Would like to take this opportunity to commend Carmen for her excellent customer service skills. Not only does she understand the process, but makes you feel comfortable when signing on the dotted line. She deserves a raise or a position where she is training new hires. Rarely will you go into a fast cash/payday loan place and receive this kind of welcome. The reps are usually rude and only about closing the deal.

First time visiting the place was not sure what to expect. Location was helpful with all my needs actually killed two birds with one stone. Glad I ran across this particular location popped up in my google maps figured I would give them a try if I didn't like it I knew I had the option to leave. Customer service was great! The entire process was not as stressful as I  thought. Was greeted by T.J. as soon as I walked in. Finished up w/ Erika very informative and patient answered all my questions. She also mentioned the revolve account which was perfect because I was looking to open another checking account for personal needs! Ana also answered a couple questions because I had alot and was constantly changing my mind on certain things! & I didn't feel forced or pressured to accept anything the employees gave me the information and left it up to me plain and simple!
