WSFS Bank Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill

This bank is an utter Joke. I miss Beneficial. Will never bank with this company ever again.

Have 2 small savings accounts for my grandchildren and if you forget to make a small deposit every month they charge you a $5.00 service fee.. They know it’s a child’s account but hey why not take from kids with everything else going on with this pandemic... And the funny thing is you can’t withdraw the accounts and take it to another bank because of how they set it up at the time...

Usually great location however a terrible experience by my husband has ruined its appeal. My husband left feeling humiliated and embarrassed as he heard the tellers call him disgusting. Not for anything more because our change box had dog hair in it. Any person with hairy dogs knows it’s every where and it’s unavoidable. After this we are researching new banks.

There’s a $10 fee for a cashiers check from your own bank account!! Seriously WSFS Bank?? Other banks waiver the fee when your a customer!!

I don't think you guys are open from 12 am - 11:59 pm.....probably should fix that...

Girlfriend was depositing a check and withdrawing cash, it took 15 minutes from the time we put up to the window, as the only customers, and the genius behind the window cashed the check and withdrew cash and handed us back over 1500 dollars. Beneficial merging with wsfs was the biggest mistake they could have ever made.

Loved Beneficial been with them since 08. Now with the merger the nearest bank is 30 minutes away.

Excellent service, excellent people. They do after all stand for service. God Bless America
