    My service advisor was William Casey. He took care of us very friendly and professional. I had some questions about brake systems and he made me communicated with technician directly. That made me comfortable. I forgot the name of the technician who did the service for my 2018 E coupe. I have had services with him since 1 year ago. He always doesn't hesitate to explain everything and very knowledgeable. The fee for maintenance is quite expensive. However all staffs are doing very nice work. If there are discounted service coupon, it would be perfect.

    Not only did Travis work quickly and efficiently to service my car, he exhibited excellent customer service skills with the most friendliest smile. He explained the more complicated things about my car and services needed in a language I would understand. He even bought me coffee for the extra wait time! 12/10 recommend service by Travis!

    Ms Veronica has been an outstanding service manager here at the Mercedes Benz of Arlington. She always carried a smile, great attitude and was very helpful with finding a solution for my needs while having my vehicle serviced.     UPDATE: The sales manager, Michael, called us and helped figure all of the issues out, get our money for the additional equity, and even reimbursed us for the battery. It was much appreciated that someone took the time to explain to us what had gone on and done everything they could to make it up to us. Worst car buying experience of my life. Had to chase down a salesman to buy a car and wait for numerous calls back. Paperwork that was promised to be ready to sign when we arrived to buy the car was not and we spent 2 hours waiting for it. The dealership overstated the loan amount on our trade in and therefore owed us the extra equity in the car and sent it to the bank that had the loan on the trade in, not us where it was due. After owning the car for less than 10 days, the battery had to be replaced. It has now been a month of owning the car and we are still fighting to get the extra equity in the trade in that they should have provided. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

    I brought in my GLE 350 for my annual service and had a great experience. Nia was quick to welcome me and set me up with Travis. He was able to get me in and out pretty quickly. I have never loved owning a vehicle as much as I have with my Benz. Just top notch service. I’ve had the worst experiences at other service centers elsewhere.

    Mannnnn I had a family emergency while my car was being serviced. They allowed me to hold on to the loaner for 3 extra days and also gave me a discount for my unexpected situation! By far the greatest Benz experience I’ve ever had!!!!

    Got off work and started the engine. But it didn't start. I tried again, then the third time, it's started. I drove straight to the Mercedes Benz in Arlington to check on the battery. It was 5:15 PM. The service advisor turned on the engine, it was okay. But he said will test on the battery. Few minutes later, he said the battery was weak it's time to get a New one. They had one in stock. I said yes, do it. He also said the windshield wipers worn out. I said yes, do it. Everything was done in 45 minutes! Amazing! I was very pleased! I gave him 5 Stars! Thank you so much for taking my car in without appointment! I really appreciate it! He is the best! I told him from now on you will take care of my car ! His name is William Casey. Susan Freeland

    Yearly service. It is very expensive. My bill is never less than $500 and usually much more. Their cars last if you can afford one. Mine is a 2008 and still runs great!

    The moment I pulled in to the service department everyone was very professional and made everything run smooth. After receiving my diagnostic their professional recommendations made me feel like I was getting taken care of. My car was only there a few days after waiting for the parts needed and Jesus kept me in the loop the entire time. I was very impressed with the overall experience and I must mentioned if you haven’t had your car detailed by them I strongly recommend it!

    First, let me start off by saying I called in for a windshield replacement and I needed a loaner car when the gentleman check to see when one was available the system said 2 weeks from the day I called, the gentleman said oh no, I can get you in a car if you can come in Saturday, I was so thrilled that he was able to put me in a loaner car without having to wait two weeks because my windshield needed to be replaced. Joshua was my Service Advisor he made sure everything was taken care of on my vehicle. I went in for a windshield replacement I also informed him that I have a nick on the hood he went over and beyond and made sure the whole vehicle was checked out for nicks and dents and he repaired the nick, Joshua text me to make sure if I had any questions are concerns to let him know and when my vehicle was ready he called and text to let me know it was ready. Thanks so much Joshua your the best!

    To start off I have never been more satisfied with any experience with the whole car industry other then when this Mercedes dealership. I had to service my car with Travis and not only did he output amazing service but was also an extremely friendly person. I have never written a google review but after my interaction with Travis I knew I had to.

    The customer service here is atrocious. This is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience. Today, I waited for my car for about three hours while it was being serviced. When I asked for some assistance, I was told they were waiting for paperwork. Russell’s attitude was disgusting, just as disgusting as the behavior from the woman who served me some time ago (a short Caucasian woman). There was no apology for the long wait, nothing! It was as if they wanted to tell me to shut up and be quiet. I will never be back. I will drive the distance and go to the location on Lemmon Ave.

    Came in for general maintenance and from the moment I pulled in I had an excellent and professional experience. Especially from Ms. Nia Hines who greeted me and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited for my vehicle service to be completed. She was personable and engaging while we waited for my advisor. Arlington park place is the only place I will get my car serviced with the continued excellence that Nia and the team provide.

    What a great experience. From the moment I was greeted by Nia Hines, I knew I was in great hands. She was warm, attentive and knew exactly how to meet my service needs. She introduced me to my Service Assistant Manager, William Casey, who is phenomenal. He’s patient, knowledgeable and was willing to help me with the best price for the services I needed on my E class along with my wife’s GLE. A few hours later, Nia was back with a clean car, my keys and that twinkle in her eye! I will be back when my car(s) need their tuneups.

    I’m already frustrated for having to get my service and a few repairs I let linger. As I pull in and get out, mind you I’m frustrated, I’m greeted by a young lady Nia. Unsure of how long I was going to be there as I initially took the day off and asked what an eta would be, she said if I had somewhere to be that they could assist. Immediately, my day was better. Thanks Park Place and Nia. Can’t wait to get my car back and I still was able to get to work.

    Park place in Arlington is extremely exclusive it's not very busy and they treat you extremely like you are someone and it doesn't matter what race you are everyone are equal I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but Arlington compare to the Dallas Lemmon location I will never go there again too busy and rude also You don't get the attention that you would get at the Arlington location and I want to extremely highly recommend William he got whatever I needed he constantly call me and told me about my car he had my car ready when I came back to bring you guys car back I highly recommend him he gives great customer service he I'll give him a five-star including your location

    I loved my experience at Park Place! Jesus was very sweet and professional and answered all my questions. The wait time was not ridiculous at all and my car was super clean with no oil stains or finger prints on my steering wheel! I will ask for Jesus on my next visit.

    My Service Adviser has been my Adviser for for 3+ years or as long as I have been taking my vehicle to this location, after they opened. I had my maintenance a week ago and I was in/out within a few hours. He is very responsive, answers any questions that I might have quickly. He provides any recommendations noted, quickly after he is advised of them. Very professional and clearly understands and practices excellent customer service, which you do not experience very often now days. Glad he is my advisor!!!!
