I was introduced to the McDaniel Mortgage group by my realtor early in the process of buying a new construction home. Matt and his team were there from day one of the process. No matter the time of day/night, nor day of the week, they were quick to respond. What I loved about working with Matt and his team is their honesty, knowledge, and professionalism. No question of mine went unanswered. I will definitely be seeking their assistance in future acquisitions, and I highly recommend the McDaniel Mortgage Group!

My granddaughter and Luke were trying to buy a house after moving to Texas, houses are hard to get if you don’t have cash. Sellers want a quick close and don’t want to wait for loans and that where Matt came in. From the first phone call to every question I had he was there and always happy to help. He did all the work we signed a few papers and he made it happen within the time period he promised which was 30 days. Matt and his entire team; Christy, Whitney, Lilia, and Mandy are all phenomenal. I honestly spoke with each one on countless and numerous times. They were always professional and compassionate about my constant worries and concerns. Oh gosh where to start. We started with another company before the McDaniel group was recommended to us by our Relator. Not only did our budget increase but we were able to put an offer down 3 days after getting pre-approved. The process went smoothly on their end, they answered any questions we had and always got back to us at most within an hour. Whole team was great and friendly, very easy to work with. Should we have to buy again, the McDaniel group would be our first pick on mortgage companies. We will be recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy a home!

Where do I start... Several years ago we built our first home and we were pretty much clueless on the process and luckily we found Matt and he walked us through every step and made the process SO easy.
