We have been using GoldStar ATM for over a year now. I have to say their customer service is awesome. Anytime we have had questions or issues they had been super helpful. We just recently had an issue with one of our machines and Javier was our tech support. He went above and beyond to help us resolve the issues. Thanks guys!

I’ve worked with Goldstar for quite a few years now. Prior to Goldstar I used a national ATM service and was always disappointed in the response time, it would sometimes take days for me to get service. Upon recommendation I decided to drop my old service and shop local. I came upon Goldstar in the past 3 years my payment checks have increased, my transaction volume has increased but must importantly the service provided has greatly increased. Thank you Goldstar! I strongly suggest if you have trouble receiving service from your current ATM service provider don’t hesitate to call Goldstar. They did me right and they will do the same for you.

This ATM company had only sent us one payment in all of 2020 for the atm in our retail store. I was told by several people including Jim that a payment would be sent out to us as well as how much cash our atm had vended. three months later they are dodging our calls, not returning emails or even text messages. They even left their empty ATM and haven't collected it. I urge business partners or owners to resolve this issue ASAP.

I want free ATM placement from Gold Star ATM company, i do Banking consultation, Smart ATM cash deposit and introduction to ATM machines to new ATM users E.G (HOW TO DEPOSIT CASH, HOW TO WITHDRAW CASH, ATM AWARENESS AND SMART ATM CASH DEPOSIT at 50% cash back)I do not offer ATM Cash withdrawal to my customers i only buy ATM cash deposit at 50 percent cash back,i collect deposits from customers inside ATM cassette.I only load/fill my ATM cassette with (100) ONE HUNDRED USD since i do not withdraw cash using my ATM AND I only offer ATM cash deposit to my customers. Great Products and Staff We worked with Angelo to find the best plan for us and honestly, it paid itself off within a couple months. Now we have an additional solid cash flow from our ATM. The install was quick, he came in person with his staff, and got us all set up with mobile tracking for deposits etc. We have had them for 2 years now and meant to give them a review some time ago, but this should be worth even more as we have a solid 2 years of experience with him, his tech and office crew, and they are on it every time we need something which is rare because it is so seamless.

I'm currently starting my atm business, and starting with my first one. Josh was an awesome salesman and Javier was awesome at guiding me through the tech. I'm just starting, but plan on expanding with Goldstar

Ed is the man!!!we had an issue with our keypad and atm from moving locations. Ed was able to get it updated and fixed before opening day, which was clutch! He kept in contact and checked in on us to make sure everything was up and running well. I've been with gold star since 2015, I definitely reccomend these guys!!!
