Poorly managed location, it always takes very long wait to get anything done at this BOA location, Wells Fargo across the road has excellent customer service. Someone needs to have work Jocelyn regarding her mannerism and attitude! Very rude.

The service at this branch is lacking. They are quick to turn away clients that need assistance with their accounts. You are out of luck if you have not scheduled an appointment days in advance. If you have an emergency...you can forget it! I have been turned away by the greeter on several occations, even if the bankers office is empty, anticipating the next appointment. I've been a customer for more than 20 years and have never seen service this poor. I am contemplating moving my accounts elsewhere.

Had an appointment with Melissa B for account modifications. We were greeted immediately and checked in for my appointment. We only waited about 5 minutes for Melissa and were out within 30 minutes. Great experience, was worried because of previous review..

So our cashier was nice but the banker was terribly rude there was no one in the whole bank. We came in for a temporary card bank card with the customer service people on the telephone so we could do go in there to be told to go to another bank the banker was so rude she was not doing anything and the cashier say hey can we do a temporary car for the lady and the banker rudely said no. They need to do better with their customer service.

This location has one good employee by the name of Omar. He helped us right away and when he was unable to help he directed us to someone who could. There was a 45 minute wait so we made an appointment to come back at 2:30 PM and of course the person that was supposed to be helping us had a customer already. When we checked in with Omar he told us that our appointment was made at 3pm because they go by hour increments but the lady who booked us did not tell me that. 3pm would have been fine if I was made aware of that instead of coming in 30 minutes early. I feel my time was wasted and disrespected. Very unprofessional.

Wow, I'm generally well-mannered and we'll tempered, but going to this location was one of the worst experiences I've ever had visiting any physical store. I inserted my Debit card into the ATM which promptly ate it up and didn't return it. I went inside and informed the receptionist and they said they couldnt do anything except send me a card in 5-7 business days. I'm going on a trip tomorrow and you're telling me I'll be without my debit card? After complaining they said they can issue me a temp card - cool. Then they say it would be a 1 hour wait?! So you're telling me, you caused this mistake, you understand what happened and your going to make me wait an hour to get a temp card for a mistake on YOUR END? I was so frustrated. I said, no I'm good. I'd rather be without a debit card than use your services anymore. I'm moving all of my assets to another bank. I will never do any more business with BoA, and Ive used them since I was 17. Lost a lifelong customer.

I feel very uncomfortable today because of the unprofessionalism of the staff at the counter, she was rude and disrespectful to me, the manager did not help when I needed it.

There was only one teller (relationship banker) on the teller line. When I walked in, no one greeted me which I understood up to that point, maybe they were just short staffed. However, once it was my turn to the teller I didn’t know for deposits we needed a slip (my other bank allows us just to insert our card) and when I apologized and said “oh I need a deposit slip, I’m sorry” she just nodded and seemed annoyed. I’ve been banking with BofA since I had a teen account and do everything online, however the customer service is unacceptable. No sense of friendless or urgency. I work at a bank as well so I know what’s expected.

The location off Camp Wisdom in Grand Prairie has horrible customer service. I walk in, and I ask Anna (I guess manager) where would I need to sign in. She just said right here. She did not offer to sign me in. I just sat assuming she would help me. Another customer walks in and obviously does not have an appointment and asks her what she needs and brings her inside a room. In the meanwhile there is a couple and another lady waiting. After like 10 minutes, another worker came out and asked us what we needed. She obvisouly was busy herself but still asked. We were not signed in either by her because obviously Anna had the clipboard. Finally another lady came out and asked the couple to give her their debit card to sign them in. She said she had an appointment with a couple of people but would see them. I asked her what were their procedures to sign people in. She said usually a "manager" was out there with a clip board. Well that same "manager" did not sign me in, and obviously did not sign in the other couple. What type of service is that? Making you feel like you don't exist. I told the lady it was horrible customer service not to sign us in or at least write our names on the clipboard. I don't work for the bank so I don't know their procedures. They can at least make an effort to make everyone feel welcomed. I just saw another review of someone who had a similar experience to mine. HORRIBLE service
