Adam T is an amazing broker! He was very helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to questions I had. He helped me sell some items & gave me direction as to where to find items I could purchase within the store ! Amazing broker, we need more people like him in this world! Overall amazing experience at Fridley Pawn America!

Wow... what a great experience in this particular Pawn Shop in Richfied, but most of all the young man who helped us, Kevin was wonderful!! very respectful and just a friendly person, keep up the good work kevin, the company really needs to know they have a excellent Manager!! I went today to sell jewelry. Adam was my pawn broker. The prices he offered were very fair. Adam is always friendly and very knowledgeable when I come into sell jewelry. This store has a great selection of jewelry to buy. My husband needed to get repairs on a ring we purchased a few years back and the manager was very professional and helpful with repairs. This is the only pawn store I go to- very clean and fair prices to buy and sell. I will drive 45 minutes to this store if I need to purchase jewelry or sell/pawn an item. I look for deals on music instruments (guitars, amps, etc...) and jewelry occasionally, and hit Pawn America Fridley whenever I'm in the area. Like most pawn shops it's hit or miss depending on the day, but I've found some good items at this store in particular. I've worked with Trevor a few times with jewelry purchases. He hooked me up with EXACTLY the ring my wife wanted, which always makes life easier, right? And I've purchased some instruments and other odds and ends from time to time for myself, and always walked out a happy customer. I don't write reviews often, but when I experience great customer service and connect with someone good, I like to stay with them. And when you do find someone good at their job, which seems to be rare these days, I feel like person should be recognized and appreciated. I'll be coming back to this store and be sure to look Trevor up when he's available. I don't have a picture of my wifes ring, or else I'd post it. But needless to say, it's fantastic. This store practices discrimination. They also are not very honest I became aware of this over and online quote that I never received, giving my illness I couldn't make it into the store I am severely disabled and went online for a quote and was lied to that the quote was not in their system, but yet somehow the supervisor knew the amount I was seeking how could she possibly know that unless she saw the my quote request? I waited all day to get an answer but when I called I was told the store was busy and they were closing soon they didn't have time to give to me over this unless I had wanted to come into the store I am formed her that I was disabled and this is why I was doing an online quote and I had submitted that earlier that day and it was not fair to keep it being pushed it back because I was not physically there so I asked for a quote early in the morning and was pushed back repeatedly and lied to that she did not see my request for a quote online when it's very much there because I can't get into the store . that's discrimination. And I will be filing a discrimination suit against Pawn America
