Our salesman was Jay he was a super nice guy and helped us out. They have a lot of great cars and they let us look at all them while we were there. Fair pricing and very honest. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy a sick car.

i just picked up my first porsche here. my girlfriend and i bought a 911 from Jay and the process was great. there was never any push or pressure to buy even after taking the car for a spin for a good 45 minutes. we drove the car saturday, brought it home tuesday night. Jay and Nick went out of their way to bring the car to the dealership of my choice for a pre purchase inspection, which was awesome. that alone made the deal for me. the initial offer from Jeremy in finance wasn’t as good as i wanted, so we searched for a local credit union. when i told them we obtained private financing, they worked, crunched the numbers, called in favors and were able to not only lower the cost of the car, but also lowered the down payment and the interest rate on the loan. 10/10 would buy another cool car from these guys and i wish them the best of luck in their future expansion plans!

A great selection of vehicles reasonably priced. Jose was great to deal with, as well as the finance guy, and let my wife and I look over the car at our own pace without hovering or hurrying. I would do business here again.

Buying my dream car was an extremely nerve wracking decision for me. Especially the prospect of buying it sight unseen and having it shipped half way across the US. Jay and AutoPark Dallas was one of the best dealerships I have ever came across. I live in Austin, and this was the first over the phone transaction I have done. My first internet car purchase. Beautiful 2008 Infiniti G37 with only 10k miles! Jay created a driver point of view video of the car before my purchase and a pre-delivery video after I bought it. Super relaxed sales experience, one of my best car buying experiences ever. The car was 2000 miles away so I did not go inspect it in person and relied on the dealership to provide photos and videos. The paperwork was simple, no hidden fees, no pressure to purchase gimmicks, and the car was delivered within a week. Mechanically the car is perfect and cosmetically most areas were better then I expected. Not one door ding, no chips in the glass, and no scratches on the front spoiler! My son and I went through a lot to get his car (his first purchase). About 500 miles from home. Nice place, but really seemed to care less if we bought from them. Did not even fill the gas tank. I've never purchased a car from a dealer before that didn't fill the tank on delivery. They do have a great inventory of high end cards though. They could work on customer appreciation!

Contacted them over the phone spoke with a salesman for a couple of days made a deal for a beautiful Porsche Cayenne. After doing further research they gave me the best price nationwide for this particular vehicle. All the paperwork and shipping was processed by them super fast and efficient. Jay was a great salesman. Found the car I was looking for a 2015 Mustang Gt online. Sent over info request and by 1030 the next morning jay was in contact with me. by the end of the day the deal was done with the exception of final inspection and picking up the awesome machine. Finance manager Jeremy sent over everything to be signed and 2 days later we walked in inspected car and was driving home in no time. Great sales and service and Jay even sent over video per my request and answered all my questions with honest answers. highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a awesome car or truck. 10 stars! I purchased a low mileage 06' 350z and drove it home from Dallas to Northern Virginia 1300 miles away. I had no major issues which is outstanding for a 16 year old car from a used car dealership. They clearly do service and clean up their used cars very nicely and are careful in their selections and acquisitions. Jay was very reasonable about pricing especially considering today's inflated market and he didn't cheap out on small stuff so that I would be safe on travel. Their processing fees are the lowest that I've seen anywhere. This is one of the FEW places I'd actually go to again and check on their inventory if I were to be in the market for another used car again in the future. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member who is conducting a nationwide search. Their processing fees are the lowest and best that I've seen anywhere. From beginning inquiry to finish the experience was great and professional. Unlike most other inflexible dealerships on the East Coast I test drove and spoke with these guys are honest, enthusiastic, fast and were not pig-headed & arrogant about anything just because they can be. Correspondence is second to none and unlike others in the business they understand and use phones and digital communication very clearly and effectively. You can ask for photos, videos etc and don't get the usual tag lines and invasive pressure so long as the car is still for sale. I visited Autopark Dallas in person and it's clear that they bring very good cars into their ownership for sale; their lot is very impressive. I cannot say the same for the 3 or 4 other places I visited in the past month in three other states. So I am very happy with the car and the entire experience here.

Went to AutoPark recently to look at several vehicles and had excellent experience. No pressure sales tactics and they have an incredible selection of high quality "enthusiast" cars. I was an out of town buyer, so to begin with I was a bit skeptical. That said the folks at AutoPark Dallas were true professionals. I've purchased cars before and had them checked out, only to find the undercarriage was painted, or framework was covered up. Not here. They were upfront with the blemishes and Stephen went out of his way to bring the vehicle to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection of my choosing. Stephen and Nick were great to work with, paperwork was smooth, as was getting the vehicle shipped 1,600 miles to me. Thank you so much AutoPark Dallas (stephen and nick in particular)

Pretty cars, scummy practice. Sold me a car with an emissions code but they had cleared the Check Engine Light code before the test drive. CEL turned back on less than 50 miles after the purchase. I specifically asked if the car had any problems other than the poorly covered up cosmetic damages and the salesman lied through his teeth. To which I don't think it's legal to sell a car that won't pass inspection while lying about it. If you know what you're doing be sure to bring out your OBD scanner when you go, if cars aren't your thing, make sure to have someone you trust do a pre-purchase inspection.

5Stars... I purchased a 06 GTO with 35k miles on about 2 years ago.... Weve been in the market for my wifes car and I've been doing alot of research on trying to get the best deal for a used car and what to watch out for... So I started getting nervous about my own paperwork and just ran through it to check if they added all these dealer / product fees I've been reading up on.. And nope... These guys only added GAP, which I requested and a very small inventory fee (which is understandable me being a Logistics Manager). Totally had a great experience with these guys! Looking for an Alfa Romeo Stelvio or Guilia if yah guys can get your paws on one! Would love to get my second car from yall

Also, when I bought the car there was a problem with the tires, but the dealership paid 40% of the cost to get new ones after I left and they didn't have to. Thanks guys and keep hustling!

BAIT and SWITCH! They've gotten better at their bait and switch tactics. Someone contacts you and says they want to buy your car for $27k, except they're out of town on vacation. His best friend though happens to own a dealership and will buy it for him and will pay him back later. You drive 35 minutes to the dealership and on the test drive they look at the odometer and say they made a mistake and thought it had 20k miles less on it and offer you less. Normally they have plausible deniability, but the owner literally outed himself and said that his friend is actually his "car finder" who find him cars and he is buying the car for the dealership to resell. Attached is my Cayman S they attempted to buy.

GREAT SALES REP, GREAT CAR, GREAT PLACE I have to say that Jay is the easiest guy to work with. I came in knowing the car I wanted and wanted to see it in person and drive it. Jay got quick copy of my DL and away I went for test drive with no pressure. Car drove great, felt really solid, but I also was clear that I still had another car to look at somewhere else. Jay still continued to go above and beyond when must reps would have just figured it was a dead sale. I left that day and went to test that one other car and it just wasn't in as good of a condition for the money as this one at AutoPark Dallas. So I called Jay back and said that I would like to have the car dropped off at a shop of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. I figured I was going to get all the kick back in the world, but NOPE to my surprise Jay jumped right on it and had the car dropped off that same day and left the car for pretty much an entire day because the shop was very busy. The fact that they were so quick to allow this pre-purchase inspection told me they had nothing to hide and just made me feel that much better about purchasing my car from Jay at AutoPark Dallas. I recently bought a Mustang from AutoPark Dallas and had it shipped to me in Chicago. The experience was great, start to finish. I found the car online and knew right away that it was the best match for my needs - nationwide! GT, 2010, stick, convertible - and at the right price. Jay and the team were helpful and cooperative, allowing me to have it inspected at a mechanic of my choice prior to purchase. When the inspection turned up some issues with the rack and pinion steering and front sway bars, again Jay and Nick were great, agreeing to purchase new parts and have them shipped to me. They arranged for shipping to Chicago at a lower price than I could find online. The car arrived and has been everything I wanted in my new 'stang! Super experience. I heartily recommend their business and service.

Working with Jay was very straightforward. The car I was interested in had some minor imperfections and no one at AutoPark tried to cover them up or play them off. Instead, they offered to fix them, or replace what needed to be replaced. Trade in value was on par with other dealers I had been to, and they were happy to negotiate a clean, equitable deal. I'm quite pleased with the experience.

Okay I have to revise my review of this place originally gave them four stars I brought my car back in to get the state inspection done talked to the manager and told him the reason that gave four stars in an effort to make it right he gave me two free details of my vehicle which in my opinion is very valuable commodity more so his effort to take care of his customers was in my opinion very commendable so Autopark Dallas gets 5 stars besides they have some really cool cars here

Jay, this is Winston. I don't have a google account so I'm using my wife's. I bought a 2000 911 from Jay a few weeks ago. It was the third 911 I had a PPI done on and the report came back in very good condition. The Euro specific mechanics that inspected it said that if they were in the market to buy that car they'd buy that one. So I did. It was probably one of the least expensive cars they had on site but Jay still treated me as if I was about to buy one of their $150k Lambos. Highly recommend.
