We have been with Allied Federal Credit Union for over 40 plus years. They are like family to us in so many ways. You can change the structure of the building but the friendliness, helpfulness and positivity comes from the amazing employees themselves. I couldn't imagine walking into AFCU and not seeing our two wonderful friends Ann & Kim. They make our drive from Cleburne completely worthwhile. Thank you so much.

AFCU has always take great care of my banking needs. I recently got a pre-approval for an auto loan and almost all of the process was done remotely online. Stephanie Rivera had incredible patience and great customer service as I spent almost 7 months shopping and extending the pre-approval. After I found the right vehicle all it took was an email to Stephanie and she took care of the rest. It couldn’t have been any easier for me. Thank you Stephanie and AFCU for being one of the few financial institutions left that actually care about their members!!!!

On 2/2/22 I called my credit union and started an application. I was pressed with and failed to complete it. I called back on 2/3/22 Lo and Behold! Ms. Stephanie Rivera answered my call. In less than 10 minutes. She was done with all the questions she needed from me. Ms. Rivera told me she was submitting my loan application to a loan officer to review my application. Ms. Rivera kept updating me of the progress from time to time. Before the end of the day I got my documents for me to esign. Amazingly even after work she updated me about my application On 2/4/22 I got an email that funds would me in my account. I have never ever had such an experience. She is dependable, has an excellent customer service, teamplayer, and kept her word. Ms. Stephanie Rivera is an asset to Allied Federal Credit Union. This review is for Stephanie. She deserves some recognition for what she did for me and if I could give her 100 stars I would. I was in San Antonio for a convention and when I went to pay for my stay at the counter at the Grand Hyatt, the system kept declining my debit card. I immediately called AFCU and Stephanie was the second person I spoke with about the issue I was having. Stephanie immediately accessed my account and pretty much removed any restriction that could be preventing my card from not working. Yet the card was still being declined. I then went to the ATM and made a withdraw for funds I needed and when I went to pay for the room I was told the hotel was "cashless". Through several dropped calls due to cell phone signal, a debit card system outage, and a cashless hotel, Stephanie was able to come through and I was able to pay for my hotel stay.

I now have 3 vehicles financed through Allied Federal Credit Union, all of which have interest rates lower than anywhere else I could find. In addition, Ann Bassett, is so helpful and friendly throughout the process. This includes a not so simple buyout of a lease. I can't recommend using AFCU highly enough, and specifically working with Ann. I'll continue to go to AFCU first and foremost for any financing needs.
