I would not recommend Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. I asked them several times what the cost of the car was and they could only give me probable monthly payment amounts and not the actual cost of the car. I understand cars are going above MSRP, but the way they tried to avoid being upfront about it was very shady. Just tell me the cost, and I will decide if I want to buy it or not. My brand new car had a check engine light on already after a week. Nothing was mentioned about the warranty on the car. The bank they used sent me a letter with a higher amount than I agreed to for the loan. They need to find new financial business partners. The sales manager called me upset about my bad review, but they should be upfront about everything in the beginning to avoid these issues. I wish they would just take the car back and I could go give an honest dealership the business!!! Avoid at all costs people!!!

I love Mitsubishi Cherry Hill. They were excellent when I went in there 9 months ago with an undrivable minivan that I could not justify resurrecting again. I walked in worried that I couldn't qualify for a new vehicle. They were very nice and had me driving out with a new car (my first NEW car ever) within a couple of hours. And I have a payment that I am comfortable paying. The service department has been wonderful as well. They always service my car in a timely manner and have no problem checking on any concern I may have. They are always polite to me. The only caveat is they do ask me every few months if I want to trade my car in? I love my car and I haven't even had it a year. I have no interest in trading it in. But I hear all car dealerships do this....so I still give them 5 stars.

I went to this dealer after having a very difficult time with another dealer just the day before. I made an appointment and just went. I was met by a smiling face Miss Angela she was helpful and made my experience easy. Most sales reps are pushy but she was patient and kind and just felt like someone I've known forever. My experience was smooth and easy and I had the car 24 hours after test driving. She even checked on me a few days later to make sure all was well: it may be what they do all the time but her attention to detail and listening skills will go a long way. Give her a raise Thanks for all involved and for making this a pleasant experience. kudos to Angela for just being kind

Had the greatest experience after trying few dealerships that were not able to help me out , cherry hill Mitsubishi were super nice and helpful. I had a problem with my credit score however , there was no judgment from the lady that was helping me within the whole process . Her name was Miranda, if I remembered that correctly . She even bought me coffee while I was waiting for the paperwork to get be completed . Anyways after spending maybe 2 hours in total I drove home on my new car and couldn’t be happier . Highly recommend!

Atticus was my salesman who was wonderful from start to finish. Antonio who I think is a manager was good also, but made a very huge mistake with my financing information. I was told my monthly payment would be $468 a month then got to the financing office to sign papers and was told it was $572 a month. This was after all of my belongings were transferred into the new vehicle and my insurance. Antonio only said I’m sorry I made a mistake I was working two deals at the same time and got them mixed up. I expressed how upset I was about the whole situation and how that was an extremely big mistake. I felt taken advantage of because a price was discussed while my husband was present then completely changed after I was there by myself. I felt pressured into buying the vehicle at that point since my insurance and all belongings were already moved, and I had my two year old there with me for this already long process. The only way he was willing to resolve was by lowering my payments from $572 to $550 and offered me a year of free oil changes which was already offered to me at the start of the sale so I am extremely unsatisfied with my payments and how the financing was handled by Antonio. This was not ok.

When I called to inquire about a 2022 Outlander SE at cherry hill. I was greeted on the phone by Tom, immediately he talked me into coming down to their location just to have a look. He was so welcoming on the phone and made me feel comfortable. So we left the house right after hanging up with him. Upon getting to the dealership I was greeted with a huge smile from Antonio, who also had a warm welcome when walking into the location. He immediately made me laugh and I knew we picked the right spot. He then appointed Ayron who also goes by Ron to show us the car From there Ron helped us out so much and gave us a lot of info about the car. He sold us on the car! From there Ron fought so hard to get us the price that we wanted with Antonio. Ron and Antonio worked really hard with us to get us the price that we wanted for the car. We were really pleased with the service. Definitely be I’ll be coming back! 10/10 with everything. bought a used 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander in February 2022. On the surface it went well, however the dealership follow through is non-existent. I talked to the sales manager when I picked up my registration because the third row head rest was missing. He had the parts dept. order it for me....I still have not received it. Today I took my car to Pepboys for an oil change, they showed me that my tires are falling apart. Literally the tread is peeling off. I am replacing all 4 tires. It is apparent that Cherry Hill Mitsubishi didn't inspect the tires before selling me the vehicle.

The service was terrible. Sales team was rude and untruthful, the %30 above trade in value was a complete joke. And the hood shakes on the outlander, back seat is tiny, and the catalytic converters get stolen on the sports.

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership as long as I live. No issues with the car I bought. However, their pitch to sell you a new vehicle is unrelenting. Once you are on there mailing list, they won't stop. They bombard you with snail-mail, email, and phone calls. When it's time to buy a new vehicle, I'll let them know.... Not the other way around.

Best experience ever! Went in for service. While My car was there they replaced seatbelts that were recalled then cleaned my car so good it looked like it did the day I bought it! I was very pleased with how professional and kind the service techs were and the beautiful job they did on my car! Highly recommend this place

I haven't financed a car in years so I wasn't sure what to expect. Miranda was a very knowledgeable sales lady. However if you are going to buy make sure all your questions are answered before you sign to avoid any confusion. Check the car thoroughly to make sure all parts are there as I had to purchase a push start button myself for the 25,000 dollar vehicle I was sold. I was told by the service department that they did have the button in stock but advised me to reach out to sales to see if they would cover the cost. When I did reach back out to my sales person I was told after sending pictures that it was how the car came but I did research and that wasn't the truth and service did confirm it as well. I could see from this exchange they did not want to cover the item so I had to purchase it myself. Overall I got a good deal on the car and I'm in love with it.

It's so sad that I keep asking for my deceased mother to be removed from their list. I talked to Sales, Sales Manager, CORPORATE. My mother passed in 2020 they have called at least 10 times since then. I block the call from another number.. Where is the peace. I bought a new 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander a few months back and I've never looked back. Since then, I needed an oil change which my guy Brad Amogretti helped me out with. When I called to make an appointment and came down for the service, Brad opened the door for me, offered me a beverage and asked if there was anything else he can do for me. Needless to say, I went home as a satisfied customer. Also, I contacted Brad about accessories for my vehicle and he's saved me a lot of money by making sure I bought the correct products.

Started and finished my car buying experience here. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were in. We were able to get the terms we wanted and able to take the knew vehicle home before making a deal on the car. Went back and the paperwork was ready for us. It was one of my better experiences buying a car. I will return.

I had my car at another dealership, were they kept misdiagnosing it so i had it towed to cherry hill, they diagnosed in one day and had put a new engine in with in 5 days so happy i got it to cherry hill mitsubishi.

I don’t think the service technician no what they are doing.. every time I go in for an oil change they tell me I need breaks the 1st time I desperately needed breaks (needed breaks but not desperately) and yesterday was no different. I was told upon check out that my rear breaks were at 40% and the next oil change I should get them done. My breaks were done a month ago and rear breaks don’t wear that fast. But I would love to know how the service technician came to that conclusion without removing my back tires. Because if he removed my tires one there would have been fingers prints from removing the tire if he even looked at my breaks there would have been finger prints…there were none. He wouldn’t of signed off on my tires being good because my back tires are nearly bald and need to be replaced. He also probably would have told me about I don’t know maybe the 3 nails that are in my tire? That anyone would have been able to tell if they actually looked and checked my tires and breaks like there were supposed to. But instead they see female and this time told me I needed to service that needed to be done when it doesn’t. Breaks cost significantly more then a tire and a couple of plugs. My technician should have told me about my nails maybe and shouldn’t have said my tires are good when they clearly need to be replaced and every other service receipt says my rear tires needs future attention but not this one. They also told me I need a transmission flush but my transmission fluid is clean and doesn’t need to be done. They’ll also failed to tell me that my air filter need to be changed but sure wrote it on my service receipt. But that’s probably because breaks are $300 and a cabin air filter is $140 But they constantly keep telling me my car needs more expensive things then it actually needs instead of being honest and actually telling me what needs to be done. I shouldn’t have to second guess and double check the work that is done to my car especially at the dealership where I bought my car from.

Spoke with Christian Chavez a few times over the phone so we scheduled an appointment for me to do a trade in and look at the vehicles on the lot! At first I was thinking it was going to be impossible for me to leave with a car due to not having any credit at all, but after a few hours of well spent time and a couple couple test drives christian had me leaving the lot in a 2019 Kia Forte! I highly recommend cherry hill Mitsubishi and also recommend having Christian assist you in your next purchase! The whole team worked with me as much as they could doing more than I thought was possible! I will never go anywhere else but here!

Let me just say, if you're looking for quality and great customer service, Cherry Hill Mitsubishi is the place to go! Years ago, I bought my 2nd Galant from them and when it was time to get rid of my previous car(Nissan Altima), they popped into my mind. I'm so glad they did. I went in, told them what I was looking for and they delivered. Drove off the lot in a few hours with no fuss. My salesperson (Dan) even went the extra mile and helped me with setting up my car insurance and Antonio is a gem. When it came down to negotiating a fair price, he was amazing!! Just A+ all the way around! I'm beyond happy with my Outlander Sport SE!

The service department is outstanding! Kind, thoughtful, courteous, prompt and always willing to explain any maintenance that has been suggested. I give the service department 5 stars easily. Unfortunately the sales department is not as desirable. It is still 'buyer beware' when it comes to used vehicles. They either were not completely transparent with me or truly did not understand potential issues with the vehicle; either way not a good situation. There was also the issue of requesting to be placed on the 'do not call list'. It does not seem they are able to grant such a request. One star.

It’s so Refreshing to have the non-pressure sales approach from the crew at Mitsubishi in the Cherry Hill Triplex! I came in not knowing I could be approved but was okay with it. I had negative equity, credit score was okay, and not a lot of money down. I had been told I would have to put anywhere from 3-9 grand down at other dealerships. Matt Nelson helped me secure a reliable and large enough vehicle for my family, and got me a great interest rate and price. They really took care of me. Definitely recommend.

Predators. Only seeking a sale. Don’t care about your situation or anything about you. They will sell you a car with the highest interest rate known to man. If you are in a situation where you really are limited with options just Uber your way around because yes they will put you in a car but you will pay much more than the car is worth in the end and the car WILL NOT last the duration of the loan because Mitsubishi’s motors lack longevity. I can tell you from my own experience there have been multiple recalls since purchasing my vehicle. To whoever is going to respond with the calculated customer service response, please don’t even waste your time or finger strength because I am cutting all ties with this company and will never step foot into a Mitsubishi dealership for as long as I live.

Had an appointment at 1:30 pm, got there a few seconds earlier. The service gentleman stated your wait was going to be an hour and a half. I guess that was a standard time frame if I waited 45 minutes. I had so many badddd experiences this one was great! Every one was nice, greeted you with a warm curiosity manner. I didn't buy my car from this particular one but it so much closer. Great Experience!

Taz was amazing. She showed me the car and then let me make the decision. Not alot of talking. I liked that. No pressure at all. Once I made the decision, she showed me more features in the car. Bait and switch, i feel the individuals that set up your appointments have a vested interest in trying to boost the numbers on repairs. The gentleman i spoke with yesterday told me it would be a 100 dollars to drop my bumper down to install a light bulb. Then once i went into the shop and saw they had the BIGGEST mechanic working on my car, i said how in the heck is his hands gonna fit in the small space!! All of of sudden, its now $150 to drop the bumper. They already had the passenger light change, i said you've had me her for almost 4hrs!! I said no dropping the bumper, I'll do it now, I'll buy the other bulb and be on my way.. They then remove the passenger light i find out at the parts counter (smh)... They tell me i need a NEW tcl module, i after hitting a speed bump sir, a NEW module, that doesn't sound right. A $1426.90 charge/bill, i said no thank you smoker service guy, stinking of cigarettes, wheres my keys... I make a phone call, take my vehicle elsewhere, they do a MASTER RESET and my freaking car works fine!!! The only issue was i didn't like any orange lights on my dash, after rest car is like new, NO NEW MODULE NEEDED!! THANK ALOT FOR THE EYE OPENER. But you did get me on $149 diagnostic test.. FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU,.... AND im sure your mechanic backed into something but im replacing the bumper anyway.. You guys are something else... Fyi- tell half the staff to untuck those shirts, its a very uncomfortable look , the struggle is real, felt like a nutty professor convention , i was waiting on the producer to yell CUT.... CHM- BANANA IN THE TAILPIPE EXPERIENCE

Our 2012 mitsubishi was taken for?a leak in the radiator. I request a diagnostic testing to check the mechanics of the car. The diagnostic came back, with no repairs need and we were billed $250. No sooner we got it home and it was leaking radiant fluid. Poor service. The mechanics did a poor job. I?am very dissatisfied.👨👩👦👦

Well I was originally scheduled for a routine maintenance appointment for my 2016 Outlander Sport. Hours later, I drove out with a 2020 Outlander Sport 😆!!!! Definitely didn’t plan for that to happen but I’m happy with the end results. Tom was my salesman, and he was truly great. He took the time out to talk and explain everything to me. He was very pleasant, professional, and an overall genuine person. Actually, everyone I came into contact with that day that worked there, was pleasant. Even after purchasing my new car and I reached out to Tom, he was more than helpful with assisting me with any information I needed. I was offered a service it was very clear. Service coat way more than it should have. Paid $239 for an oil change, tire rotation & cabin air filter change. Apparently when they changed the air filter they offered some BS unnecessary deodorizer. I only understood a cabin air filter change. I tend to not visit dealerships that offer me unnecessary maintenance as I see them as money grab!!! I’m not into paying unnecessary on vehicle maintenance. This alone will cause me never to visit again!! Also the sales department was pestering me about looking at my vehicle for possible trade in. If I’m in the market for a new vehicle I will contact a dealership not the other way around

I bought a used car here recently. Great team made the process smooth. The document guy Harold was great. There was an issue with the trunk latch that was broken the next day . They scheduled us two days later, ordered the part and fixed for free in 30 minutes. I’m very happy with this team.

Very happy with the service I received. William was very patient and explained everything in detail. I traveled 2.5 hrs to get there as I was very unhappy with the service at Little Falls Mitsubishi Service. William took the time to listen to all my issues and concerns about my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage, relayed them to the mechanic and then took the time to relay everything back to me. I understood and agreed to the suggested service. The car starts smoother and after a long trip home I am happy to say the car runs a lot better. I will definitely make the trip for future service. My experience with cherry hill Mitsubishi was top notch, from the wide selection of certified pre-owned vehicles online, to the moment I walked through the front door there was someone to answer all of my questions. Chris Lindsey was my salesperson and he definitely delivered, through the test drive of the vehicle he told Me every detail that he thought was important for me to know, he explained all of the covered warranties and all of my options as far as financing. Making such a large financial commitment can always make a person Leary, but honestly there was nothing pressuring throughout the entire experience. If you are apprehensive just do yourself a favor and do your research and call them, they will entertain all of your questions. No one approached us when we were roaming around the lot. The vehicle I came to check out was advertised as $19,999. After looking at the sticker we found out there was a $5000 market adjustment added to the car. When the paperwork was presented there was a $1500 warranty added that we never discussed. My deposit check was declined even though I had funds in my account. Also I was told I had a year of Sirius radio but can not figure out how to use it , I emailed and have yet to get a response. However our sales rep was pleasant and polite. Don’t know if so would purchase a vehicle there again.

I’m a little upset regarding the service. The representative William was an Ace but, the service was subpar! I had $600.00 worth of work done to car on Saturday, on Monday the car would not start, dead battery. After checking the work that was completed I noticed none of the liquids were topped off and second the report I was given does not state the battery was even checked. The batter was the original battery that was five years old, and clearly this was a major oversight on their behalf. This caused me to be stuck away from home in which I had to contact AAA for a jump. When you say you are going to check liquids and everything please do it correctly!

The MSRP on the vehicle seems vary high. My credit score is not that bad, that I had to put the vehicle in someone else name. Also, The process to purchase a vehicle should not take a whole day, It literally took eight hours out my day.

Gave 5 stars but was disappointed that I could not get my tire fixed. I have a nail in my tire and they weren’t able to patch it bc the didn’t have the parts. Feel like something as simply as tire parts should be stocked, especially at a dealership.

It was not a good experience. Do not buy any outlander sport. Their converters are being stolen and the back order took 6 months to get to me. Nobody called to update me, and when i did call my part was sitting in the warehouse for almost three weeks. Idk how nobody keeps track of these things when the whole nation is affected. Glad I decided to wait and see how things went before writing a review. My experience was fantastic the day I bought the car however, soon after purchasing the car I started getting flat tire after flat tire. They replaced the first one and did and oil change at that time, but i kept getting flat tires! Turns out my tires were outdated. They were all cracking on the sides and leaking slowly. They sold me a car with dry rotted tires. Fine if they didnt realize it on the day of. I didnt. Were all human, but after they changed the tire with the first leak and the oil they gave me a sticker for my oil change date and mileage as well as a check list for tires brakes and the battery. They neglected to tell me that there was an issue with my tires after changing the first one. They just gave me a sticker saying all was well and sent my 6 year old daughter and myself driving down the road in an unsafe vehicle. Also, the sticker in my car says a different date and mileage for my next pilot change than the paper I just received in the mail. I think the service department may have some issues. Maybe it's just one bad apple. I havent had enough experience with them to really have a guess as to where the issues are arising, however I believe car salespeople and mechanics have a responsibility to keep their customers safe by telling them about these issues up front. Cherry hill Mitsubishi failed to do so and now here I am with a fantastic car, 4 used tires, and no clear date for an oil change. I'm mostly upset that they were not up front about the quality of the tires in the car my daughter rides in everywhere she goes. UPDATE: Its been more than a month since I've written this review and they never contacted me. I also called in and wrote an email through their website after they requested my contact information.

I took my car in for an airbag recall. My wait in line was short. I was given an estimated time of completion of an hour and a half. My car was ready on time. An added bonus: my car was vacuumed and dashboard and instrument panel was cleaned. Excellent service.

You no I love Mitsubishi but I am disappointed in the Vehicle I got I just had it a year almost and I have to put 725 dollars in it my mirror fell down and it still down it wont stay up because when it get hot inside it falls off now I have to get up this money and I just don’t have it paying a car note of 400.00 a month and full coverage I’m so sad but all and all the people were very kind I believe if my car did not get vandalized I would not have this problem you have a Bless day

Stayed 6 hours here negotiating a price on a 2014 lancer evolution mr, the staff was super nice and settled on a KILLER price when it was all set and done. The guy who took care of the financing was fantastic, he worked for hours finding the right financer. The car is fantastic, haven't had a single problem so far. Just cannot speak highly enough about the staff. Have, and will refer ANYONE in the market to buy a Mitsubishi to check this place out first

I was very pleased with Angela G. as a sales person. She showed my daughter a vehicle and took the time explaining everything about the vehicle. The test drive was just great where they told us the direction on where to drive the car and it was a good distance to really see how the car handled. The people when you walked into the dealership did not jump down your throat like I normally see when visiting a dealership and they were all very nice and helpful. Paperwork to sign was easy and still the employees where again very nice and helpful. Would buy another vehicle from Angela G again.

It is a year where everybody around me gets a new car and I did not want to get left out. I came to Cherryhill Mitsubishi for a used car but one thing lead to another. Service was quick. Easy to get an appointment. Nice people. There wasn’t anything wrong with my car except the warning light was stuck. Still was charged $150 to switch it off. I think that’s not a good policy. Also I asked to have it vacuumed but instead received a coupon for a car wash which I’m not likely to use as it is several miles from my house.

So i went to this dealer based off my pre approval with capital one auto navigator. I had a 10am appt to see the 2022 Outlander. I got there and the outlander wasn’t there. We had to wait an hour or so for an employee to come back with the last one. Because i had an appt to get to, they did allow us to test drive for an extended time frame which was cool. We got the opportunity to get a real good feel for it. I asked the sales person to draw the numbers up while i was gone so that i didn’t have to wait a long time. (With an auto navigator approval, i shouldn’t have to wait long, I’ve been through this process before) when i got back she did not start the process. We got back around 1230. And was waiting until 315pm for them to draw up numbers for price and payments. She came back with numbers that had nothing to do with my auto navigator offer. What upset me is that the online price was different then the suggested retail price which was also different then the actual price they charged me. I feel like i paid the higher end of the price which they increased a few thousand dollars. They also tried to low ball me for my trade in. I got the numbers at 3pm and ended up having to leave to go pick my kids up and had to drive back to cherry hill from Philly to sign my paperwork. Don’t get me wrong most of the staff were nice however i don’t feel 100% satisfied with my purchase. No one even sat in the car with me to explain the features. I had to figure it out on my own once i got home. I’m upset that this car didn’t have automatic seat adjustment amongst other features i was looking forward to having. So I got there at 10 am and Had to leave at 315pm to come back at 7pm to sign papers. This location needs to do better. I should have been in and out with an approval through cap 1.

I went to this dealership on a Saturday. I’m well aware that typically this is a busy day. I was left multiple times to look at a wall. I will say that although it was busy I had a scheduled appointment as I was told people are being seen by appointment only. Yet I was treated like I came off the street. After 5 hours I did end up closing the deal on a car. A final inspection of the car was not done and after I started panicking as I was late for work I did not notice that the windshield was cracked until I was on the road. Unfortunate but I will admit I am happy with car it was the service that left much to be desired.

When it came to my paperwork and getting my registration I didn’t get it until almost 2 months later after calling and calling because they let me leave a down payment of $5000 and take the car without ever getting me approved!! The first day I was there they ran my credit 14 times, the second time I went because I complained that I still didn’t receive my registration they informed me I was never approved the first time but “don’t worry they’ll take care of it” they ran my credit another 24 TIMES!! I had another issue with them because I was supposed to get something done by them but at that point I was so disappointed in their professionalism I decided I wanted to go elsewhere and wanted my money back. I had to go through 3 different people who claim to be managers and nobody could answer my calls. Getting in touch with anyone was always a hassle. When I spoke to Mr. Cop who is supposed to be some type of manager he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He talked to me in a way nobody should. I finally got a check after 4 months of calling constantly and complaining. Also the tires were completely dry rotted and the inspection was out dated which they said they would pay for and never did. Going here was one of my biggest mistakes. Stay away!!

Talk about being pleasantly surprised......the estimate to.fix a sunroof can range from.$150-$500 dollars depending of what the cause of the leak is. My bill was $150.90 and and very happy with the work and the honesty of the folks here. Nice waiting room and friendly staff made my day not to mention the shuttle service to.and from.PonZios for breakfast..I highly recommend this great dealership.

First and foremost I can’t Thank the Dynamic Duo of Matt Nelson and Julian Talley they assured me from the time I walked in the dealership that I was walking out of my current car and driving home with the car I came for. I took my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander in with only 22, 000 miles on it because the electronic parking brake on the console was pushed on when a bag that was heavy was placed accidentally on it. It is a terrible place to have an electronic parking brake & Mitsubishi really needs to fix that! I was told it could not be turned off & reset without replacing the rear brake pads. I was charged $212.46 for replacing rear brake pads! I was told the electronic parking brake could only be fixed by using a special expensive tool that only Mitsubishi has! It was told it was not an electronic issue which would have been covered by my warranty. I paid a lot for an extended warranty but yet, never get to use it!

I had a wonderful experience at Cherry Hill Mitsubishsi, everyone was nice, accommodating, and professional! I had to wait 7-10 days for parts to come in, and they had no problem with me picking up the vehicle and driving it until those parts came in. I just really appreciated the great customer service, and their patience, because when you’re getting a ride back and forth, schedules don’t always align as anticipated. They never once complained or gave us a hard time, they worked with us wherever possible…

Took my car in for servicing yesterday and waited for it. A very pleasant experience. The service manager that wrote me up was through and knowledgeable of what I wanted/needed done. Service was swift. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I have always had a pleasant experience at this dealership.

The sale guy Chris was nice and polite. My only issue was the back and forth getting to the pricing. I have excellent credit and already had financing taken care of. The process took too much time than necessary. In the end we worked out a price that I'm ok with. It was a used suv. The could have done a better job cleaning the inside. Found some dog hair and cigarette ash in car.

GOD FORBID you try to call them to get a quote for service. I called 5 times to get a quote for my 2013 Outlander Sport for it's 127k mile service and they transferred me 5 TIMES between the desks of their dealerships asking "Where can I direct your call?" I just want a quote for the work already scheduled....how hard is that???

Matt and Quincy are good, ask for them. They helped me with everything I needed and were very polite and easy to talk to. They gave me a free detail, free service and helping me with an extra key and I really appreciate that. Great guys with reliable/dependable cars. I got a used Outlander and took it to OBX and the finger lakes already, no hiccups. 10/10, just ask for them & no one else.

It all started when I was at work on a Friday afternoon and I got a phone call and I was explained that Mitsubishi was having great deals going on and they could get me out of my current lease through GM I had a 2018 Chevy Silverado I had two years left went through all my options it didn't matter how many cars I wanted to look at there is no limit and the sales rep. "Angela" explained all the options thoroughly with me on each car as far as options and they got me out of the lease got me into the car the price that I wanted the monthly payment I wanted I was very happy with the dealership and the sales woman Angela. Absolutely seamless process purchasing two new cars for my wife and I. The entire team (from management to the person who greeted us) was excellent. Salesperson Angela G was stellar. She provided a perfect experience from start to finish. We love our cars, are happy with our payments, and thrilled with the overall experience. Also, their service department is the best I've ever seen. Took both cars on two different days for our first oil changes and we were out within 40 minutes. And again, superb customer service from that department as well. I've referred multiple friends already.
