Honestly if it wasn't for my employer banking here I wouldn't even deal with them! I make deposits pretty much every other day never had an issue until today. After sitting through the drive-thru 35 minutes or longer I was told could not do my deposits because of my paper ID. They need a ID with a picture . I wasn't told that last time I deposited or the time before that or the time for that so why is this new. 🤔 so I remembered that I had a copy of my driver's license ( still in paper form that had my picture ) so I decided to walk-in and see if that would be acceptable. As soon as I walked I was pointed out by the teller Stacy Green ( branch manager) approached me and if in a very negative undertone that my ID was invalid to them because it was on a sheet of paper ( I explained to him that they had done this for me before I was just trying to deposit. I hadn't received my ID in the mail yet and those were the only two forms I had. He explained if they had done the deposit before it was at a courtesy (well thank you they were very courteous because they did it multiple times this month) oh and they were doing me a favor!! How is that do me a favor? Now I've lost 1 hour at work , still going in circles . Stacy's demeanor and attitude was standoffish during the whole conversation where's the customer service? Needless to say I did get my deposit done that felt like I had a jump through hoops I felt belittled. I feels like I had done the Walk of shame at that point I really wish somebody have threw a tomato at me that's how he made me feel. As I was leaving I tried to talk to him I wish he had approached me in a better way customer service goes a long .I personally will never Bank there and with that type of management it explains why the tellers are never consistent

Came here 2 days in a row and each time I had to drive around more than once to find parking. Meanwhile, this abandoned car takes up 2 spots. Inside bank, lines are long. Since this bank gets so much traffic, maybe at least tow the abandoned car to make process more convenient. 🙄

Cannot get anyone on the phone at marsh and beltline facility. This is unacceptable. Needs better customer service

Worked with a banking association by the name of Anmol. She was very helpful and informative. When I went into the branch for the appointment there had been a security incident and I overreacted slightly considering that I was not informed of the cancelation of my appointment. The gentleman I was speaking to not only handled the situation well but put me at ease. Both my interactions at this bank have been positive and would highly recommend.

Ok, so I ended up at a different WellsFargo which was the best blessing because being on the phone with Maria was extremely unsettling. I could audibly hear her sighs of impatience on the other end of the phone, her questions were redundant to the service I was inquiring about and for someone who seemed in a rush to.....do something other than her job... I suppose, she was wordy and interruptive. Soooo so glad I ended up at the WellsFargo off of Montfort because I was dreading having to actually continually interact with Maria in person, whose professionalism is the equivalent of interacting with a 13 year old.

This place used to have great customer service (2-3yrs ago), not anymore! The waiting time to speak with a banker is ridiculous (45min/1hr or more) and the employees hardly greed you, After calling several times, leaving voicemails without any success or response, I opted for coming to the the office, after sitting at the waiting area for 10+ minutes one of the employees finally decided to ask what did I needed help with. There were not other customers at in the building at this point, the employees were just chatting and laughing in the little glass room. So annoying! Not coming to this location ever again!

Called in to request cash for Christmas party, told by Antonio no problem, confirmed with Seth Barnes ready for pick up today or tomorrow, called back to let them know I was coming and they do not have the cash. I can get half of what was requested and confirmed. These big banks do not care about customers any longer. Spoke to Stacy Green of whom is trying to help locate the committed amount and waiting for a call back. Will update if he pulls through....................................UPDATE***** they found additional money and send me off to another location to get the rest from them. Customer service called me and told me they are sorry

I use this bank once a month to deposit rent. The staff is very nice, and always professional. As someone who doesn't bank with Wells Fargo being given a pen that looks like this makes me think they can't even afford their own pens. Not only was it broken but it was dirty. Not something I look for in a bank. I don't think I'll be switching to Wells Fargo anytime soon. You can buy 1000 personalised pens for $80. Great staff.

I would recommend this bank to anyone on any given day. When I got to sit down and speak with the banker I was down mentally about certain things and he was not pushy nor did he rush me. On the contrary he sat with me for over an hour and was able to, in detail, show me exactly what I needed to do in order to succeed financially. I also met one of the managers and she was also very kind. The banker's name is also and I plan on utilizing that bank and his services in the future as well
