Aubrey B. Was super duper great to work with. My husband and I came in with a whole lot for her to do and throughout the whole process she was patient and considerate. She was also super knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy working at MACU. She also had a great sense of humor :) Thanks Aubrey!!!

I had some issues where someone took funds from my account. This whole team came together collectively to help me with my issue especially Kyle of this particular branch. He was so knowledge and helped quickly and had me on my way. What a wonderful experience and they will have my business for a very long time.

I came to macu for an auto loan and I just have to say how amazing Aubrey is. She was very patient and very helpful. She made a very stressful situation so much easier.

These guys are the best! I came in to make a withdrawal and get a new card printed and my car died in the drive through lane as I was pulling in. They were so understanding and helpful. I told the teller the situation and asked to speak to the manager about leaving my car there for an hour or so while I wait for someone to come jump start it. She went to explain to him and when she returned offered me a bottled water while I wait for him to come out. When he came out he was with another employee they offered to push the car themselves while I steered and pushed it up to his personal vehicle in order to jump start the car instead of making me wait for my friend. They were so understanding, polite, and eager to help what a remarkable staff!!!

Cliff Jackson did amazing in helping me get started on a car loan application. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer all questions I had . He went above and beyond and even offered to help me disputes some claims on my credit report which I wasn’t aware I could do ! His customer service was so great it actually made me switch over to Mountain America and use them as my primary bank ! Thanks again Cliff !

This branch is the reason I switched over to MACU, the tellers are so helpful, and I recently got a loan set up with Aleksandr A. He was great at explaining everything to me, and made the application process super clear and easy. I 100% recommend him if you are looking to set up a credit card/loan, he's the man!

I always feel like a family member. The emplotees over there or always friendly and efficient and on top of everything that's going on. One of the nicest financial institutions I've ever dealt with. Which IS an actual requirement for me.

When I say go see my friends at Mountain America Credit Union that is EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN!! Not all credit unions are built the same. I had applied for a loan with Mario Black and he made me feel valued as a person and a customer. Mario took a look at my credit profile and income, he told me what I needed to do to qualify once I got it done he was able to get my loan approval when the credit union I have been with for over 20 years could not do the same Well they could but at a higher rate and payment

I've just started work with this credit union I have to say hands down best ever Cliff jackson is a rock star doing whatever it takes and going above and beyond for the members thank you

This branch is probably my favorite location. I feel like this establishment is very clean and the staff members here are very knowledgeable and very kind.

The branch on 40th street in Ogden out the best! Wade, the manager and Cliff the loan representative are seriously two of the nicest guys, so helpful and friendly yet professional. Made us feel like we are the only members they help.... so personable!!! I can’t thank them enough.

We use the 40th street Ogden branch and the service has been outstanding. The latest car loan/check deposits/and replacement of a debit card- in one trip- went quickly. The service has been a 10 out of 10.

went in wanting to open a checking account, worried about possibly things preventing me from doing so. they looked into everything and was able to walk out of there with a card and bank account. would 100% recommend to anyone

The staff at the Mountain America branch have been great. I am giving only 3 stars because I was made aware of how Mountain America charges their interest. Instead of the interest building over the month, they charge the full months interest right at the beginning of the month. For example, I paid my loan the 30th of Jan and as expected was charged interest for January. Then on Feb 3rd I made an additional payment but I was surprised to discover I was charged a full month of interest even though it was only 4 days after my last payment. I thought there was a mistake made but was given this explanation when I tried to dispute the charge. To my understanding, that is not how interest works. Very surprised and frustrated to hear this.
