Someone in this establishment does not know how to work the business. Every time I make a payment it lowers my score.Or says you’ve opened a new account. I make my payment all the time.I never miss!!! Once when their power went out on my due date , I got penalized for that!! I went here for a need and to build my credit and that has not happened. One I pay off my loan I’m out.

I just want to say they came through in a clutch!! The Arlington office is so professional. Sylvia was AMAZING and the process was so quick!! You guys rock!!!!! Thank you

I had called every loan place in my area and always got denied but they gave me a chance with a small loan. It was enough to cover some unexpected expenses. They worked with me when my payment was due since i got paid a few days later than the due date. Sylvia is always nice to me very open and communicative. Point blank you make an honest effort and they will work with you. Got super lucky when i found them.

If you need help with a loan I recommend you ask for Vanessa. She has helped me when I thought no one would. Showed empathy with my situation. Willing to go above and beyond with helping out when she was not required to. She has a great heart and personality. Wonderful service.

I've been with atlas in Arlington for 4 months and there customer service is great always helpful and professional . Sylvia and adamedra have been great and i look forward to working with them on my next loan.

Ms Silvia is very unpleasant rude and will talk over you always consistently harass my family my job. She's too demanding acts like I borrowed millions of dollars and can't pay it back. Because of covid everyone going thru issues right now Especially financially yes they approved me for a loan but don't mean I am not gonna pay you. Ms Sylvia don't act like you are not struggling You should retire you being manager with your attitude makes me not want to talk to you.feel very uncomfortable I am not your child I work in an office environment and at least I am not rude and I am very professional. Very unhappy with Silvia. Paying my debt and going somewhere else were people are treated with respect and professional.

I really appreciate Sylvia and Sarah in the Arlington office. They both are always courteous and professional when I peak with on the phone and when I come into the office. Their service makes me want to continue to do business with Atlas.

I know that my credit is not the best but in all honesty that's the whole point of getting the loan making the payments on time even early and a little extra to build that credit up that credit up. I only applied for a $1000 loan and I was offered a $100 loan I make a $1000 a week every week pretty sure I can handle the payments on a $1000 absolutely no reason why I can't get approved for a loan anywhere.

I have been doing business with Atlas for many years they always have good customer service and I will refer any friend family to them for any small loans good little company. Keep up the good work.
