I have been in real estate for over 20 years. I have financed and refinanced many properties during that time. I worked with Nick Sicilian and the Investmark Mortgage team to refinance 19 properties over the past 5 weeks. Nick laid out the options and choices so we could maximize our cash flows and available cash. Lending requirements were straight forward and actually much easier to fulfill than previous lenders. These people are legit and straight forward. They will answer your calls or get back to you promptly. I have recommended them already and will do so again.
