Bad experience every time! Especially in the drive-thru. They are always unnecessary nasty for no reason. I will just go back to driving to the location 30mins away from me because they are nicer and treat you with at least the same respect you show them. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have been to multiple locations and only notice it here.

The atm took my money I informed the teller and she told me to call the 800 number on the back of my card... I'm a single mom of 2 I need my money back ASAP now I have to wait for them to check the atm @ 2 before I can get my back... If they even give my money back please do better Navy Federal Credit Union.

Spent 31 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting for service. Super busy but the bank teller was very friendly when it became my turn.

I really like this credit union but the long wait times in drive thru is too much at times. Secondly and most importantly, don't try to play me on interest rates. I applied and was approved for an auto loan with a high interest rate. Took the check to the dealership and they laughed and got me a better one by 12% with EECU and been banking with them ever since. Navy Federal 18%, EECU 6%.

I've been a member for over 15 yrs & my husband for over 55 yrs. Wonderful service every time. They are respectful & courteous. My concerns were given due diligence & respect for my future needs. Thank you NFCU.

I've been using navy federal ever since I got out of the army. I have had little to no issues up until this past week with service. I tried to deposit my work check in to my account through the online app and the check was accepted more than once and then declined after the company decided to deposit the $200 into my account. Through countless phone calls with customer service I was advised to show up to the branch in Arlington at 4500 Waxwing to straighten the situation out only to find out that more problems arose. The banker I was talking with said she could most likely verify my check through the administering bank and I was told that it could not be verified. I immediately went to that bank and verified the check. Meanwhile, all I was told about the bank shortcomings and lack of communication was excuses. A simple issue turned into a seeming nightmare in a few business days. Ive never had a comparable issue to date with any bank, especially one that reps veterans. Apparently that is easier done than said. Needless to say, they lost my number to Chase. Good riddance.

Always willing to go the extra mile for our mutual customers. We have had several folks that did business with us here at Classic Buick GMC Arlington that used Navy Federal for their financing, and the loan officers are always easy to work with and efficient.

Very clean, employees are helpful and move quickly. You have your documents and know what you want or need, they get you in and out. Grounds are kept up nicely as well.

I’ve been here sitting almost 2 hours just to sign my GAP paperwork….. Susan cessna was working the greeting desk and she was extremely rude to people. I observed her asking people what makes them qualified to become a member (the potential customer left) she doesn’t listen to why customers are there she just tell them to stand in the teller line. She has told me twice I’m next in line but called me Ms. Collins (that’s not me)!!!! There were 2 agents helping people and the guy with grey hair said he’s going to lunch (although the line was out the door). This extremely tall man came in and started fussing and being loud and she moved him ahead of others (smh) I just joined this credit union last week…. THE LOAN RATES ARE AMAZING…. But the staff sucks!!! I strongly suggest doing all transactions online!!! Arlington Tx Location!!!!!!! Gerald Whipple helped me and was AMAZING!

Well, overall this is a great place to bank. I will never go back to standard banks. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, however the only issue I had was one day I wanted to withdraw $5,000, and was told that they could only give me $2,500 because they were running low on cash and wanted to make sure other customers could get cash if they needed it. I should be able to get as much as I wanted if you are holding my money in your bank. I have been a customer for years, although that was a bad experience for me I still highly recommend this credit union over any commercial banks.

I love NF. We have been with this bank for years and I was glad that they had built a location near me. The staff is always friendly and efficient. However, this particular branch drive up ATM is ALWAYS down. Every time I go there, the ATM never works and usually is down 8 out of 9 times. This branch really needs to fix this ATM issue because at this point it's getting ridiculous. Other than that, I recommend this credit union.
