Every single person that worked there was so friendly. From the moment I stepped inside I felt I was taken care of and that I had nothing to worry about. My car was ready a week early and in absolute pristine condition - they even washed it for me. They kept in constant contact keeping me updated on what was going on which I really appreciated. The parts they used came straight from Toyota so that was also affirming. I have some cosmetic damage I plan on coming back to AutoNation to fix thanks to their incredible job this time. Highly highly recommend.

We used their collision center to repair our tailgate. Initially when we picked it up after a few days we noticed that the colors were a bit off. They took it back in and it looks like it did he day we purchased the vehicle. The Service Manager Dan kept us informed every step of the way. Great service! Happy Customers!!

Dan provided an outstanding service to get my car fixed. He kept me informed throughout the process and gave me accurate ETAs on repair work. At the end he delivered the car in shiny new condition on the committed date. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Autonation Collision Center in Addison.

If you stumble upon this review please read carefully as there are better competitors such as Xtreme Collision Repair that can provide you valuable fair priced services. I waited almost 20 minutes just to get an estimate on my car. The car was not badly damaged and I was approximating about $1000 for repairs. The representative after looking at the car and taking pictures and doing a write up told me that repairs would be almost $5000! Very laughable situation, to know I would be spending that much money on minor repairs. Please shop around, it doesn't take time and will save you money in the long run. I went to Xtreme Collision Repair afterwards and got another estimate which was not even priced up to $1000. If I didn't do due diligence and decided to go with this company, I would have been ripped off, big time. There are other notable collision centers out there and I would only consider this place as a last resort. If you do make sure you go in educated or with formidable insurance to cover their exuberant prices. The experience for me was wasted time and overall annoyance

My BMW was taken here after an accident that required major work. They work directly with the dealership closest to me, and I didn't really have any other options as to where it was taken. I've had work done by a third-party collision center that worked with Baron BMW in Kansas City, and I had an incredibly positive experience, so I assumed most BMW dealerships were the same. Wish I were right about that. My car was in the shop for about a month, and I was ok with the length of time that it was gone. There was quite a bit of damage, so I knew it would be gone awhile, but there was very little communication with me from the beginning. I began receiving (automated) emails about two weeks before it was ready, so that was progress. They were always available when I called and did begin to call more frequently right before it was finished, so I appreciate that effort eventually. The problems started when I went to pick up my car. They, I had assumed, towed it back to my dealership, about 10 miles from where AutoNation is located. When I picked it up, everything seemed to be in order, but as soon as I turned the car on, I saw that my gas tank was completely empty. My driving range was 2 miles, which quickly dropped to 0 miles about 15 seconds into trying to drive off the lot, and I had to pull into a parking spot on the other side of my dealership because I knew I wouldn't make it to a gas station. I let them know, and they were able to find a gas can from the dealership and filled up my tank for me. Not the most ideal fix to a situation that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, but at least they jumped on it and did something about it. It wasn't until I got my car home that I realized they hadn't even finished the job. There were two lug nuts missing on the wheel they were primarily (if not only) working on, as well as the decorative BMW wheel cap. Not only were the lug nuts missing, but they had even made a note that they were missing ON THE WHEEL. I'm assuming that was a note for the repairmen in the shop, but now I'm wondering if it was just a warning for me and I was expected to fix it myself. I have no idea who was responsible for making sure my car was really ready to go, but they clearly were not paying attention. I will never have my car taken here again. This is just one issue that I can see, I only hope that the rest of my car is safe to drive and I don't experience any other issues in the future due to this repair. I would have let them keep my car for another month if it meant that they had paid closer attention before sending it back to me.

Never take your car there if you are going through Insurance Company (Especially State Farm). They work together! This was marked as extensive hail damage for hood and roof. After taking these pictures I was told to come back when sun is at peak and then I'll be able to see the damage better.

Listen - the owner clearly responds to these Google reviews in attempt to perform some level of damage control, and I'm sure he'll give some seemingly rational "we are deeply sorry for your negative experience with our location, but you must understand things A B and C" reply, leaving you scratching your chin, wondering who's the true offender here. Let me tell you a few things about this place things that are not opinions but 100% factual. 1. Unnecessary repairs were done on my vehicle in order to charge my insurance company a higher dollar amount. 2. The work that was actually needed to be completed was not completed. 3. Upon taking my car back to have it rectified, they would not even investigate it because it was "too tedious" and "a lot of work". 4. My paint job was not done correctly. 5. The manager and the mechanic took my car for a ride to see if they could replicate the problem. During this time period, they unplugged/erased the footage on my dashcam. 6. When I got my car back after the ride, it was knocked out of alignment and actually worse than it previously was. 7. They agreed with me that there was a problem, however, they tried to say it was wear and tear and tried to pitch this to my insurance company as well. 8. I took my car to the dealership to have everything handled. My insurance company opened an investigation and the dealership assisted. They found that the issue was indeed from the collision and not wear and tear. My insurance company covered everything. But you know what the crappiest thing was about how Autonation handled this matter? When their regional manager called me to question me about my experience, they asked me why their shop completed so much unnecessary work (as if I had lied and made them do it?), and they also said "oh so you had your car throughout the recent snow storm and now there's a problem?", again trying to pin everything on me. Unprofessional and absolute liars. If they weren't, my insurance company wouldn't have discovered the truth and paid for my additional repairs. So. They'll charge for extra work but won't even perform the necessary work. Then they'll blame it on you. Undebatable. Not an opinion. Absolute fact. If you value your time and your car, don't go here.

I just got my Jeep back from them for some minor fender and paint repair. I had dropped it off at their location Monday morning. Yesterday (Tuesday) evening, I received a text saying my Jeep was ready for pickup. Thought it was going to take a few more days, but they got it done *very* quickly. Absolutely amazing! And the detail work was excellent; can't even tell where a dent and scratches were. Special thanks to Jose Linan at AutoNation for his professional handling and estimates.

This shop did a wonder job on repairing my car. They have great customer service and pay attention to your needs. I didn't need a lot of paperwork when trying to get my car into the shop. There's an Enterprise car rental in the same location so it was extremely easy to get another vehicle while mine was being repaired. My repairs were completed within the time they estimated. They also work well with the adjusters to get all of the needed repairs done, even if they request more items need to be repaired. I had a great experience with them and will certainly be using their services again.

Dan is the man! He was thorough, trustworthy, polite and very knowledgeable. This was the 2nd shop I tried after the 1st was extremely unprofessional and I was very satisfied with Auto Nation Collision. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs. I will definitely use them in the future!

I bought my car there immediately after I was involved in an accident and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service that I received. My car ended up being a total loss, but for the time that it was there, I received a few phone calls with the status of how things were going along and if I ever needed to use the services of a collision center again, they will be my first choice (SUPER NICE guys).

My review is about an experience with Mr. Cortez, I brought my BMW SUV in to get an estimate on a pretty noticeable dent. Mr. Cortez took the time out to tell me the best option about getting my SUV repaired in the most cost effective way. He went over my repair options in detail explaining the why's and why nots. I was most impressed with the time and detailing of the information and the process of getting my SUV fixed. He wrote me a cost effective quote and made me feel more than comfortable with leaving my SUV in his hands for the repairs. Mr. Cortez was overly patient with me and all of my repetitive questions making me feel as if I was totally informed about the repairs and turn around time. He is a great experienced Collision center specialist and I appreciate his help with my SUV, just a little token of appreciation to you all over at AutoNation Collision Center, thank you!

I was treated very cordial. The waiting room was nice and comfortable. The tech that helped me explained what needed repairing. I would recommend Autonation to any car owner that needed repairing.

This review is long overdue, unfortunately in 2020 as I'm dealing with the beginning of a pandemic, I'm also moving out of a house I just sold and into a house that we purchased when a teenager plows into our brand new expedition parked just outside in our old Frisco community adding to an already hectic year. Still haven't figured out how that could of happened but glad no one was in or near the vehicle as it was hit so hard it was thrown up on the sidewalk and the steering wheel popped off from the impact. AutoNation Collision was the logical choice for me since I purchased the vehicle from AutoNation Ford in Frisco. We were treated with total professionalism from the very beginning, my case was handled flawlessly as the other person's insurance was also very accessible and assumed all responsibility. We were given a rental vehicle comparable to what we had. We were kept in the loop and received frequent updates from AutoNation Collision and our Expedition was returned looking as good as new. I could not tell it had been hit from any angle, truly excellent work. What I'm most impressed with is that over a year later I contacted our AutoNation Collision representative Dan Haefs and to my pleasant surprise he responded right away and was willing to go above and beyond to help me out with an issue that came up regarding the original claim. Dan, Chris, and the their team made sure I was taken care of once again and after so much time had passed that I felt the least I could do is leave them a very much deserved good review. I was totally satisfied with the entire accident damage repair done. Right from the initial contact with Chris at the AutoNation Collision office in the Frisco Ford Dealership to the continuous contact by Dan and staff at the repair facility. Seamless and timely. AutoNation is my go-to with any collision repairs. Unfortunately, I have had to take my past car and current car there, but it's always a positive experience. Everything always comes out in excellent shape. I've always been very pleased. Dan is great! He's professional yet friendly and very thorough. I highly recommend them!
