Truist Five Points Blvd, Arlington

This is by far the worst location I have ever been to! I have been banking with BB&T now Truist for over ten years and have never felt so upset, aggravated and uncomfortable. I’m truly not one to normally complain. However, Brian Hayes is the absolute worst. He has terrible customer service and I will not be attending this location ever again because of him. Also I will be closing my account because of him. If you want to continue banking with Truist I strongly advise you NOT to go to this location.

I drove a half an hour to some important banking. They where closed 10:30 in the morning on a Monday. If this is how you treat your customers I do not want to bank here anymore.

I have a love-hate relationship with this bank. They have great staff…..and then they leave once you start liking them.

1 teller with a line of 5 people. Manager came out said he can't help us with any teller transactions and to wait like we already were then went back to in office.

Went to cash a payroll check that was issued by a company that banks with BB&T. They wanted to charge me 8.00... Frost bank and other banks have cashed checks for me with no fee. The company that issued this check to me does several hundreds of thousands of dollars a year through this bank... I will not be recommending this bank to anyone I do business with.

This review is strictly for this branch as they are excellent people. They took care of a auto loan payoff that the incompetent Truist corporate payoff department was not able to handle after two separate attempts. Thank you so much to the staff at this branch.

Brian is incompetent and a liar. He can't seem to do anything right and never has an answer so he just makes things up. Not sure how the other branches are but this one is terrible.

In my personal and professional opinion I think this is by far my favorite BB&T branch. I’ll be honest they have a wonderful synergy between the Staff as well as the customers. I would like to specifically toot AMRA & TREY’s horn because they always go above and beyond and their customer service is phenomenal. The manager Lace (Lacey) is a breath of fresh air... she’s Beautiful inside and out. This is really a great team of professionals! They have a new girl Mirena whom I haven’t gotten the opportunity to get to know yet but she’s cool.. so far so good! Lol my message to the team “Thanks again for all that you & your team do to assist in our success. The "above & beyond" approach to customer service that each of you have displayed has not gone unnoticed. You & your team are quite an asset to customer relations for the BB&T brand. Thanks again!”

Always get wonderful service and always with a smile. Suzy and Michelle are great!! I Recommend this bank if you like a more personable relationship, never get treated like a number..

Every time i call, they seem to help less and less, I have been with this bank about 7 years starts off great, time to make a move.
