Navy Federal Credit Union NJ, Cherry Hill

I’ve banked with this bank since 2006 and I have to say recently I’ve received the worst service from this branch. Ross and Myriah (I think that’s how you spell her name) refused to help me with my issue. You will not be able to access your money with this bank if you are ever in situation where someone has stolen your ID/bank cards. They will tell you to find someone to transfer your money to. That’s their solution. They will leave you out to dry. Do not bank with this bank and save yourself a headache by not visiting this branch. Those people will not help you. Update: What they couldn’t do at the branch was taken care of by NFCU over the phone. I was able to access my account by the end of our call so it’s a branch problem.

I visited the Branch in Cherry Hill , NJ for the first time. I was very satisfied with the service. I had several issues needing resolution and each one was handled with care and efficiently. I had been with NFCU since 2006 and this would be the first time I actually use the bank . I wished that I was not so far from it.

Teller stated that I could not get a cashiers check from an account I have without talking to my wife I am 69 years old and the account is in both our names After talking to a manager I was issued a check Very disappointed with NFCU I will soon find another bank to do business with

The best customer service I’ve witnessed personally in Decades

Best service and banking experience. I'm a new client, however every encounter was great. I have five of their products and plan to secure my home and business loan through them also.

Finally closing my account. Their rates are no longer competitive, and they've fallen well behind every other credit union. After issues cashing checks, transferring money, and completely unhelpful customer support I'm finally done. A decade ago, navy fed was the gold standard for how a credit union should run. Not anymore.

1 star simply for the fact that there is no way to call the branch. The only number listed is the customer service line for all of Navy Federal. That is ridiculous.

Navy Federal has been great to me for the last 6/7 years. The customer service over the telephone as well as in person has never let me down. The only issue I had/have is a cancellation of my credit card that states my credit score had dropped. Called to get a deeper explanation which I still haven’t gotten a clear answer.

Customer service is never a problem while I'm there. My only issue is with the ATM which is constantly out of maintenance; slow; and only takes about 30 bill at a time. The last point is a problem since I work at a restaurant and only get paid in cash which means I have to go into the store but they closed every time I'm out of work.

Michelle helped me today with my business account opening. She went above and beyond to get it done today. They were closed but she stayed even after their closing hours to make sure the account was opened . She's very friendly and i highly recommend her. Im definitely doing business with them forever. I just can't be happy enough. "she a human" all i can say.
