Do not use this bank..horrible system. This bank is so slow. 10 days hold when you deposit a 1500 check . Never seen a bank this slow..not recommend to anyone

Always very slow in the drive thru. I was told noncommercial comes before the commercial line. I'm not quit sure why is that when they should have someone specifically just for commercial only. They stop doing commercial to take care of the other customers and I was told that over the speaker a few weeks ago.

The current employees are fantastic and very helpful! Glad they have some Saturday hours now!

This bank is the WORST bank in the world!!! We have an auto loan through them. They only have two pay options, over the phone or in person. When you are 2 days late on a payment they send your account to the collections department but when you call in to pay they keep you on hold for 30 min or more then the department hangs up on you or is closed. I would highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this bank!! Will be refinancing my car through a better bank.

So went to Regions to deposit, and ask a few questions. While waiting my 5yr old son had to use the bathroom bad, legs crossed, frowning and he was doing the pee pee dance...I asked a associate the location for the bathroom he looked at my son and said NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS!!! Are u serious... U left because i felt that was rude and a bank is a customer service business. I will never go there again...major turnoff.. I only took my time to do this review because that was wrong on so many levels.. REGIONS ON MATLOCK BY 20..DO BETTER!!!

At this location the drive up ATM couldn't see anything💯...I asked the teller,I was told "several people have complained,so they have complained,but nothing has been done 😡😡"...Dont get me wrong the teller was nice.😂😂5️⃣⭐..Its just the convenient drive up ATM...was an ABSOLUTE IN CONVENIENCE FOR ME BY NOT WORKING 💯💯😡AT 930 AM ON THE 17TH...(IT MAYBE TECHNICAL/POSSIBLY OUTER GLARE ISSUE..) BUT NEEDS ATTENTION ASAP.💯💯..INCLUDED A PICTURE AS WELL

I have only been with Region a few months and I'm already not happy and ready to go. I decided to open a savings account so I tried doing it online which was already complicated so I called and the lady did it over the phone for me. So once it was open I thought everything was ok until i tried to transfer from my savings to me checking and couldn't. So I called and was told there was a form that needed to be signed and returned before that restriction could be lifted the lady over the stated she could emailnit to me. After about 2 days of waiting I never received the email so I went into the branch and was told it couldn't be done until Monday I explained I need the money and was told there was nothing. So I asked if I could just close the account and I was told no that would also have to wait until Monday which just doesn't make sense to me. So when I asked for a manager I was told there wasn't one there. This lady was so rude she really needs to work on her customer service. Not happy with regions at all

I'm only giving them one star because I'm forced to. The teller, Lily, told me that I would be charged a one time fee to cash a company check. On my third attempt to cash, after waiting in line, I was told that I would be charged 1%. I got out of line to speak to her manager, Kelly, who did nothing to fix the issue and was forced to get back in line after having my boss come to the bank to have the checks cashed

The whole staff,David,Denise, Lilly and Kellie or all wonderful people's. This is the most perfection bank I have been to. And highly recommend it to everyone. Great job guy's!!!!
