Love this place, had the tools I needed to complete my project at home and referred me to their other store for some other things I’ve been looking for. Clean, organized, professional store and great prices. Brian and the rest of the crew are awesome, thank you guys!

Usually I don't shop at pawn shops, prices are to high and items are old and really used. Saw this little giant ladder thought I'd take a look. The shop was clean as were the items.the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Josie. Enjoyed my experience and would shop there again. By the way also enjoyed my new ladder.

I am so impressed with the informative personnel, both Bob and Cole were very helpful in showing us the variety of like new laptops and electronics. I found exactly what I went in for and the prices are amazing! I highly recommend you check out All that Glitters before shopping anywhere else. They have so many like new items that I will be back for sure!

The only shop I will go to - always courteous and friendly! I would never trust another shop with my items if my life depended on it. I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but go in and speak with any associate to see the difference. Special shout out to Eric! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going in to this story because I was treated with nothing but disrespect. Gave her a GPS unit to appraise and she tossed it at me basically and said that they do not take them what's a snarl. Unfortunately on a daily basis I am seeing customer service slowly disappear and it's almost like they're doing you a favor by opening their doors every morning. All I can do is put a honest post up and hope people we'll see this and save them self the headache of being disrespected. Not only disrespected but very hurtful to be treated like that by somebody as one person to another and maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or maybe she didn't even sleep in a bed last night . Very very frustrating and very very upset angry man

I have used these guys when My family and I have truly needed it and they are always there to help. Truly don't know what I would do sometimes with out them. A special thanks to Josie and Shawna they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that they're quotes are higher then anyone else in town. Even if You are going to be a little late on your loan they will work with you just go talk to them if you need help I know it has been a big help to me.

Bought a tile saw from this place...they ran my card numerous times ensuring me it didn't charge then I took the money to pay them out of the ATM only to find out the next day they charged my acct numerous times. I called and they were rude and refused to refund me my money! I will never buy here again and if I were you I would not allow them to run your card!!

All That Glitters is THE BEST pawn shop I have ever used! They have a friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff and great merchandise and pricing! I highly recommend the Milwaukie location and team! You can't go wrong with them!

I will never pawn a gun here again. They disassembled my gun without authorization, destroying it in the process. Admitting to damaging it. Told me to take it to a gunsmith for repair at my expense. They have no idea what they are doing. Also, i pawned a semi auto 410 with a threaded barrel. I am almost 100% sure they fired it suppressed. Oil and grim leaking out of every connection. Be warned! Reply to owners reply: You still don't get it Steve. First of all you tried to take the lower receiver off of a Ruger 10/22. Who does that? Secondly what i brought in and pawned was a Ruger 10/22 with a Surefire Tac-22 stock on it. Additionally it had an Ar bumpstock that can be removed by pushing on a spring loaded pin & removing the bumpstock guide at pistol grip. Instead of removing as described you pried the frame apart, permanently deforming it. It is no longer square, allowing barrel to wonder randomly. Also you drilled out the threaded connection that is used for the pistol grip. Ever try to fire a pistol grip rifle with no pistol grip? Third your employees gave me my gun back missing pieces (buffer tube, buttstock, & pistol grip). When all pieces were finally gathered, your people had no idea how to put it together. After 45 minutes i offered to take it home and assemble it with correct tools. I was told that they would really appreciate it and if there were any issues to bring it back. I brought it back 5 times and your people acknowledged that they screwed it up, but that you made an excuse as to why you were not going to fix what you broke. How i needed to pay for a gunsmith to fix what you broke. Keeping the bumpstock pieces was never an issue, but you're still trying to make it one. The issue is your lack of honor! You are either A) to ignorant to work with firearms or B) you are too dishonest to run a pawn shop (didn't realize that was possible).

The absolute worst pawn shop in town, i have zero respect for these people and thats an understatement. When i moved here i started all over building relationship with a new pawn shop. I made the horrible mistake of picking them. After several years and 100% perfect pickups, they still lowball like they could care less. Im not talking the normal pawn lowball either, SERIOUS ripoffs. The pawn shop across the street offers quite a bit more with zero relationship. Better off going there. The people are rude, they gonna rip you off horribly. Go to USA pawn block away, guarantee more money. Also the 5star reviews they have are paid for.

The cleanest pawnshop I've ever been to! Great collection of well sought after items - not just a large junk store. Manager or store rep was very pleasant and allowed us to look around without making us feel like criminals. Ended up purchasing a good mountain bike!

First time there, nice place , very clean, nice merchandise. Workers are real friendly. Fast, efficient. Got a good price on a lian, great parking.

Worst pawn shop I've ever been to. Lady was rude at the door. Wasn't even wearing her mask properly....then I asked for assistance because I came in with friends and they assumed we were all together in the same transaction. Not even a greeting walking thru the door. The same rude lady said "in a minute"....and walked away from me. A few minutes later after I already set my items on the counter a young man came over and just stared at me didn't say a word so then I said I'd like to sell this stuff. I unpacked what I had brought in and he grabbed the Blu-rays and games and immediately started doing something with the computer. Put a slip in front of me saying I had to specify how I got the movies and games. I said my kids and he shoved the paper back and me and said I need their full names. Which I wasn't comfortable doing in the first place. They are 10 and 12 years old. So I complied. He dug in the register and slammed $14 on the counter and said here's 14....I asked about the rest of the things I brought in and he snarled and said too old and walked away from me I'm very unhappy with my service and will never be back

My first visit at a pawn shop and had a fantastic experience. Rob and Josie were super helpful and genuine! I was clearing out some space in my jewelry box and will definitely be back again! Thank you!!

Great place for music gear! Great staff and fair prices. Never have to worry that any gear I have to pawn for a while will be damaged when I get it back. Always new surprises to add to my collection.

I've done a lot a business with them for years now always willing to work with me I've always gotten quite some good deals from them I have nothing bad to say about all that glitters in Milwaukie.

The people that work at All That Glitters are what make me keep coming back. They go out of their way to make sure you understand how everything works and the due dates plus they offer a fair price for your items. I have never experienced customer service of this level at any other Pawn shop. The store is clean and the items on sale are organized well. If you have any questions they are always happy to answer them for you.

I went in looking for some computer/networking stuff like routers, monitors, etc. Cole Epperly guided me in the right direction of purchasing the Asus N900 router. His hospitality reached beyond my expectations and was very knowledgeable about the product he was showing me. I would recommend anyone to come to this pawn shop. Awesome service, great hospitality, and very knowledgeable of their merchandise. Great job Cole and keep up the good work!

The lady who was upset that I didn't sell my go pro hero sessions for less than 100 dollar. My decision. Didn't have a problem with them not buying it. tried to slam my items on the table to break them. I'm going to file a formal complaint to them. She was the Hispanic lady with long hair. And when I told her I wouldn't do that to her stuff she told me to leave.

I've done business with these guys a handful of times and other pawn shops near by. I will exclusivity be using All That Glitters in the future. Everyone in the shop is super friendly unlike a couple experiences with another local pawn shop. Two thumbs up guys!!
