    We had a great experience shopping at the Audi dealership in Cherry Hill, our salesman Andrew Garber was extremely professional and accommodating in helping us find the perfect car. Even though inventory was limited Andrew went out of his away to get a car delivered in less then 2 weeks. In fact he was able to get 2 great cars to test drive and we choose the best one for our needs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi.

    Cherry Hill Audi is exceptional dealership. The staff as a whole is amazing. I purchased a car and bought it home this week. Andrew G. was the salesman that I worked with. He was top-notch, classy and understanding. He didn't try to upsell me - he understood my needs and worked with me. My first time at the lot he made three separate trips to another parking lot to bring over different models. I was debating which color and weather to go premium or plus. He was patient and realized I was making a large purchase and never got impatient. The finance staff was great - Brian worked with me and was also mentoring a new employee. The dealership is clean, spotless, the admins are nice and they have nice snacks.

    This was our first visit and if I could give 10 stars, they would be well deserved. We had an safety malfunction issue regarding seat belts just before an upcoming road trip. Bill was a customer service superstar! He made us feel good right away and got us in on an emergency service call. Everything was smooth, from check-in to check-out. Really appreciated the extra perks — complimentary Lyft service and free car wash coupon.was much appreciated. Thanks to everyone at Audi Cherry Hill. We will be using them for all our service and sales from now on.

    Easily the worst car service experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they damage my car while servicing it causing a two week delay, they gave it back to me covered in grease stains from front to back. Why would you ever return a car to a customer like this?

    Was having problems connecting my phone's Bluetooth to my car. I drove in without an appointment. Shout out to Andrew Garber who accommodated as I waited, troubleshot the device and restored my service! Plus, no invoice. I couldn't thank him enough! This level of service reflects great credit upon Andrew and Audi Cherry Hill.

    Service Advisor Matthew Shanley was very helpful and answered all questions. I am giving 5 stars for Matthew and the tech’s service; however the wait times at the dealer were a bit excessive and lack of loaner vehicle would be a problem if I had urgent issue and could not wait at the dealer. Matthew did however provide a ride service to get me to and from the dealer .

    EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT. EXCELLENT!!! I recently purchased a Q7 from a different Audi dealership but the tutorial was lackluster at best. Well, on 5/14 my Audi angel saved the day. BRYAN HEARN, This gentleman took the time to walk me through most if not all the features of my vehicle. He was very kind, patient extremely knowledgeable with all around awesome sprit. There was no monetary reward for his assistance jusy my thanks. I wish I could turn back time, because he would've gotten the sale. Everything about this dealership was tops, from Matt who checked me in to, the baby-faced young men that received my truck. #PLEASED

    My parents just recently bought a Q7 2021 on Wednesday and Sergio Johnson gave us the quickest and most pleasant experience getting this car.     Joel and Matt Mazie made purchasing our first Audi a breeze. My mother always had wanted an Audi and they made it possible. They gave us a great deal, and were there for us throughout the whole process. We felt very comfortable purchasing a car at Cherry Hill Audi and didn't feel pressured by the team at all. They were accommodating with my wish for not touching the exterior of the car, which I was not expecting! Matt made the delivery process extremely easy, giving us a great tutorial on how to use all of the features of the new Audi.     My father and I had an amazing experience with the sales team, Mrs. Ibrahim and Pete helped us get a deal through on a Saturday!! They were kind and very understanding of our budget which made the whole process a lot less stressful.     I had a very positive experience working with Brian Shadduck. I had some health concerns that involved several return trips.     I had a phenomenal and completely stress free experience. I told Sergio Johnson, the salesman, what type of car I wanted and what I wanted to trade in and he gave me a number of options. He was extremely professional and answered all of my questions and I had ton. The finance manager Kathleen was also great and due to her and Sergio I was able to quickly close the deal and leave with a car I love. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi or any of their used cars. You won’t be disappointed.

    What a smooth process at Cherry Hill Audi. My husband and I had had some pretty bad experiences car shopping before and were prepared for the same this time around. Andrew in sales was great! He was kind and patient through our questions. There were none of the usual high pressure sales tactics usually used which made buying my first Audi all the more enjoyable. From start to finish the process was incredibly easy!

    I have never had vehicle damage before in my 40 years of driving so I was not experienced with dealership service and repairs. My experience with Audi Cherry Hill was unexpectedly poor. After all, I only want the best for my car, especially since it is a leased vehicle. After my accident I preferred to be towed to Audi Cherry Hill for repairs instead of a USAA approved repair business. Audi service personnel spent a total of 21.1 hours repairing my vehicle, which is equivalent to approximately 5 days. They had my vehicle from 5/28/21 until 7/9/21. You do the math. I received a call from Jose telling me that I would be responsible for out of pocket costs in the amount of approximately $1480. I refused to pay that amount and requested that he submit a supplemental estimate to USAA to cover "additional parts/labor." Jose took his time to submit the supplement. Meanwhile my car rental agreement ran out on June 22. Enterprise Rental charged me over $900 for those additional days. Audi Cherry Hill dropped the ball. And now I have an unexpected bill to pay because of their unprofessional handling of my vehicle. I can never reach anyone from the service department by phone and they don't return phone calls. At the end of my lease they can have their car back. As much as I love driving an Audi the level of professionalism at Cherry Hill leaves me questioning whether I want to continue my relationship w/Audi in general

    Literally the worst customer service I've ever had at a dealership. Every time I try to book a service there they promise they will call me back when they don't have a customer in front if them. They never call me back and I always end up having to book the service at a different audi dealership. Also when I first got my car I was missing a bolt cover, they said they would mail one to me and they never did ... it's been over a year. I love my audi but I wish I had bought it elsewhere. Such a shame.

    I had a great experience buying a Q3 yesterday. I was lucky enough to work with Adam A. and the GM Mark. The model I wanted was nowhere to be found anywhere nearby in stock. I was evaluating another brand and having a hard time making a decision, so they authorized upgrading me into the S Line at the same cost because they had it in stock. Both of them were excellent, friendly and I didnt feel pushed at all. Great experience and I couldn't love the car more.

    I have been leasing an Audi in the last three years, and I decided to go with buyout. With low inventory problems everywhere, I did not have the time or energy to look for a new car, so buyout seemed as the quickest solution. I called many dealers in the Philadelphia area to buy my current car, but none of them could help for various reasons. I am glad that Audi Cherry Hill immediately responded my call and invited me to their dealership the next day. Especially Ismail and Pete have been very helpful during the process.

    The WORST service department ever!!! Scheduled an appointment for an oil change/wiper blades service and a loaner. When I got there at 8:30 am, I was told they only have Enterprise loaners. OK, no big deal. Except---they drive you to the Enterprise facility somewhere on the Admiral Wilson Boulevard, where you have to wait all over again. So, I get a Toyota that smells bad and now I am finally leaving at around 9:30. I return to Audi around 3:45 to pick up my car and they tell me they haven't even started yet and I would have to wait until tomorrow. When I asked why, I was told that they were "backed up"! Mind you, I was there at 8:30 for a simple oil change. When I asked the service guy for an explanation --- he had none. No phone call ahead of time, no text, nothing. I had enough and told them to cancel the service and give me my car back. Still no explanation, let alone an apology. Never going back. Will stay with the Turnersville dealership instead. Awful.

    By far the best experience I've had at a car dealership! I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Garber on the hunt for a new car. I. can't say I am the most well versed in all the ins and outs of cars but Andrew walked me through every step. I had a semi clear vision of what I was looking for and was looking at other brands too, but I felt safe, well cared for and reassured through every aspect of the vehicle here (he even went so far as to help me set up any devices I wanted to connect and took the time to show me what each and every button on the car did).     I went to Audi in Cherry Hill after texting with their salesman Brian Shadduck through their website. He had sent me numbers and worked on getting me a deal I was comfortable with via phone prior to me going in person as he knew I did not live local to the dealership. Once at the dealership, I changed the car I was interested in. Brian had no problem with this, and found me the car of my dreams for a price I was comfortable with.     Just renewed my lease last week and honestly was such an easy, seamless experience. I was able to view inventory online and was promptly contacted by a sales associate to assist me with vehicles and options.     I’ve never had such terrible service from any car dealership before. Last year when I dropped off my car for an oil change at 8am, it was there all day and all they said was they “forgot about it” and left zero gas in the car when it was returned. I completed the “how was your service” form and told them all of this and not one person felt the need to respond to me. Today I also had an appointment for an oil change and requested a loaner vehicle as I own a business and needed to return to it. I show up to the appointment and they have no rentals and dropped me off at enterprise, in which they forgot to make a reservation for me. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

    Walking into a dealership can be intimidating. You know that you are at a disadvantage from the beginning and it is just a matter of how much pressure you are going to get and how helpful the individuals are going to be. However, from the first time I walked into Audi Cherry Hill, all of these negative perceptions disappeared. Bryan Hearn welcomed us with open arms and guided us through the purchasing process from beginning to end. He was responsive and informative without being pushy. He took time to understand our needs and remained patient despite lots of questions. Mark Tamburrino, General Sales Manager, was also extremely helpful and aided with bringing things across the finish line. While looking for a vehicle, we visited other Audi and non-Audi dealerships. Audi Cherry Hill was by far the best in terms of customer service, willingness to work with us, and overall experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough for your next vehicle purchase or lease.

    My first experience with this dealership is already off to an awful start. I was on the phone with Laura, from the scheduling department. The call got disconnected. I called back immediately, only to be transferred to a very sarcastic and condescending Laura. I then asked to speak with someone else instead. She "transferred" me and the call - again - got "disconnected." The call ended with her telling me that I could be taken care of 5 days from now, despite the manager telling me I could be taken care of in 2. Customer service representatives are allowed to be human (which is inclusive of having off days), but that should never translate to making a customer feel disrespected and/or unvalued as a customer. Cherry Hill is the closest dealership to my new residence. However, I must say, I am highly disappointed and no longer want to be a customer of theirs.

My previous car purchasing experiences were marred by tricky car salespersons and predatory lending so a mutual friend told me to reach out to Sergio Johnson because he “sold cars” and was really good at it.     I was in the market for a new car. I test drove a SUV in December. The salesperson, Joel, was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I selected a car and it was delivered. The very next day I realized the A7 was too big for me. I called and expressed my concerns. I was told to bring the vehicle back and exchange it for another SUV. I must say the manager( who’s name I can not remember) was great. He was kind and helpful during the entire process. I recommend Audi of Cherry Hill, if you are in the market for a vehicle.

    The overall experience was positive. The vehicle I purchased was a 2018 CPO Audi Q3 for our daily driving needs. The vehicle was delivered as promised as well as detailed and ready for delivery when I arrived at Cherry Hill Imports (Audi). Because this vehicle was a CPO vehicle I was given an extended warranty by Audi. With that said I was under the distinct impression by the finance manager that the dealership was not making a large profit on this vehicle. To counteract this loss of profit the dealership began offering and persistently pushing service contracts to me during the finance period. I was going to purchase all of the vehicle service upfront at the time of purchase so that was fine. I simply felt uncomfortable when the extended service plans were presented. It was more about making the numbers then making me satisfied as a customer. This is typical for most all dealerships. Finally, I was only financing a small amount of money on this purchase because I had a trade and I do not like payments. That portion of the transaction really had nothing to do with the dealership, it simply came down to my working with the finance manager. The dealership did provide things such as all weather floor mats and a few extras that I did appreciate. I left the dealership however feeling like it was more of a transaction then an emotional or brand experience with Audi.     I was supposed to bring my vehicle in to replace tires. I had been calling all week to speak to someone in parts dept. At one point, I was put on hold and no one ever returned after taking my info. I called right back and was told that someone would call back. Of course, no one ever did. Now I have had my car here all day with none of the parts I need available. Which could have been avoided if someone would have just returned my call. So after dropping my vehicle since 9:15 I reached out to check status of repairs. It was then I was told the parts were unavailable. Moments later I got a call back letting me know I would now have to prepay for the parts. Huh? This should have handled way better. I’m disappointed.

    My wife and I knew we wanted an Audi but hadn’t ever driven one so we made an evening of it and went to test drive a few models. The manager, Mark, was amazing and got us set up with Andrew right away and by the end of the process (which was the quickest ever btw!), we had traded China and Israel travel stories, made fun of one another and became fast friends - and it always helps to make friends! :-)

    I am way over due w/ this review. Since I was so happy with my first A4 Audi purchase, I went back to Cherry Hill Audi. Of course, I wouldn’t see anyone other than my favorite & always outstanding sales representative, Andrew Garber. As always, he took the time to give me numbers over the phone without meeting me so I can have an idea on the payments. I love Cherry Hill Sales & Service dept. Andrew was able to move me up to an A5, which by the way, I absolute love love the car! Mark (Manager) & Andrew worked their magic w/ payment options, “bells & whistles” I wanted in the car etc. Negotiation was quick and simple. They made my A5 happen for us. I am so in love with my car that if they can get me another deal w/ another A5 when this loan is over, I’ll get another one. I haven’t taken the car yet for service; however, from my experience returning the A4 sport, it was a smooth & easy transition. The service guys ( William O & Abraham) in the service department always, always provided OUTSTANDING service. The Finance Dept (gentlemen) help us with a quick & easy process he was outstanding too! As long as I continuously have the same experience & outstanding service as I had with my 4A sport, I think Audi has a customer for life! 🤗🤗 Cherry Hill Audi always always offers outstanding service! Abraham comes out to give me an update on the car frequently. Abraham explains everything that's going on w/ the car the possible expense if it's not under warranty etc. I am actually considering buying another Audi this December when my lease is up. The building is new & they make your wait very comfortable.

    Outstanding experience with Andrew Garber at Cherry Hill Audi, where yesterday I leased a 2017 A6. From the minute I walked into the showroom last Monday until I signed the lease yesterday, it was all about the customer experience. Joel provided a fair price on the vehicle we were interested in as well as a fair value for our trade. There were no pressured sales tactics whatsoever. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because ultimately we chose to go with another vehicle. Joel wished us luck and thanked us for considering Audi of Cherry Hill. We were able to work out the logistics of the purchase prior to my visit, so when my new car arrived, all I had to do was sign and pick it up. Andrew Garber was the most friendly, knowledgeable salesman. He answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, and was very thorough in explaining all of the features my new car has.     I had a very positive experience at Cherry Hill Audi. Past few months have been challenging for car buyers due to Covid, supply chain constraints, and unavailability of cars at dealerships. In this environment, many dealers have taken to nefarious means to extract money out of desperate buyers, including charging over sticker price, forced financing at above market interest rates, and other unpleasant gimmicks. My purchase at Cherry Hill Audi was very smooth and the transaction was fair and transparent. The salesperson, Adam A., was friendly, helpful, and patient. I was able to buy the car without any surprises or extortions. The business manager, Pete S., was helpful and straightforward. Overall, I had a great buying experience and would recommend this dealership.

    I will preface with, the only reason why I am rating my experience a “three”, is due to the my interaction with the gentlemen from the service and finance departments- thank you for providing great service! Due to the times we are in I will reframe from giving names BUT my experience at this dealership was far from ideal. The salesman initial interaction was lack luster but began to become more engaged once he realized I was buying the car (I knew what I wanted when I walked in, so my purchase wasn’t due to his ability to sell me the car). After purchasing the car, it was a chase to get any of my questions answered. I purchased the car in December and I did not receive my plates or registration until February- for which I totally understand the delays at the DMV but it wasn’t until I reached out to inquire about my plates/registration… just to be told (by the gentleman that sold me the car) they WERE THERE THIS ENTIRE TIME and then proceeded to blame the clerks for placing them in cabinet where they weren’t supposed to be. I requested to get them mailed to me as I live about a hour away from the dealership but for me, it’s the principle of it all. It’s not about the money spent, it’s about the courtesy and execution of providing great, consistent service. Needless to say, this was my first and last purchase.

    My wife and I stopped by Audi of Cherry Hill today to take a look at an Etron GT. We were surprised to find a new one sitting on the floor. We were approached by Andrew Garber in sales and he offered his assistance without any pressure and thoroughly went over the features of the car. He was patient and explained in detail the car’s functions and answered all of our questions. After deciding to purchase the car, Andrew and the rest of the team moved quickly to get us through the buying process. We met with the finance manager and he gave us a rundown of the options.     I went to this place to buy an used Rs3 and I guess my REEBOK tee shirt and sneakers wasn't helping me at all,forgot to wear a tuxedo in order to buy an Audi. Is totally true when ppl say that you will get ignored at any dealership with expensive cars,you must look over 55 years old and dress up in order to get someone to help you out.

    I had an extraordinary experience working with Michael Didio and Andrew Garber at Cherry Hill Audi to purchase, sight unseen, a 2014 Audi RS7. They even paid $2,000 to ship the RS7 to my door in Denver! The vehicle was exactly as described and in near perfect condition. When I took it to my mechanic, they could not find anything that needed to be done. The paint and interior were immaculate as well! Michael and Andrew were extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and ethical throughout this difficult transaction on a $114,000 car.     Absolute disaster! I brought my car in for service on Monday, and was supposed to receive a call about what needs to be done during the day. Nothing. I have tried to call and to text my attending daily but no response. After 3 days all I have received was a truncated text message. Could hardly understand what it was saying. I have texted and called again, left few messages, and still no response. I have been left without a car, and without information as to what needs to be done, and when it will be ready- and worst of all- there is no one who would even return my calls or text messages. Absolute disrespect for the client. This will be the last time I have brought my car to this location.

    Dropped off my car for a scheduled, routine service first thing Wednesday morning. Drop off went well, scheduled almost a month in advance so I could get a loaner car (2021 Q3) which was appreciated. Was told I would receive a call by 2pm with an update. Radio silence, after 3 calls and voicemails (somehow nobody from service seems to be able to answer a phone) I get a call from the service manager Bill late on Thursday apologizing and telling me my service rep will be calling. Finally get a call from the service rep apologizing, saying they have no staff and nobody has looked at my car (now 48 hours later), promises a call by noon on Friday. Friday comes, same deal, no call, no returned voicemail. It is now Saturday, in spite of being open I am told there is nobody who can speak or give a status update. I can't review the actual service since it hasn't happened. But if you value promptness or communication from the service department I would strongly suggest going to another Audi dealer, I know I will if I ever get my car back. Update: On Monday rep reached out. Got everything done including an alignment which they comped as an apology. I appreciate the service recovery.

    Everyone at this location is extremely nice all the way down to the manager! Was able to interact with two sales personnel Andrew Garner and Sergio Johnson! Both have great personalities and will not pressure you to buy anything, will consider what you are comfortable paying and what you want in a car and try to make it work! Pete the finance manager will make anything happen! This was my first financed car and he was able to find me a loan for a 2021 car within my monthly budget and a decent down payment! To make it even better great time management I was able to come in buy a car and leave with the car before I had work. Great experience, well recommend!

    I bought my Audi here in 2018. My fiancé got his Audi here in 2020. We both got AudiCare and get yearly services/other services here since. We have had nothing but great experiences from purchasing our cars to the services we got throughout the year. AudiCare is really worth it for us, personally. The convenience of getting our oil changed and everything else addressed all in one place, plus always be offered a free, courtesy vehicle for the day, is amazing. Today, I just got my yearly service and everyone (from the gentleman that checked me in, to the woman that checked me out, to the gentleman that went and got my car) was so friendly and efficient.

    Beware the service department! Get another estimate. Cherry Hill Audi estimates were DOUBLE market rate for replacing a part and for new tires. All work done for me has been competently performed, but quite expensive. They also stopped providing shuttle rides and they put my in ride shares with dirty cars and random drivers.

    Had been car shopping for a few weeks and had narrowed it down to a few models. Wanted to test drive an Audi and Mercedes before we finalized our decision. We didn’t make it to Mercedes and bought our 2021 Q3 the next day. Andrew Garber was our salesman and easily our best experience the past few weeks of test drives. He was knowledgeable and helped us as we test drove 3 cars. Very patient running around the lot bringing up the cars and putting a tag on. Al the while in a light steady rain. Answered all our questions, discussed pros and cons of financing vs leasing and didn’t use any of the high pressure sales techniques that most people hate. That being said, we did buy a car we weren’t exactly expecting to, so his sales technique was effective. It also helped that the Q3 was awesome and approved by our mechanic brother. Not that we’ll need him since we bought the Audi car package. Here’s hoping that their service department is as good as their sales and financing. (Nash was also a great help walking us through our options and completing our purchase) All in all a great experience and we’re thrilled with our purchase.     Do not go to this Audi dealership. I contacted the dealership via phone the morning of 6/18/21 to look at a specific vehicle, and I provided them with the VIN number to ensure they could look up the correct availability. I first spoke with Malik who made my appointment for the same day at 1:30PM, then later texted with Bryan Hearn who was supposed to meet with me when I got to the dealership. I drove two hours to get to this dealership, and upon arrival, a third person came to meet with me to advise that the specific vehicle I came to look at was sold the previous evening. I texted Bryan to request an explanation as to how this could have happened, and I received no response.     I took my car to be serviced for anti-freeze leak The guy at the desk was very nice guy. Then four days past I called to check when my car is going to be available for pick up, it’s so hard to get hold of them, and nobody text to keep you update or email you until you insist for couple of days. my problem is with customer service we are the customers we should be treated the way it should be. Any way driving in my vehicle after two days picking it up I hear something in the bottom i took a look under The car I find the Engine cover came off. when I took it the repair shop we found about eight screws not in there. So now I have another problem not only with the customer service but with the mechanic was he smoking marijuana how could you forget something like that. Anyway I will never come back there and what I’m asking for please send me my screws to my address so I can put them back myself.

    All right everyone.. Am giving my review after 2 months of my new Audi Q5 purchase Experience is bad because of very bad issues that am not expecting from Audi brand 1)when I put the gas . Nozzle get tip off every 2 cents (gas nozzle won’t stay until tank is full or for sometime)... observed this issue after my first gas fill (4 days after my purchase..because I ride lot miles every day) so gave for service back to Audi and report says clean and Audi confirmed I should be good from now but it happened again after the first Audi visit again I gave car to service after 2 week(very long waiting time to book appointment) report says same,,, no issue.. yesterday I gave m car to service again I have to see what I will get this time This is so frustrating for me to book service appointment and put the car in service center 2) we saw seeing the issue after my first service visit that... the display screen in the goes blur if the temperature is so hot outside.. that is very very bad.. When I talk service person from Audi he says it’s common issue and he cannot fix it.. does any Audi owner have this issue? I reported issues to Audi and ask for replacement of car or cash back but the response from them it will 20 business days to get answer for that question If anyone suggest what I can do to fix this issue( as I don’t like Audi anymore)/ if Audi person see this comment if you can fix/suggest my issue that would be great Thanks in advance

    I never written reviews but I had the worst customer service experience. I had a broken car window (Audi A4) which I was looking to get fixed. Called the service department to make an appointment, the agent on the call told me they would be able to fix it.They also told me they needed to order the part and the payment was due over the phone. Showed up to my appointment today (1/8/2021), the service agent informed me that they don't have any technician who can fix the window. They told me to come back next week and they will subcontract the work to a local garage. How does an Audi dealership not know how to fix an Audi car?!?! Makes you question if they actually have subject matter expert who know what they are doing. Basically took my money for the part and told me to find someone else to install it. I will never be servicing my car here!!

    My experience with Andrew Garber was truly a memorable one. Not only was he prompt with getting back to me with an email and phone call but also punctual with our time of appointment. He met every expectation of what buying a car is truly meant to be. There wasn't any pressure selling, but trying only to get the best possible price and deal he could for us.     This is one of those things you just can’t make up! Absolutely terrible business practices. Saw an amazing deal for an amazing vehicle at Cherry Hill Imports (Audi) 4 days before driving 200 miles to go see the vehicle in person and to test drive the vehicle and buy it; mind you 2 days before making the trip to Cherry Hill Imports (Audi) I tried to put in a deposit on the vehicle as I was 100% certain I was going to bring the vehicle home however upon trying to do so the dealership said that they were not accepting any deposits for the vehicle. Upon arriving to Cherry Hill Imports (Audi) one of the employees Jack would not allow me to take the vehicle to a certified Mercedes Independent shop to proceed with a PPI which I had scheduled and was given the OK to do so the day before arriving; not to mention they wouldn’t even allow me to remove the splash shield of the car on their own lift as anyone should check any vehicle before purchasing for any leaks/fluids ect. I was only able to perform my own inspection as thoroughly as I could with the splash shield still intact. The attitude of denying this even though it was agreed upon was absolutely absurd and rude. Moving on I test drove the vehicle and checked for any weird sounds during my drive and the vehicle seemed solid and I was happy with the results. Upon returning I was ready to purchase the vehicle and insurance was set and everything was set. Mark (head of sales) returns to me and say “I don’t know how to tell you this but unfortunately the car was sold last night after hours”. I was the first person to see the vehicle today as it was for sale online and on the lot and was denied the right to purchase the vehicle because apparently their was an unfair deal proposed with another buyer through nothing but text messages. Bear in mind the dealership specifically said that they would be not taking any deposits for the vehicle and as Mark specifically explains that the other buyer used his vehicle as a deposit trade in value the night before after hours. So basically I drove 200 miles to be denied a vehicle that was available and for sale! I was denied to put a deposit down for this specific vehicle that I was interested in while another buyer was allowed to trade in his vehicle through a text message and word of mouth as a deposit for the vehicle I was interested in. There was no proof of any transactions, no proof of signed documents, and no proof of any electronic documents for the purchase of the vehicle I was interested in. That is not how you do business with a a customer especially one that is ready to pay and take a car home. I feel cheated and have wasted my valuable time. I will not be doing business with Cherry Hill Imports in the future. This experience was one of those things you cannot make up. P.S. Mark offered $300 check for all of my inconveniences of the trip. I’ll be waiting for that check! As a fellow automotive enthusiast and someone whose bought countless high performance cars over the years. I would advise to stay away for any type of vehicle purchase!

    Another great buying experience at Cherry Hill Audi!! I usually hold my cars for around 3 years. I purchased an A6 back in 2012 and realized that I had it for four years ... I still love the car, but I was overdue ... I walked in and 90 minutes later cut a deal that I believe was very favorable and extremely fair. No hassles, no hard pushes, no games ... I worked with Andrew Garber who was EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend Andrew - he's a good guy!! He scheduled my pickup for Friday at 2:30. I worked with Jaime in the Finance Dept. and she is a real pro. She was ready with the paperwork when I got there. I was "In and out" with my new car in less than an hour. Everything was explained flawlessly, all my options on warranties and packages were discussed with no gimmicks, hard sell or pressure. The car rides great but I would expect nothing less. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience ... probably the most stress-free $50K+ purchase I ever made! We'll be back when my wife needs to update her Q5!!

    My car started mysteriously losing oil right after I got it back from having an oil change at Cherry Hill Audi Service Center. When I called James Carney (service advisor) right away, it quickly became clear that reaching him was impossible. I left multiple messages. No response. I had to add a total of 4 quarts of oil before having to bring the car back. The dealership OF COURSE took no responsibility for the sudden oil issue that presented immediately after their technicians touched my car. I explained to them my car was not ever losing oil before I brought it there for a simple oil change (there’s nothing about an oil problem on their thorough inspection report either). So I brought my car back to diagnose and repair the oil loss which they caused, and it cost me over $770 because they claimed oil was seeping from a cap. After paying that money, and getting my car back, the very next day the oil level declined. I thought maybe it’s just the car using oil or readjusting after being driven. Nope, each time I’d check after driving 5-10 miles or so, the oil level was steadily declining at the same exact rate as before I even brought the car back for the almost $800 repair, so it became evident by this point that I was charged almost $800 for a bogus diagnosis and repair job. I tried to call James Carney again. And again NO RESPONSE. Texted him, left voice mail messages, NO REPLY! This went on for 4 whole days! I even left messages for 2 service managers and still did not get a callback! Finally yesterday I became even more persistent and just kept calling repeatedly and eventually the operator got tired of routing my call so she made sure someone hand delivered a message to Mr. Carney. He finally called me back at the end of the day and what was his solution? “I’ll transfer you to our scheduling coordinator so we can take another look at it.” Zero accountability! What happened after he said he’d transfer me? He disconnected the call. So I had to call back and track down a scheduling person myself. So now, my car is currently back at Audi and they better not be charging me another dime to fix a problem THEY CAUSED! I have forwarded this matter to my attorney are we are awaiting the outcome of how Audi chooses to rectify the problem before deciding to file suit. Side note- this has been such a painfully frustrating experience that I am considering leaving the brand altogether. Prior to buying an Audi, I was a loyal BMW customer for almost 20 years and Bentley customer for the last 10 years of that almost 20 year period — never experienced any of these issues with BMW or Bentley service. They were always hands-down phenomenal. Audi’s service experience has been beyond poor in comparison. I will update this review accordingly, depending on the outcome. UPDATE 10/6: received a call from Mr. Carney informing me that there is no oil leak, the car is actually burning oil due to damage to “piston rings.” When I tell you THIS PROBLEM BEGAN IMMEDIATELY AFTER I BROUGHT IT TO THIS DEALER FOR AN OIL CHANGE, I mean exactly that! I never had an issue with my car losing or burning oil ever before this! Whatever they did to my car essentially destroyed my engine, and now after they charged me almost $800 for to repair something that WAS NOT EVEN THE PROBLEM, they’re telling me it will cost around $10,000 to fix THIS sudden mysterious problem. Long story short: Audi of Cherry Hill caused severe engine damage to my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB and will be pursuing legal action. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Well, I am very particular with over 20 years of great customer service experience. Upon entering Cherry Hill Audi, Dorothy Zalucki immediately approached us and provided exceptional customer service from the time we arrived up to and after we departed. Dorothy was kind and nice, but also very informative. She immediately dealt with our every concern with easy and unlike other dealerships, I didn’t have to spend hours trying to buy a vehicle. Jenna, from Finance, was also great and easygoing. Our saleswoman, Dorothy, answered all of our questions during and after our purchase on a beautiful Audi Q5.     Just purchased a new q7 from there. Wonderful experience overall with Andrew and the dealership! I drove 1.5 hour from north jersey to there to get the exact build I want. They matched the aggressive offer on the new car from another dealership with an excellent trade-in price on my old one. Andrew is professional and knowledgeable! Moreover, they charge a much lower fee than others. Definitely the best car buying experience!

    We had the best experience ever, with senior salesman Andrew Garber and junior Kyle. My brothers and I test drove the RS7 in a cheerful companionship with Andrew, he is a honest, polite and a knowledgeable Audi salesman, always with a smile, always positive. We felt that we as customers were the most important people in NJ. Despite a usedcar manager that almost killed the deal (he did not even greet us, and second day of trials with my wife she said - No way...). Anyway, on day three today, Andrew was back in the office, he reined us in, we felt we were welcome again and now we are the lucky owners of a fantastic car ! Thank you Andrew and Kyle !
