy 10/10 would recommend her for first time or experienced customers!

Loyalty is a big deal for me. Jena and her team have stayed right by our side through 5+ years of ups and downs while we tried to find something that works for our changing family. We liked that her company was offering an Aggie credit to alumni. She also provides free events all year long to customers. Corn maze tickets, movie screenings, waterslides, etc. She gave us a closing basket including a snow cone maker that my kids are so excited to open. An overall positive experience ☺️

UPDATE: There are not enough stars! We bought our home through Jena Flowers team which was a great experience. At one point things came to an almost halt as Jena and her team ran around finding engineers to look at issues with foundation and because we were buying in a rural area, insurance was more expensive. Jena walked us through the issues every day for almost a week, reassuring that a little more money insuring a home and property you are buying and don't know much about, can bring about peace in the end. As I became impatient, SHE made it clear she would not feel comfortable until we were covered properly with the engineers and insurance. We closed and moved in to our dream home on our 11 acre ranch! Three weeks later we woke up to 2 inches of water in the master bedroom and bath and due to some 3 by 4 inch solid plastic cap stuck in our sewer drain line. As I called the home warranty company at 2 am, and the insurance the next day I found us covered, one from the sewer to the house and the other inside the house. We are covered completely because Jena and her team are experts, know what they are doing AND they take the time to make sure their clients are covered and things are done the right way. MANY lenders can rush through and close a deal on a house. I promise you, that is not what you need. We cannot thank Jena and her super team enough!! They are hard working, ETHICAL experts who care about their clients.

We used Jena's team for our original home purchase in 2017 and for our refinance. The refinance process was a bit slow, but due to current low interest rates I suspect they're very busy so I understand! Jena responds and answers questions quickly. She is friendly and professional. Would recommend! UPDATE: We used Jena's Intercap team again for another residential purchase in 2021. No complaints! It was straightforward and they always answered our questions immediately.

Jena Flowers is amazing! We do not hire someone to try and get a loan. We hire someone to get a loan. It is an emotional process. Honestly, knowledge, dedication and (what I like to call) professional assertiveness are what I experienced working with Jena. I am older, a little controlling and uneducated when it comes to loans and real estate. Jena walked me through every step, sometimes again and again. Her team worked hard! Jena did a fantastic job putting together our home refinance. She was always available, often answering emails and phone calls late in the evening. I had a number of issues refinancing my home including a bad appraisal and difficulties obtaining a loan payoff statement from my previous lender. Neither of these issues were related to Jena, but she helped me work through the problems to finally get our refinance closed.
