Very impressed with the online secure payroll software. It was easy to upload tax docs and saved time. The Hill Tax team was organized, efficient, and offered a ton of value for our taxes, which is key when running multiple businesses. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend Hill Tax, Payroll & Bookkeeping enough! I wasn’t sure I could tackle my taxes myself this year, due to buying and selling a home in 2021, so I reached out to Taylor and I’m so glad I did! They made the process super easy, communicated really well, they have a great client portal and I got my return very quickly too. Having that off my plate was sooo worth it! Hill Tax , got my taxes to me the fastest I have ever gotten them. His portal made the process quick and easy and the rest of the process was done entirely by him and his team. This is the hardest working company I have ever seen and I highly recommend choosing them over the mainstream companies. I will most defiantly be going to him again next year.

Characteristically, Taylor is a great guy and a hard worker. The year prior, I let someone else do my taxes and had an awful experience. My husband and I hired Taylor to file our business and personal taxes and provided all of our info to him several months before taxes were due. We tried calling Taylor multiple times over several weeks after providing him all of our documents to get an update on the status, only to be told he was too busy to talk on the phone and just to email him. So we sent multiple emails to him asking if we could call him to ask our questions on the phone to fully understand the answers since we were first time business owners and we wanted to make sure we did everything right, only to receive an email on April 14th informing us he would not be able to finish our taxes. We were SHOCKED by this and panicked to now figure out how to file our taxes by the next day or make sure an extension was filed. Taylor explained he did not have enough time and he sent us a message on their web portal (which we had no idea) instead of emailing or calling us back. We had to drive down there in person to ask where the disconnect was and what happened and nobody couldn’t answer this for us. Taylor has the audacity to blame US for not checking the web portal for his message and this is why we didn’t find out until the day before taxes were due that they could not help us since he took over the accounts for the business owner who passed so he was “too busy.” The unprofessionalism of this place blew our minds and left us in a horrible spot to say the least... Hopefully this never happens again because I would never want someone to go through what we did, but if you want to avoid the stress, I would go would definitely go elsewhere.

Very professional and informative. Responded quickly to all my questions and communicated expectations clearly. Their portal is easy to use and serves as a great tool for effective communication and efficiency. This is my 2nd year with Hill Tax, Payroll & Bookkeeping and I am more than happy with their services. I even had them evaluate a previous year return to ensure accuracy, they identified errors and assisted with re-filing for that year. Taylor is great. We usually use TurboTax, but needed to find a pro this year for various reasons. Taylor made it painless and was a good value for services received. He prepared our documents quickly and was responsive to questions. He has a great client portal set up to help with no-contact document preparation as well. Highly recommended.
