Wells Fargo Bank Sw Martinazzi Ave, Tualatin

Awful experience at this branch. Two weeks ago came in to deposit my paycheck which my company banks with Wells Fargo. I had no issues at that visit and have always had my check cashed then deposited into my account. Today was a different story, went to deposit my pay check and the teller went ahead and deposited it directly as he said my funds will be made available right away due to my paycheck being a Wells Fargo check. He then let me know that my paycheck had a 24 hour hold and said he could reverse it and then cash my check. I agreed as that is what I wanted to do in the first place and have always been able to do in the last 6 years I’ve worked for my company. To my very annoyed surprise, the teller told me my company has an “agreement” that our PAYCHECKS can not be cashed out…. Which makes absolutely no sense at all considering it is a WELLS FARGO CHECK. The teller called someone over who’s suggestion was they can redeposit the check and I can wait 24 hours or they can give me my check back and I can try Walmart if I wanted my funds available. Awful customer service. I have had issues with Wells Fargo in the past and just let it go. After this experience I will be closing all accounts with Wells Fargo.

Awful awful awful retarded bank. Was online with them since 07/04/18 to open a business account that I was pressed for time to do. Wanted about as much documentation as when I bought my house. So my license wasn’t good enough because god forbid you have a physical address and a mailing address. So finally I was told to go to a branch. Well the business banker at the Tualatin branch looked strait confused and looked like he had no idea what current planet we were on. So I just left disgusted and wishing they go out of business and not do this to any other people in the world. If Wells Fargo is the last bank in the world... just put your money under your mattress lol

I want to thank Personal Banker Endeavor Nehrlich for her help last week. I was an existing Wells Fargo client and she helped me set up a Platinum Savings account. No hassles and paperwork completed within minutes.

Waited 10 min in merchanthe line. Waiting for a customer that was in line not a merchant. 10 minutes passed and I moved to the regular line. The teller asked if she could help me ando the manager said I would have to wait. What ever has happened to customer service.

This is by far the worst wells Fargo ive been too! I was in the wrong line and the older Lady with purple hair said oh no you need the business line..ok..at the business line waiting for the Lady in front of me that had 5 diffrent deposits. I was there in line for 30 min, just standing looking at all the bankers, and tellers carry a conversation behind the counters.. Finally when they finished the conversation the other Lady notice ive been there forever decided to helped me.. Not one sorry or thank you came out of those people! Now I see why this branch is closing soon!

Racist bank. I've literally seen these crooks credit people's accounts when I they went over drawn. But when I lose my debit card and someone makes fraudulent charges and my account goes into -$226.... They can't even credit back the overdraft charges that werent made by me EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T USE THE CARD. But if I was white? Oh they'd do it in a heartbeat. Can't wait to close this funky account 😂

Been here for 45 minutes trying to pull out my money. What happens if the systems stay down? Do i not own my money anymore? Losing my faith in my bank.

Level zero customer service! And now a cheating scandal! I moved to my account and I'm wondering why anybody would think with these scoundrels!
