Regent Pawn & Jewelry Co. E Belt Line Rd, Carrollton

I literally played my guitar twice the 5 years I had it when I bought it brand new. The fat lady looked at it and then let her colleague look at it & proceeded to tell me it was rebuilt & if they restrung it it would break. I waited to hear that after waiting 20 minutes. They are lazy & pathetic. I took it to North Dallas Pawn off of Frankfort & Kelly, they made me an offer, I took the offer.

DO NOT GO HERE worst pawn shop I've ever been to. They cheap you out on your money tell you that you get so much and then suddenly lower it. THIS SHOP IS BULL💩

Very bad customer service, walked in and waited while there were 2 employees, one of which was free to assist me but was more worried about the telephone than the customer infront of him, I’ll go somewhere that actually wants to buy my jewelry.

Good people and good customer service here at this location. I highly recommend this location over the other pawn shop they have west bound on belt line.

Waited for 20 minutes with no help. Staff is unmotivated and do not communicate well. Really poor customer service and performance. I ended up leaving to go to another pawn shop.

Good pawn shop to come and buy electronics, jewelry and tools. Management at this location has no customer service and doesn’t give me a good vibe, overall it’s a nice place to shop for less like this wedding rings I bought a few weeks ago.

The staff here are very slow, waited 20+ mins just to talk to someone. Then they tried to tell me a item was new when it's was clearly scratched up and used. Very unprofessional and in my words a very sketchy business

Employee did mot have badge on did not know who i was working with threw my id at me but reported this business to the better buisness bearu

Best pawn shop in the area! Have worked nearby for years and recently moved into a house nearby and was in dire need of all of that fun "around the house " stuff that adds up. These guys have hands down the beat prices around and the guys are extremely helpful and don't try and cram extra crap down your throat. Would recommend to anyone!

This place I highly recommend to anyone looking to shop around, pawn, or sell, your items, you won't be sorry you did!! These guys will work with you, no matter what, and they by far exceed in going over and beyond for the customers!! You are greeted the moment you walk in, which in case seems to always be Paul, who is the assistant manager there. You can tell that, he takes his job serious, and that he truly does, care about each and every customer, that walks through the door. Yall please check them out!! Even if you go, just too see what they have, I promise it won't be a wasted trip, and you'll NEVER want to do business with another, Pawn Shop, after you have been and waited on here. These guys Rock!! Ask for Paul, and yall will see what I mean, about his compassion, for the customers. Very happy customer!!! Michelle
