Guy was very professional and knowledgable. He was referred to us by a family member who couldn't do our loan. I really have no complaint about the work he did and he saved our bacon when we weren't able to close due to a clerical error that forced us to extend our rate lock. However, we never actually met him. From day one, to signing at the title office, to the day of funding, and finally to being asked for this review, we've never actually laid eyes on Guy or anyone else from Intercap. Additionally, we live in Davis County and I work in SL County, so it would have been nice to be given the option to use a title company closer to home rather than drive to Weber County to sign documents closer to his office when he wasn't even able to attend the settlement anyway. This review would have been 5 Stars if we'd been able to meet him and have input on where to go to sign for the loan.

Guy has helped us buy two homes now and I would recommend him to every person I know. He always answers his phone and if he doesn't he calls back immediately with the answer to your question. Truly makes buying and refinancing easy! I will use him for every thing I need in the future.

UPDATE: we just bought our second home and without question used Guy Hassell and his amazing team again! Made our experience great like always, we will forever use Guy for our home needs!! Guy was AMAZING! Literally made buying our house a breeze 4 years ago. We kept his number and had him help with refinancing recently, which was also extremely easy. Guy and his team work so great together and really know their stuff. I honestly could not say enough good things about Guy! We will continue to use his services in the future and refer our family and friends to him!
