They explained every single component and there was no hidden terms that was left unexplained which is generally scary with lenders when you are a first time home buyer. Initially we struggled with another lender as they were not at all helpful in figuring out a way to close the house and always coming up with additional steps that are sometimes unreasonable. At the last minute we had to back out and hence Beam stepped in to action. I just closed my first home with a mortgage from Beam Mortgage. After facing difficulties with a big bank lender and high rates as well as process headaches from 3 other lenders, I had turned to Beam. Amazingly, within just a couple of days, Beam got me signed up with a lender at a rate lower than all I was quoted. Additionally, Beam was able to get me good lender discounts and other adjustments which lowered my final closing costs. After just a few clarification cycles, we got the clear to close from the lender in less than a week - so fast that even my seasoned realtor was surprised.
