This has been the best mortgage company I have worked with by far. The process was smooth and seamless. I shopped around a great deal and they had the best reviews along with being one of the lowest rates I found. Sal was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was always available every time I called. They also closed my mortgage on time with no issues. Highly recommend this mortgage lender to everyone. The only system was so easy to use and it made gathering information so easy. I was kept up-to-date on the entire process and was able to quickly provide new information to ensure our mortgage was closed on time.

Had a terrible experience. Seem to have good rates but was impossible to speak with someone after the first contact. Weeks go by as my wife and I wait to hear literally anything back after several calls and emails just to finally hear they are no longer taking applications AFTER we had already applied. Terrible communication

We chose to refinance with Lendova last month because they had very competitive rates and closing costs. The loan officer that was assigned to us was responsive and helpful in answering questions that we had, but there were some issues that we encountered during the closing process. The most notable was a failure to make a correction to my wife's middle initial on all of our closing documents (even after we had notified our loan officer of the error prior to the closing date), which resulted in three separate signing appointments with a notary and our closing date being delayed by a week. However, I would say that it was a generally positive experience and I'm happy with the rate/closing costs that we were able to lock in, as they were more attractive than some of the bigger lenders out there.

This was a refinancing transaction. Best offer and price. I had many transactions before with buying and refinancing homes, but I would say this one was the most easy and no headache transaction I ever had. We closed in less than 3 weeks . Yes there was some Dent on the process (some info was missing), but immediately were corrected. Tanner, loan officer, was great, easy to reach and helpful for any questions we had.

Charged me 300 for credit check. Then another 600 for appraisal from a sketchy company. I went through with the mortgage bc the rate was good. Told me to come write this review for a $25 gift card. No thank you.

They were one of the three lowest rate listed and based them having the highest rated website reviews, I decided to go with them. My contact there was Tanner Holland and he was a pleasure to work with. We only spoke once on the phone and all additional communication was done via email, which works perfect for me. Tanner and their processing team communicated with me via e-mail regularly and was always prompt in responding. We completed the refi in just two weeks and I couldn't have been more please with the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in obtaining a mortgage loan and I would use them again without hesitation.

I reached out to this company after reading nothing but good reviews. So I contacted them to get a quote. What a great call. Not only did they have the best rates, but also provided funds at close and had had 0 closing costs. All forms were completed online and from start to finish was only 18 days. I recommended them to two friends who also closed super fast. Full disclosure they do offer an Amazon gift card for each review, but they are very clear- love or Hate, write the review and they still send the card. And to be honest the small gift card didn't influence this review as I already recommended them to my friends. There is no better review than a referral.

My experience with Lendova was one of the best I have had with a lender. For the most part I had well informed responses in less than 24 hours.
