Anabel and the team at the Grand Prairie location were a pleasure to work with. Anabel took her time with answering all my questions that I had. She went above and beyond to explain everything to make sure that I understood and well informed. Great service!!!

I've had to stop in to this credit union a few times due to my bank being out of state. They always take care of me quickly & kindly! I will say, Anabel was the nicest of the 3 tellers I've spoke with. Highly recommend coming to this location!

If I owned a company I would definitely try to find a place for her. Brenda is professional and personal and very often it is difficult for people to find a balance in those two incredible character traits in the professional field. I had to leave work early to visit a branch due to them not being open on Saturdays. This was my first time coming to the Grand Prairie location. Brenda gave me ideas of how to make my cc payments alot easier without going to the branch and she helped me setup Zelle.
