I was referred by a coworker and when I spoke with Norma I did advise her this was my first time using this company. I was never told how much my refund would be for, I was told I would get direct deposit and I made sure to ask even if not approved for cash advance that I would still get direct deposit and Norma ensured me I would. I got an email today to let me know my tax check was there. I am just really disappointed with the service I received and will NOT be using them for my future taxes.
