    Got my nail in tire fixed and oil changed under my maintenance plan. They accidentally added a additional tire on the right too and didn’t charge me and took fault and I got a free tire. Down to earth service manager that day! 🙏

    I recently asked MB to investigate an “ESP error message” on my car and repair the trunk which was not retracting completely. My service advisor, Ted, discovered the problem which had persisted for a year. He was meticulous in his examination of my very old (2005) MB convertible. He secured the necessary parts in a timely manner and oversaw the repair. I appreciate the service he provided to keep me safe :)

    Communication is terrible. My vehicle was towed there on Friday after calling Mercedes roadside assistance and they have yet to call me with the status. No communication on their end whatsoever. I’ve been calling their phone to find out any info and they keep giving me the runaround, the people who do answer are rude and very dismissive. One even said we probably won’t look at your car til Monday because we only do light work on the weekends. Then when I ask about a loaner, oh she’s not in til Monday. Then have the nerve to quote me a diagnostic price like it would be an issue. Still no call back regarding my vehicle. Car has been at the dealer for 4 days. No loaner given. A mess. I never experience this in FORT WASHINGTON. Completely unacceptable!

    They lie to you big time! Please don’t waste your time. We ordered our car, they said they locked the price at a certain price point and said it won’t go up it can only go down. When the car arrived to the lot, the price went up $250 more a month. They didn’t even feel bad for ripping us off. Making false promises. Didn’t even say sorry for giving us false promises and wasting our time. The dealer was Desmond, avoid this person at all cost.

    I took my cousin's 2012 c class for service A, during the inspection they found the rear frame was really rusted and recommended replacement. They sent me the estimate right away and they explained why and what will be replaced. It took a few days to get all the parts in and they did a great job. I'm glad they were thorough with the inspection and found the issue otherwise my cousin would have had a big issue if the frame would have failed while driving.

    Paid off my car and had to get paperwork filled out by the finance manger (vin). Waited 30 mins for him to come. Didn’t Apologize for the wait. Then acted like I was bothering him. The sad part I was going to buy another car on the spot but I didn’t cause of him. I advised him and he said ok then don’t buy. Great job Mercedes’. Bought several cars not anymore.

    very bad experience with mercedes benz cherry hill, I made an appointment to drop off my 2012 c300 car due to an electrical problem, they first started 3 days later to work on the car. they replaced the battery telling me that it could be the problem, it was not solved, then they gave me money that they had to remove the interior to check a water leak “they did not solve anything either, they lasted more than 15 days with the car and they did not solve it, I had to take the car out in a tow truck just like I sent it, they charged me an invoice of us$1,470 to be able to remove the car an absurd diagnosis of us$21,000 cost to repair the car. When the car was with me, I removed the interior and found the damp part that had been there. I realized that they never removed that part. I cleaned the wiring and bought the power distributor and fixed the problem by buying 3 cards that cost us 133.00. It still hurts me what I pay I feel like they take the money out of my wallet

    My name is SEZAI BAYRAM It's been a month today and they couldn't find the problem with my car, and they are trying to make me pay for the wrong part replacement, as if they weren't enough, they didn't help in any way and I've been without a car for a month, they didn't even give me a car to use, I bought my ready-made grandpa car at my previous service. and at 295 i was on the road 10 later and still no help. It took 3 weeks. Now you will ask why you are leaving then ? I'm going I wanted to give them another chance . Write your complaints about this, I'm a disgrace with my money, I think I'm going to go to the workshop, I'm really sorry, I didn't expect these to happen.

    Service and sales here have been in decline for the Past decade. My most recent trip has summarized that completely. Will not be back, will not purchase another vehicle from here and will advise my family and coworkers against as well. Dishonest crew, over charging for services that aren’t completed.

    This place will nickel and dime you! They prey on people that knows nothing about cars and will try to extract as much money as possible. I went in asking for my headlight to be up programmed. I dealt with Tina as a service writer. She explained that'll it will cost around 200. I agreed and signed the RO. Later she told me she couldn't program the headlight, and it will be an additional 400 to take the bumper off for additional diag. I said "400!? For an extra six bolts that holds the bumper to come off? She replied in rude and dismissive tone "this is Mecedes" implying thats the way prices are. I guess. Then I asked why I'm be charged a diag fee when my intial concern was not fixed and no correction for my concern was never confirmed. She replied with another "this is Mercedes" and walked away. So i paid 200 for absolutely nothing. My headlight still doesn't work and still no ideal why it doesn't work. This is why dealerships gets a bad wrap. For a prestiges brand like Mercedes, I did not expect to be treated this way. I will not consider getting my cars serviced here . If you're charged for unexplainable expense, just remember that " this is Mercedes"

    Disappointed and frustrated. I just moved to Philadelphia and everybody raves about the Cherry Hill Mercedes experience. My first service experience with Marc was wonderful. Today I hit a pothole And called the dealership to see if they could fix my tire. The service professional took all the tire info and said there was one left That they would save for me. After a long day at work I drove out to Cherry Hill to get my tire replaced, only to find out that they sold it. The service professional on the phone told me not to drive over 20 miles on the tire for fear that it would burst. The rude service provider told me “I would be fine” to drive 80 miles on the highway tomorrow. Hmm, total contradiction. On top of that, everyone was extremely rude and unwelcoming. They made me feel like a burden instead of trying to help someone in need. Not only do I now have to Uber to my hospital 40 miles away, but Now I also have to look for a dealership who actually wants my business. My lease is up this year and I was planning to upgrade, but I will definitely take my business elsewhere. What happened to customer service? A little kindness goes a long way to building loyalty.

    it has been almost 5 months, I'm still waiting for Brent Waters to refund my security deposit of $1,000, which he promised me that the security deposit is refundable. Reached out to him 3 times and he just disappears and not responding to my emails anymore.

    I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Ron in service! Ron treated me like I was a member of his own family, not only did he show me features of my car but he kept me updated every step of the way! Working in a customer service facing job myself, I was very impressed with how professional and courteous he was! I know my car was safe in his hands and care.     Diego Delrio is the Man! I got to MB Cherry Hill about closing time. Had been looking to trade in my Honda Accord Sport for a Benz for a while. Diego knew exactly what I needed (he had found me my previous C300). He found me this lovely low-mileage Certified E350 with AMG Sport wheels, and the rest is history. Diego and his team stayed an hour and half after closing to make sure I drove away with the car that night. I could't be happier with Diego and his team! Thanks!

    I recently had service done here and the service advisor Ron Murphy was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and detailed when telling you what’s good and bad with the vehicle.     I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cherry Hill! I put in an inquiry online and was immediately contacted by Amy. She stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, made sure to follow up and worked with my hectic schedule. I was assisted by the sales consultant Brent and he was truly amazing. He helped me find my dream car and I drove out of Mercedes-Benz completely satisfied. I truly feel like he was looking out for my best interest. They car is amazing and the best quality.     I visited this location early Jan 2021 in search of a GLC. From the moment I walked through the door Desmond was very professional and nice to both me and my son. The entire process was stress free, hassle free and rather exciting. Desmond immediately felt like family and had no problem answering any questions I had. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel forced or rushed into purchasing.     Worse service ever.... For the past several years that I have been going to this dealer something always seems to happen to my car. My experience with the previous manager was much better as he worked with you, unfortunately Can’t say the same about the current manager, Jim who is very rude and does not care about the customers. Not to mention that when I took my car because the horrible work they did all he knew how to say was “Things happens” then to make the situation any worse he started looking inside my hood (nothing to do with the problem) and said there was a leak and that was incorrect. Clearly he wanted to avoid the conversation of the actual problem as per the reason of my return to the dealer. However, my usual service advisor is a very respectful and honest person probably the reason I went back.

    I have purchased from Diego twice at this location. Both times he helped me find the right vehicle for my needs and my long list of “must-haves”. He is down to earth, knowledgeable on the car features and options. He even helped me both times set up the car to my phone and walk me through all the features (which doesn’t happen at other car dealers from my experience!). No request is too much! Both times he worked with my schedule and made all paperwork painless. Will be back when it’s time for my next lease!

    I highly recommend using another Mercedes dealer. Cherry Hill Mercedes' quality standards are very lacking. After a two week long ordeal having to chase their representatives and a 3k bill later I am presented with the interior of my car being in the shape in the photo, and with broken seat bezel pieces. Manager refuses to fix issues, apart from a simple detail. Fine for a shade tree mechanic, not for a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

    I rather walk. Very poor customer service. Probably the worst if not the worst in the country. Very disappointed. Mercedes needs new people to run this place. Leased my car 3 years ago and had to take it to Atlantic city for service throughout because of poor service in Cherry Hill. I'm returning my car finally, lease over and had to wait for almost an hour even though I informed the front desk that I had a ride waiting to pick up. For the amount of money and the standard of Mercedes-Benz as a line.. I'm very disappointed. I was considering starting a new lease but forget it.

    I had the 10,000 mile service performed on 8/6/21 being that I was going to be driving my vehicle to Florida the next day. On my return from Florida on 8/24/21 myself and a coworker checked under the hood to make sure everything was okay after the long trip. When the hood was lifted a co worker pointed out that the oil dip stick had not been placed back in it’s original position and was just laying on top of the firewall compartment under the hood. I have to say that I was blessed during my travels that the dip stick didn’t roll into the fan or get caught in the engine which would have been disastrous for me. I previously gave a 5 star review for service and professionalism but under the circumstances I have to change the 5 stars to 3 stars.     I leased my current Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill. I contacted several dealers and Cherry Hill gave me the best price. My salesman was Diego Delrio. He was a very easy going, no pressure salesman. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He answered all my questions, took me for a test drive and we made a deal. My existing lease was not up yet so I took delivery a few weeks later. He took the time to go over all of the car features at delivery. He set up my phone and GPS system. Whenever he sees me in the dealership for service he always comes over to say hi. I will be going back to see Diego when my current lease is up.

    I absolutely love this dealership and Michael Thiel, who assisted me with my purchase. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. There was no back and forth, just direct and honest dealing. The financing was so smooth and I did most of the communication over email, which was so much better for me. I was in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. I am so appreciative of everything they’ve done for me and will never buy a car anywhere else!

    I had the most pleasant experience with Diego. Did not try and force anything on you that you didn’t want. He was very pleasant. He actually got me a front tag plate at no charge gave me a $50 gift certificate. If I had to bring my car in for service he was very pleasant and understanding, give me a loaner with no problem have my car in and out in one day.     I purchased a new ( 2021) Mercedes Benz GLE450 from Diego. I expect delivery by October 2020. Diego exemplified professionalism at it's best during the purchasing process. He was very responsive and quick in returning my email, text, and/or phone messages. Diego also went out of his way to accommodate me when I asked him to park a similar vehicle in my garage to see if would fit with a second vehicle. Finally, Diego was very helpful in explaining various nuances regarding the Mercedes brand.

    PERMANENT DAMAGE!! I received detailing services at MB Cherry Hill, NJ; a significant amount of white wax was left on the exterior particularly the side mirrors. MB was willingly to re-detail the car; I accepted. As a result of the white wax remaining on the car for approximately. 1 wk (I’m a nurse & mom with time constraints) there is a discoloration to both side mirrors post 2nd detailing. MB has not responded to my complaint. This is soooooo upsetting & disheartening as their reputation supersedes my experience. I would never recommend or purchase future vehicles this location.

    The beginning of the transaction was smooth. Desmond is great! We worked out a deal in a span of a week mostly online. That in & of itself says alot. He really helped me out and brought his manager (Yanni) in whenever there was a something he needed to get further clarification on. Got me a great deal with a little bit of pushing in the right direction. Have to point out he stayed with me past close !! to get me in my car. Just exceptional. Now onto the bad. The finance office and Mr. Vinay Khanna. I get that people have bad days and occasionally get tired. But Mr. Khanna was needlessly rude, arrogant and dismissive at the end of an already long day. That could potentially be overlooked if he wasn't also incompetent. He quoted me a total lease amount close to 7k over my total lease cost. Not the type of guy you want running your numbers. If it wasn't for the manager stepping in and the fact I got a great deal I would have walked. As you might imagine this dulled what should have been an exciting experience.

    I have been dealing with MB of Cherry Hill for approximately 34 years. Their customer service is excellent and very personal. My salesman Diego DelRio is always available not just when he wants to make a sale. He has helped troubleshoot problems and never gets annoyed even when I drop into the dealership. without an appointment. Always friendly and helpful. My writer is Tom Glembocki who tries to approach service and problems as efficiently as possible in a very hectic, busy environment. He manages to maintain a good sense of humor as well. The head of service, Jack Savitt recently retired but was a prince of a man. Perfect for the job, personable, calm and really refined while being warm and friendly. The owners, the Hartung family are almost always on site as well. I am retired and my income has decreased significantly. Every time I consider a less expensive option, I just cannot bring myself to leave the warm friendly confines of this dealership. As strange as it sounds, I feel as if I am part of the "family."     Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill sold me a “new” (what will likely be) lemon. Within one week of purchasing my new A220 a check engine light came on for a fuel pressure sensor that needed to be replaced. I had to leave work early and wasn’t even given a Mercedes loaner for the three days it took to fix this. Five months later another check engine light came on. This time the diagnostic chip needed to be replaced. I had to wait three hours at the service department to have this replaced, and I had a vacation cut short to address this. One week later I go to close my moonroof and the cloth on the sun visor comes undone and gets stuck in the moonroof. It will now only open half way, and I’m hoping this will be covered under warranty. Another three hours or more of my time wasted. Five months of owning a “new” 2020 A Class and I’ve been blessed with two check engine lights and a malfunctioning moonroof. Kira from Mercedes USA said all I can do is “document” these issues and hope to eventually build a strong lemon law case. I’ve experienced more empathy from just about every other car dealer I’ve been to. The fact that a “luxury” vehicle is built with such cheap components is borderline fraudulent. Mercedes Benz should be embarrassed to be using the “Best or Nothing” tag line in their marketing. I’ve been sure to share my experience with Mercedes Benz with others who drive luxury cars.

    Just came for an scheduled appointment for oil change for my 2019 Mercedes. That’s my appointment for. The woman on the counter said they would not reset the counter. Haven’t had such experience here before, or for a number of other cars I had owned. She said it’s a new Mercedes policy, and if it’s so, it needs to be changed. Could not offer to do it for a price. Couldn’t find me a manager to speak to. Pretty much required me to go for $450 A service, which is uncalled for. Poor customer service and rip off. Something should change.

    I left one of my cars at my parents and couldn’t go back to get it for over a year, so asked my parents to get the service done at their closest Mercedes location which happened to be Cherry Hill. The scheduling appointment process was easy and the service was done a few hours after the car was dropped off. Very good I thought. However, when I asked the service advisor to resend the invoice and payment link to me since it was sent to my parents, things changed. The payment link that was texted to me didn’t have the invoice attached so I texted back for the invoice again, this was the exact text I got back as an answer: I have no idea. I will try and send it again. No one has ever said they could not open it and see the invoice. And told me to wait since she had a lot of customers. I waited two hours then decided to call to see if someone else can help. I was reconnected to the same service advisor and was told she was still very busy and she would send it later. Her texts and answers were rude but shortly after, I was finally able to get the invoice and pay it so my parents could pick up the car. The service B for my car was quoted for $650-750 from two other places, one nearby me in IL, and the other one in PA that I used to go for my other cars, but I was charged for over $900. Wish it was higher price for an excellent service but I paid more for a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

    I purchased a 2019 GLC300 on 5/22/20 with 10,200 miles … I’ve been to the Service Department at least 4-5 times But this last time I was taken good My GLC300 has 15,500 likes on it but I was told I needed 4 new TIRES plus a wheel alignment … how is it possible to need new tires by putting 5500 miles on my car since 5/22/20… My salesman Diego never offered me any options or warranties for a Service plan or Tire Plan… I went to buy a car that I could drive with peace of mind! The Service Dept Rep said well they’re not up to par, I said I just googled how many miles before you need to replace them…average tires 50,000 miles… not 5500 I like a fool said replace them…Diego was on vacation because I need answers to the vehicle

    I dropped my car off to get it detail, inspected and run a diagnostic check, they detail my car and it was horrible, they did not detail my seats which had mildew, the carpet was still soil they apologize but I paid $250 which went down the drain because I had to get it detail again, about 2 weeks later I had my tires replace and realized that the caliber didn't have any screws hence I could have lost my life. I paid $657 for nothing because my car was not inspected at all, Mercedes Benz of cherry hill is the worst, I wouldn't recommend this dealer. Every dog has its day today for you, tomorrow for me.

    "I visited my friend in New Jersey and during my stay I had a 2019 c300 as a rental, service B due warning came on the dash, I brought the car in for service and they took care of everything right away, the service advisor for express was nice and kept me up to date with the status of the car. When the service was done and I went to pick up the car, the floors were vacuumed and the car was clean, they told me that the car wash and the vacuuming is complementary with the service. Highly satisfied with everything, even the price was better than what I have to pay here in the UK."

    Sharing my mom’s experience here a few days ago: “I had an unpleasant experience with a salesperson here named Adam. I was there to buy my leased car. after they got me to sign the paperwork and receive the payment for it, Adam said that everything is done and all I can do is to leave with my car. When I was waiting for my car, Adam came to me saying that in order to purchase a car it has to be pass the state inspection but the tires are worn and below state requirements so I cannot buy the car before I get the tires replaced for $1400. I thought new cars don’t need to get state inspection for 5 years while my car is only 3 years old. I said that I would rather just return the car if that’s the case, and then he threatened that they would charge more than $1400. I wanted to replace the tires from another shop I go to and called and talked with another shop. The owner of the other shop laughed and he never heard about that kind of state inspection. Adam was hearing what I talked with another shop over the phone and finally told me that I can leave with with the car without replacing tires. It was obvious that Adam lied to make me to spend $1400 but failed.”

    Terrible service! Avoid this place. It took 4 days to replace a tire! I had to call multiple times daily just to get the run-around. The service manager was very rude and offered no help. He just said "It's not our fault" and expected me to keep waiting. The service doesn't match up to the premium price you'll be paying.

Shame on them!!! I’ve had three bad experiences with Cherry Hill Mercedes and three strikes you are out!!!! I came once for a simple fix and they were rude and allowed me to stand there for over an hour until I asked was I invisible??? I came again with another issue in which they were frustrated and annoyed with my questions. I am in no way ignorant!!! I am a masters prepares Registered Nurse!!! I deal with customer service daily!! I deal with precious LIFE!!! I deal with upset family members every single day with kindness and understanding!! My work is stressful and overwhelming!! I dare not allow my patients and family members to feel that!!! I can care less if they are overwhelmed!!! They are singing to the choir!!! There is no reason to be rude and not at all accommodating! I called for a service appointment because my car alerted me that it was due. I was told that I was wrong and that it was not needed. I called fort Washington Mercedes and the service was indeed required!!! They scheduled me as soon as possible which was a few weeks out! I then started having issues with my car shutting off. I called cherry hill as it was closer. The response was well you can bring your car here but it will sit for two weeks until we get to it! I then ask well will I get a loaner? The response was no they are for customers with appointments!!! I hang up and call fort Washington Mercedes I was met with kindness and understanding they are sending Mercedes roadside to pick up my vehicle and I will be able to pick up my loaner in the AM!!!! Do not go to Mercedes to Cherry Hill they are the all time worst!!!! Shame on them!!!! BUY YOUR MERCEDES AT FORT WASHINGTON MERCEDES THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!!! From sales to service THEY ARE THE BEST OVER AND OVER!!!! Short staffed or not

    Mercedes Cherry Hill is the only place I will ever buy!! I leased two cars over the last 7 years, and recently bought from Diego Del Rio. Diego is THE BEST car salesman I’ve ever come across. He was upfront with the best price he could offer and didn’t try to haggle with me. He was super patient and accommodating when I wanted to test drive the car multiple times. Diego is the complete opposite of a “typical” car salesman - he was not pushy whatsoever and has a great personality - he really tries to get to know his customers.     Went in for an oil change. I called ahead to let them know I was on my way to pick my car up. I arrived and one maybe two people were wearing masks properly some employees not at all. Waited about 15 minutes for my car to pull in the garage still covered in snow. The guy who brought my car in wasn’t wearing a mask properly - in my car. I left and called the general manager to let know - ok bring your car in for a car wash. I tried using my windshield wiper and the right side wasn’t working I figured it was because it was still buried in the snow. A day later and no snow it’s still not working. Also there is a scratch deep enough to chip the paint is in my back bumper. I didn’t pay close to $400 for this. Edit: Jim the service manager is INCREDIBLY nice!! I would not have returned if it wasn’t for him. He spoke with them employees regarding the masks and when I came back to have my windshield wipers fixed everyone was wearing them properly. My wipers were able to be fixed in no time. It was also washed for me!

    I had to go into the dealership for an emergency situation with my vehicle. It was a difficult situation for me as we were in the middle of the pandemic and I was dedicated to the front lines. Angela Lynch went above and beyond to fix my issue and accommodate me in a timely fashion. She was truly an angel. She made this the best experience I ever had at this dealership.     I worked with Diego Del Rio to lease two vehicles over the past two years. He was professional, attentive, and knew the products. More importantly for me, he understood that when I asked for their best price, he gave it to me, or at least he gave me what I thought was a fair price.     I truly believe that it is the person who makes the place shine. After this young sharp representative (Reda) at this Benz dealer greeted us on a late Saturday afternoon, while all other sales representatives were ready to go home for the day, but Reda gave us his time and did not mind staying behind to help us. In return, my friends and I bought a total of 4 brand new Mercedes-Benz from him... That was one year ago and as of today he sends me a monthly greeting text to see how I am doing. That is what I call a good sales representative.

    It seems like most agree based on the reviews that the service offered at CH Mercedes Service Dept here is horrible. It seems like management/ownership does not care about the customers feedback. I stopped buying my cars here years ago and switched to Ft.Washington and Princeton for new car purchases and now will take my service business there also. My recent service experience with Ted (also mentioned in a recent review) was also bad. I hope their mechanics were not as incompetent as their service advisors.

    Ordered a new remote for my daughters Mercedes. When it arrived their employee Reggie made sure the key worked (as expected). I asked him if he could tell me radio code since the battery was changed recently and we did not know the code. He told me the code immediately and reset the radio. The remote was pricey as remotes go, but the service was excellent.

    I thought the first appointment with CHerry hill Mercedes-Benz was a mistake seeing that the service was the worst I had ever experience in any dealership. I had to go for an emergency repair of a tire the second time. I thought that would be something simple. However, 2 days And so many hours later. I was told I need a new tire, something that I felt they could have told me the moment I got there. Oh by the way there was not a loaners car available. So I had to call uber for a ride home. Seeing that they are the closes dealerships to my house I called them again for a annual maintenance check up, no one returned my call after 2 attempts. I my only option is to take my car 2 hours away from my home for repairs. This is the type of service that made me stop using buying BMW. If this is what I should expect from high end cars maybe I should go back to Toyota. I have been driving the same Toyota for 20 years. Never once did I have a service problem any any type. That vehicle had 340,000 miles.

    I took my vehichle into the Cherry Hill location on March 23rd for a minor service repair. On March 30th while i"m under the assumption my vehicle is being repaired until I get a call from my insurance company stating I have to return the rental because Mercedes employees Manager Angela and Adrian informed them on March 23rd & 24th my vehicle wasn't there, of course this was quite alarming to me. Basically my vehicle was dormant for 7 days because my insurance company wasn't made aware my vehicle was at Mercedes until later in the day on March 30th. However I was able to convince the insurance agent I left my vehicle at Mercedes in Cherry Hill on March 23rd, so she continued the rental from Enterprise for me. My insurance company cldn't send out the adjuster due to Mercedes telling the my insurance company my vehicle wasn't there. Due to their lack of knowledge everything was delayed. Now we're into April, on April 2nd, I asked the Repair Mgr. for a loaner because I had planned to go out of town with my family for Easter April 4th, and the Toyata Corolla was to small, he told me he would get back to me but of course he never did. The following week I asked the General Mgr. Rich for a loaner because the Toyota was uncomfortable for me due to medical issues, he also told me he would get back to me buttt of course he never did either. I was commumicating with Reggie in the Repair Service Dept, as well he wasn't able to assist me with the status of my repairs or getting a loaner. Reggie texted me on April 7th stating the parts arrived and the work was being done at that time and my vehicle should be done by the next day April 8th, if not sooner. The next day April 8th Reggie called me stating my vehicle was ready but they were waiting for the insurance company to mail the payment. Sooooo basically the vehicle wasn't ready for pick up. WHYYY the false hope ??? Now you're trying to shift the negligence. If my insurance company had known my vehicle was there on April 23rd everything wouldn't have been pushed back from the beginning. I called my insurance company and they informed me the payment was via overnight priority mail on Thursday April 15th to be recieved by Friday April 16th !!! At this point I am totally disgusted and decided not to reach out to them and wait for them to contact me to inform me my vehicle was actually ready to be "PICKED UP" !!! The next time I heard from Reggie was Monday April 19th, approximately 5pm. that I could pick up my vehicle. During the waiting period to pick up my vehicle April 8th through April 19th I didn't get not one courtesy call from Mercedes Benz !!! Not one apology, sorry for the inconveince, or we're trying to get this matter resolved for you ma'am from this dealership or it's General Manager, Rich Whatever. Hoorayyyyy, finally after 29days, I got my vehicle back on Tuesday April 21st. MERCEDES BENZ, Cherry Hill, NJ. is the most incompetant, unprofessional, disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. They have displayed they absoutely "DO NOT VALUE" their customers and take no accountability for their wrong, as they DROPPED THE BALL !!! I WILL NEVER PATRONAGE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!!!!!

    Horrific service experience at this dealership. This review is not for sales but their service department. Lets start with the appointment called in a day before and asked them to change the appointment to todays date and was told its done which it wasnt. Luckily someone followed up from online service team/ sales team (not sure) but helped me reschedule the appointment for today. When i went into dealership the first issue with the windshield was not covered under warranty the next issue which is changing the knob/dial mechanism on the center console took them 4 hours to complete ... seriously if i haven't bought the car from you dose not mean u have to make your money by other means. My service advisor JEFFREY did not know any thing seriously this guy was sleeping at the job. I literally have to goto him to ask for updates ... this dude keep telling me they are working on it ended up waiting for 4 hours..mofo get up and smell the coffe ... then their parts department is another issue .... they don't give out part numbers ? Who do that ?? I was like seriously the manager backed him up, that this is our policy. When i asked him where its written no answer from him!! Conclusion , I’m not sure about sales so wont comment on that ... but for service please run away from this dealership their service associate Jeffrey is slow as hell and their service department will try to make money out of you ... i thought 2020 was weird !!!

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER IN SERVICE. My mothers first time servicing her gle350 here, was recommended to TED by a former employee. NO COMMUNICATION. Had to ASK REPEATEDLY for an email copy of the estimate over the span of 3 days (they didn't even bother to get her email at her drop off for service). Don't expect a service loaner if you did not purchase your car from them, even though paying over 1K for the services done. ANGELA BROWN, the "Service Manager" has the same customer service skills as an over worked food industry employee. Everyone had an attitude when speaking to them and questioning the RO bill, they literally could CARE LESS. Car was in service for 5 days for a "4 hour job" because it was PULLING TEETH to get ahold of someone and have them send the RO to approve any work. I've never experienced anything like this working in the industry for over a decade. Tried to overbill hours until I questioned and then "oh, sorry I was given the wrong information" -- If your looking to get a swift kick in the gut and talked to like your beneath them, then head on down to Mercedes Benz of Cherry Hill. I wish we would have read the reviews before going, as these two we dealt with appear to have this issue with multiple people. Glad Cherry Hill Imports really cares what customers think! (had to give at lest one star to post review)

    Let me start with saying Sean Dudley was amazing from the start. I personally like most, find it stressful when shopping for a new vehicle, however Sean with the huge heart and fantastic personality and attention to detail made my experience with Mercedez-Benz of Cherry Hill wonderful. I came in on a Friday after shopping all day at multiple locations and Sean worked with me for the payment and vehicle I was trying to obtain. Sean called me the next day on Saturday and we came to an agreement that worked well for both of us. He was friendly and helpful and even gifted me weather mats throughout my car, which I love! Mercedez-Benz of Cherry Hill is a great and I will absolutely be going back again!

    The worst experience ever! I was told my vehicle went through the wash and water got into the brain of the vehicle. After I paid $2,300 they told me the car was finished I pulled off and the check engine light came on immediately. I returned to Mercedes and they told me it was too expensive to fix! I was so angry I left the dealership and took the vehicle to Elite in Pennsauken and they knew immediately what was wrong with the vehicle and fixed it asap. If you need anything official done do not go there because they will take your money and send you on your way. Also the mechanic told me it would cost $10,000 to fix my vehicle he was very wrong and didn't have clue. Please run they need management to get involved and actually answer phone calls instead of pushing it to someone under them. Run go to another Mercedes dealer because this place is horrible 😫.

    My friend had her 2017 c300 blind spot system not working. We were both convinced it was a sensor that went bad but some of the techs did advise that this could be due to it being dirty. I brought it in to get checked out and hoped that it was covered under warranty. At first they told us that it would most likely be covered. After waiting a couple hours they told her that it wouldn't be covered under warranty and that she has to pay the $169 diagnostic fee. They also gave her the option of getting it repaired which would be $1000.00 + After denying the work she still had the pay the diag. Fee and had to wait over 5 hours to get her car back. It didn't look like a hard part to replace so we went to the parts dep. And asked the gentleman if he could verify the part number so we could order it. (Make sure it was the right one.) He gave us a firm "no" and told us that "mb does not give out part numbers" as it is their policy. I think this is a total bs claim after we just waited hours and paid to get it diagnosed. Thankfully the service advisor did give it to us. After a couple days the sensor fell out of the car and is now dangling while she drives it around. Called ch mb service to see if they could explain why they did not secure it before giving the car back but no response as of yet. (The sensor has been broken since she bought the car back in March so it seems like it is too much of a coincidence it has fallen out just 3 days later.) I am a pretty reasonable person and I am pretty upset that they couldn't at least tape to the bumper after diagnosing it or just making sure it was secure. This is really poor management and customer service! Will keep updating. -update. Mercedes of North America got ahold of me and reached out to cherry hill mb and offered to replace it for free. Still had some trouble as they never ordered the part until we called up. They finally replaced it for us. Thank your Mercedes of North America.

    Terrible incompetent service that is matched by incompetent management. Bought two cars here and will never buy from this dealer again. Neither should you. Had a nail in my tire, called parts and service to confirm that my exact tire was in stock. Confirmed twice. Service told me to come in and they would replace. Arrived at 9AM only to watch haphazard kids jump from one car to the next ignoring me and taking people out of order. Finally, helped after 20 minutes of waiting and told car would be ready in an hour or so. Inside covid precautions are seriously lacking. No hand sanitizer anywhere and customers without masks. You would think there was not a pandemic. Good luck to those employees who will likely catch something there. 2.5 hours later after standing out in the sun because the inside of the place was less than comfortable, I am told that actually do not have the tire in stock. They made a mistake and I am told to head home (30 minutes away) and come back tomorrow? Asked for a manager and a courtesy car. MB of Fort Wash. always provides courtesy cars. Told sorry no courtesy cars, but we can put you in a Lyft. A LYFT in COVID, really? Asked if someone could pick my car up tomorrow because of the mishap-- told no. Final slap in face was manager telling me he would give me a nice discount for the hours of wasted time and hassle. How much? $25 off of the $280 marked up tire. Too generous. Asked for sales manager, but she was too busy getting berated by another very unhappy customer. Called MB Fort Wash. and everything was as smooth as cake. Will never buy a car from here again and will tell everyone that I know not to as well. Service matters as does a response from managers. If you make a mistake, apologize and make it right. When you decide to offend the customer even more, you will lose him and many of his friends. Shame on me in some ways because this was the second serious screw up that I had with this dealer. I should have never come back after they tried to slip a new car with damaged paint past me before.
