#1 š prize for slowest drive -thru bank. The drive thru at this location has to be the slowest in the whole metroplex area, it scares me to even see 1 or 2 vehicles in line, because I already know itās going to be at least half an hour. Every time and at Any time , always super slooooow. Update: I just read the reviews after I posted my review and they also mentioned how slow this drive thru is, you would think they would do something about it. Seriously, itās ridiculous- worst than McDonaldās. Wellsfargo, Please DO something about this!!!!

I would rate my experience zero. I opened my account with a Mr. Silvino (sp) on 8/20 of 2019. He made serval rude comment about my identification. Then lied about checking my credit. He called it a "bank check". I spoke with the District manger several days later she assured me that my complaint was taken seriously that the branch manager Eartha Wilson would call me to follow up. She never did. The District manager also assured me my account would be set up the way I needed it. Fast forward to March 31, I was trying to pay my rent online and was told I had to go into the branch to have my limit increased. I went to the branch and decided to get a money order. I met with Mrs. Wilson and she never heard about the complain or the issues I had with Mr. Silvino. I went further to ask her to file a complaint on his actions and her District Managers. She took no notes, and did not write anything down. I filed a complaint through customer service and come to find out she never filed the complaint, and I was told by customer service I would receive contact in 48 hours. I spent an hour on hold waiting to speak with them. Finally Mrs. Wilson told a bold face lie when she said the credit check was a "soft hit". I told her there was no such thing a soft hit it all counted the same. Stay away from this branch as they act in a manner that is borderline fraud and never follow up on complaints plus when a branch manager deliberately lies to a customers face I can understand why the people underneath her act the way they do. Employees follow the character that is displayed by their bosses. Simply put it appears Wells Fargo has not changed their ways at all. Update finally heard from their "case management" department my issue was resolved without speaking to me. They tried to buy me off by putting $125 dollars in my checking account. No mention of what the bank why Mrs. Wilson or Mr. Silvano or thier boss did what they did. I told Josh the gentleman that responded that this case was not over. He had me leave a message with his boss so he can call me back. I have everything recorded and this reeks like a cover up.

Today is Saturday. I used the drive thru at 9:45 am. Wells Fargo had ONE teller working three drive thru lanes. I sat in the drive thru lane for 13 minutes. The teller did not greet me. She processed the traction BUT DID NOT ask me what type of denominations I wanted. This is poor customer service.

Worst Customer Service ever, My Dad and I scheduled a appointment on Sept 20 to have me added on the account , fast forward to almost a month later and this still has not been done, I have called the personal banker ( Fortune)several times and left message and one time I actually spoke with her and she said that she would look into what is going on and still has not got back with us, I called customer service and they tell me my Dad is still the only one on the account, so tell me why did we spend over a hour on September 20 signing our lives away for nothing ???? Loyalty means nothing to theses business anymore

I give this Wells Fargo 5 stars because of their Teller Ayanna. I hope I'm spelling her name correctly. She was amazing. She helped my daughter get her money after she was told by someone else she couldn't. Ayanna knows her stuff. Thank you!

Maybe itās the COVID-19? The commercial lane is moving pretty fast, the first drive up is one car per 4 cars going through the second drive thru. The third drive thru is closed. Poor leadership at this location . As I wait in line I read the reviews from a year ago and no charge in ratings. Something has to be done to get the drive thru moving! This is BS for such a company. š”š”š”š” I finally got thru the line, it took 58 minutes and the drive thru to the right I counted 5 cars while I waited for my deposit receipt. The teller never apologized for the wait which means it is common for this to happen. The leadership here is out of touch with need for ( Customer Experience) . Something is wrong here! Iām waving the red flag.

Gerald is amazing!! Such a great soul amazing human being!! Very positive energy and very helpful!! If you open an account ask for him!! I opened my first Wells Fargo acct with him and i ab no complaints! I even got my $200 bonus without having to call customer service or go to the branch. Definitely recommend!!!

This location has the SLOWEST drive thru service Ever!!! I promise I am not exaggerating! Why would you have only 1 teller to work the 9am shift that stay with 6-11 cars at a time, this is a very busy bank!!! Something for management to think about. Everytime I come their is a long wait but got here @9:24 & left @ 9:43, so 19 minutes today for commercial & 1 car in front of me is crazy, I had to get back to work asap.
