    I just had a really hard time with a racist teller. I can’t believe that people still treating you base on the color of your skin. I clearly heard when she told the person in front of me that she was going to help her avoid fees (Caucasian lady). But when I ask her getting some change using my personal account she said NO. She said I have to pay a fee just because I do have a business account too.small business got hit very hard because of the pandemic and I heard that some credit unions and some banks were helping small business to go back on track. But maybe I am doing business with a wrong bank. Or maybe Is because I am Hispanic? I know fees are fees for a reason. But when you choose who pay them base on color skin. Something needs to change.

    There are bankers yet none answer the phones! I have called 5x today & over the last few weeks. They never pickup. They could learn customer service from the Stillwater Branch. I've had a couple of requests since using this branch when I moved down the block 1.4 yrs ago, they never answer, I end up driving or walking down-still terrible customer service. WOW: Still no answer: all I want is a copy of my acct, they could print & leave at a window! NO appts until Jan 3rd...you have to be kidding me. Horrible service!!

    I would rate WF as an establishment a zero if I could, but the help I received at this location was redeeming. I was furious when I walked up to the bank. I had gone back and forth from the bank to their phone service to the bank to resolve a pin issue with my debit card. The associate Zufan, although a bit shaken from my frustrated outburst quickly grabbed the manager Tristan, and they made things right. I apologized for my temperament, and it was all rainbows and sunshine when I left later. Thank you so much for your help and wonderful customer service Zufan and Tristan. 😊👍🏽

    Tellers couldn’t tell me I didn’t need additional signatures to cash a check issued in my and husbands name as primary with an additional named party. So ended up going to Roseville no problem they confirmed I didn’t need as were were listed primary on check and account.

    it's the worst of the worst service from this branch. 3 years ago there was 3 bankers and one manager that was on the ball. They ran up to greet you and take you to their desk right away and even the manager took customers. Now, I walk in and stand there for 5 minutes (timed) and no one says anything... until a teller walks up and ask then, you now wait over 20 minutes (timed) before you leave. Maybe, it was a abnormal day so, try again next day ... same except I waited with 2 bankers staring at their computer for I don't know what ... willing to drive to another office to get service.

    I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated at this branch. I needed specific help from a Notary for a job and they only had one person who was available. I went in and they told me i could come in the next day. I came in and the person who I was supposed to meet with wasn’t even there! I said okay, can we try for a different day and one of the guys told me i could be her first appointment the day after that. I came in @9:30 the following day and she didnt even address me because she was already busy with someone else. Finally she noticed me after 10 min of waiting and eventually told me she couldn’t provide me the help i needed. Waste of my time and soon i wont be a wells fargo customer.

    I have banked with Wells Fargo for more than ten years. I will be finding a new local bank after my interaction with the local branch manager Tristan Wicht. I just moved into the neighborhood few months ago and have to say I was shocked by the difference in professionalism between branches in downtown Minneapolis and this one New Brighton. It might have just been Tristan but I don't believe I've ever had a professional encounter like the one I had today. There is a lot more to it and Tristan was hostile from the moment we got on the phone but I think this is the wildest part: After repeatedly telling me that there would be no banker available for my appointment I asked him to confirm that my appointment had been canceled day of and that I shouldn't bother coming in. He literally wouldn't say the words. He just kept repeating that my appointment time was still valid but there just wouldn't be a banker available to see me. I felt like I was talking to a 5 year old in a tie. I enthusiastically advise you all to bank elsewhere! Customer service training may be needed Wells. Best of luck!

    I really liked Wells Fargo until I met branch manager, Thomas Robinson. I was working on a line of credit with a woman named Mary, who hadnt arrived on time for our scheduled follow-up meeting the following day. Mr. Robinson offered to help me instead of having to wait any longer. Surprised he knew me by name when I hadnt told him my name whatsoever. He also stated verbally that Wells Fargo was trying to locate me regarding a loan I had been approved for. No one from the bank called me? Mr.Robinson asked that I leave and return to his office in 30 minutes. When I returned, there was a note on his door that said he was in a meeting - Do not disturb. Not only that, the loan to be finalized on this day no longer existed. Very upset, I contacted the regional manager who made numerous excuses for Mr. Robinson's behavior and that he was sorry for what he had done to me.

    Absolutely the slowest drive through Ive never been serviced at no matter what time of the day!! You can sit there for mins without anyone addressing you then for a simple transaction as a withdraw or deposit, it takes almost 10mins . Very poor efficiency at this branch unlike others e.g. Fridley.

    After 28 years of Wells Fargo business...I am very disappointed in service I have recieved my last 2 times I have came into this branch...no one is ever available yet there are three people sitting there...looking right at you...was working with one person when another person interrupted him...funny thing she was the first person who said i did not have an appointment and could not see me.smh..this branch is worthless..
