Worst bank Ever!!! Zero customer care or service! Constantly firing and hiring temporary managers! Constantly losing employees since opening! Zero employee moral!! So the last thing they care about is You!!! Wouldn’t recommend!

One of the worst branch in New Jersey, worst customer service and their manager call Justin, need to be laid off. He is giving Republic bank a very bad name and image.

I just opened business account and I can’t wait to close it. Very unprofessional bank and no one’s Know what to do. They don’t know how to do wire transfer and they call themself bank?))) every time I do wire transfer they can’t complete. Very bad quality service.

I am not one to write a bad review. I’ve been banking at this bank for 6 years. There is never enough staff on to assist with 100% customer satisfaction. I’ve been in the drive through for 33 min waiting. Nestor was polite and said there were only two people working and it’s overwhelming for even him.

Customer service has gone way down at Republic. I am really debating on moving my money to Haddon Savings or PFFCU where I have my other accounts. Went to the Republic near the Cherry Hill Mall and you would think that the amount that I was depositing I would have got a “hello welcome to Republic” but nothing. Thought it was weird but even when I left nothing. No “Have a good day” or “ Thanks for banking with us”. May sound petty but when the bank is already on thin ice with me its the little things that will keep me there.

Very discriminating bank. I had to close out my account with them because they’re giving me a hard time to add someone to my account. I would not recommend this bank at all.

Bank page says closes at 6pm drive thru 7pm. I got here at 5:01pm today and was refused entry saying they are closed. I only needed the coin machine, takes 2 minutes, while the manager is just sitting there laughing it up. Was going to transfer my company accounts here but after this I will never come here again and will tell everyone I know the same.

Horrible. Worst bank ever!!! Do not recommend. Especially for business accounts. No protection for their customers… well atleast not for myself.

Worst bank site ever! I’ve been with Republic bank for years and today I felt discriminated. I was waiting in line for over 30 minutes and when the representative became available she got up and walked away. When I asked if someone could help me they were rude and told me to continue waiting and turned right back around! After waiting for so long I decided to walk out. I am going to change my bank. I never felt so belittled and like my time was not valuable!

I was having a bad experience with my credit union with their fees and all their rule changes. So I closed that account and went to Republic. I have never be so happy with that choose. Every time I go to the bank they are very helpful. Even if I call with just a dumb question they take their time to explain it to me. I now have opened a savings account for my niece and my mom had switched over.
