Brandon Lomax was an exceptional help for my sister and I as we worked to find and purchase our first home. She and I had not been planning on needing to purchase a home yet, and so we didn't have much of anything to bring to the table financially other than both of us having decent credit. We didn't have the luxury of bringing in a down payment but that didn't stop Brandon from working with us. He showed us what our options were and was endlessly patient with all our questions. He was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Brandon not only processed our loan but made sure we understood our contracts even with our impressively limited knowledge. He made sure we had the lowest rate we could, at one point he even contacted us to warn us about possible upcoming rate changes due to current events we ourselves had not been aware of. Brandon was SO easy to work with, and the whole process was super fast and simple. He uses an app where you upload and sign any documents, and I did everything from the comfort of my own home! He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. If you need a loan officer, Brandon is the best choice!

So we started working with Brandon in July 2020. We wanted to go thru on purchasing a house around that time. Unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances with our credit we didn’t/couldn’t make an offer on a home. Felt wrecked, defeated and stuck. Well Brandon then offered to help with what we can do to improve our credit score. We worked with his referral for a few months and got things fixed Brandon then continued contacting us and kept in touch, and this past Monday we finally reached the finish line and signed on a brand new home. Brandon also got us the best rate lock during uncertainty with rates a few months ago and was able to extend and pay for that extension due to our build being delayed. Overall, given this lengthy relationship we developed with Brandon all I can say is this guy is awesome to work with! He is professional, gets you the best deal, easy to work with and most importantly he’s trustworthy and honest. Would recommend him to anybody purchasing a home. If I could do more stars I would. UPDATE!!!!!!! As impressed as I was with Brandon and Intercap on the refinance, I was blown away with the process when we sold and purchased a new home. Our buyers delayed 3 weeks for finance complications, but Brandon was seamless in our purchase. And we were ready to close whenever we could! We couldn't have asked for better service and experience. Don't look anywhere else! Brandon was a great guy to work with on my refinance. I couldn't have expected such a seamless process he provided me. I will refer everyone I know! Thanks again Brandon!

We just refinanced and Brandon was the guy that got us through it all. We were able to snag a great interest rate and cut a couple hundred dollars off of our monthly . Brandon was very personable. He answered all my questions and kept me well informed on each step of the process. And he worked fast the ensure we were able to lock down a good rate.
