I highly recommend Guardian Mortgage and Loan Officer David Stout. I think I've done 2 mortgages and 2 refinances with Mr. Stout in the past 20 years and he always makes it so easy. He recognizes that we don't all do mortgages day in and day out and the paperwork & number crunching can be confusing.
