I’d like to say that this pawnshop is phenomenal the staff all work together they are smile and are extremely genuine I’ve been into a lot of pawnshops growing up in San Diego California but by far the customer service and professionalism at all that glitters hands-down beats any pawnshop I’ve ever been in I’m 45 years old my name is Tim Robinson I seen a post on offer up for a generator one day after I got robbed in Portland trying to purchase a different Generator I noticed it was from a business so I decided to follow through although the thoughts in my mind we’re not positive, but being extremely hesitant I still went to all that glitters in north Portland off Lombard , after calling and asking if they had a generator in stock it was posted on offer up the sweetheart I talked to on the phone make sure the generator was put in the back for me that I was going to purchase or attempt to purchase I was very weary at this point when I walked into the store I was greeted by a cool gentleman not pressuring me because as if he could help me told him I was looking for that I talk to someone and wouldn’t you know it a lady poked her head out from behind the wall and says oh hi Tim you did make it in only gave her my name to put something in hold for me no one remembers things like that these people were genuine I purchased a generator and it works perfectly there’s not a problem with it at all it powers my trailer home very nice without a hiccup I just wanna say thank you for making a really bad situation of me being robbed the day before and did something positive it was so positive I was able to write this review without a question and usually I don’t waste my time doing things like this I’m a busy man but this place deserves recognition after what I went through thank you ATG All that glitters and God bless you all sincerely Timothy F Robinson

I had a great experience, very kind and helpful people. Able to give you as much as they can. Understanding that this is how they make a living, its more then generous what they give you. Definitely coming back if I have anything else to sell. 10/10 would recommend.

I walked in to buy a shotgun, and they had a great selection. Ended up going with a Winchester 1200 series in great condition. They quickly and cheaply did my background check, and everyone was super friendly and helpful. In the end, they threw in a $50 case for free. It was a great experience, and ill definitely be back.

Went into get a loan on my power tools, they were very polite and helped me out very quickly. I actually got more than i wanted and i only needed it for a couple days. I also wanted to check out their guitars and Jacob was kind enough to let me tune and test out one of them. Very great place! Very welcoming.

I have been going to this shop regularly for over 2 years for short term loan on a jewelry item. Their store is always clean with no hint of a 'seedy' side. Staff are respectful and recently I requested a larger amount than might strictly have been warranted but they were willing to work with me, and extend a little extra that really helped out. I highly recommend this Pawn facility. Even if you have trouble meeting terms, call them, they will work with you.

These people are greati lost my id and couldnt get a N appointment with dmv untilafter my due date but the manager was so willing to work with meshe was defintly a women of her word icame in four or five days after i was to pay for my genarater and she was tere i was amazed that she would remember me after only speeking with her once i gave her my id and wasnt penalized for being late and upon leving she said let us help you get your generater in your car, my thought was if every body treated ther custumers as good as she treated me there would never be an unhappy custermer, thanks all that glitter you rock

I initially wasn't going to say anything, but have to speak my peace. This location has horrible customer service and I'm hoping my review will lead to changes in the way that they do business. I was in a bind and went here because of the great reviews and because I had done business with them before. My first experience wasn't the greatest, as the young lady who is the reason for my bad review today was the same one I dealt with today. In either case, I was willing to look past it because I was able to get a short-term loan the last time that helped me make rent. I was attempting to pawn a perfectly working Xbox One S. The rep I worked with powered it on and saw that it was working, but passed on it because she was concerned about it making a noise that was barely audible unless you were standing directly over it and because she felt it was too warm after only being on a a couple of minutes. The last time I took in a tablet and she passed on it because it was an Amazon Fire Tablet and even though it was in perfect working condition, she passed because "Amazon tablets are cheaply made." She could have simply passed without making disparaging marks about cheaply made Amazon tablets because it was clear that she was not informed enough to make that kind of determination. I get that they have to be selective about the items they make loans on, but there is a right way and wrong way to turn someone down without insulting their products. BACK to my experience Today... At no time did my Xbox One S not work as expected and I feel like she was just looking for any reason not to help me and as a previous reviewer stated, I felt like the decision was due to prejudice and a desire to have me do business elsewhere. Her same limited knowledge of what she was talking about that almost made me leave bad review the last time I did business with this location ruined my experience and made me feel like she was judging me. This time I felt the need to let my opinion be known in the off chance that management is not aware of the un-professionalism of some of their staff.I will never do business with this place again and neither should you until they do some sensitivity training with their staff.

If the item that you are taking to loan or sell ain’t new AND unused they won’t take it. Like who in the world is going to take brand new stuff off the store shelf to a pawn shop. Also, the tall old guy told my father to wait outside in the cold like he was rabid dog, not even in a respectful way. Only reason why am giving this place 2 stars is because the guy at the counter at least respectfully told me that they won’t accept my stuff because it wasn’t made after 2015 and to go f*** off.

This is our go to spot for everything jewelry. My wedding ring, hubby's ring, anniversary gifts. Nice people. Always honest and friendly. Toni rocks. Mario and Bruce are great too.

I went in the store looking for low priced video games for my son, I didn't know what games he has or what games he would want. The staff member tried to help be decide what one to get but I didn't want to get one, get it home and he already have it, so I told him I would bring my son in to make the choice, he said that was a good idea. I started looking around and a different staff member entered the area, as I saw the purple gun for the first time. I had no idea they made them in different colors. I didn't think they were real but he assured me they were. He let me hold the purple one and didn't find it weird that I was so exited that it was purple. I didn't end up getting it that day and he was fine with that but he did tell me about it and the laws about owning one. The next day I went in and was helped by a different staff member, who was also very helpful. He and I joked with 2 male patrons that acted like it was scary that a woman was holding a gun. The next day I still had questions so I called in, the staff member was polite and very helpful. With all their information and talking to my coworkers and some friends I decided to go back the next day and get it. I enter the store and informed the staff member (Jared) that I wanted to purchase the purple 9mm Kahr. He went over and started the process. We had to take some finger prints and ended up having to do my left thump 8 or 9 times because my thump seems to be weird, it just was not coming out right. He and I joked about it and he needed his supervisor (Tony) to come over and see what one would work the best. When Jared sent the information into the state police it took about an hour or so for them to get back and say I was okay to sell this gun to. Jared, Tony and the other staff members were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. As I was waiting for my back ground check to come back I had the opportunity to witness the staff not only interact with each other but with other customers as well. They all used great customer service skills. They all made my first gun buying experience a great one. non-stressful and fun. I would defiantly recommend this store for any purchase and I plan to return.

My husband had called before hand asking if they bought Xbox 360? An they said yes. We called before hand because we live really far from the location. We stated we would be coming in. Once we came in there was an extremely rude manager working her name is Laura! She was rude right off the back! Said she didn't take them an pushed it away that was it. We told her what her employees had said an she doesn't take it and didn't care. Terrible location! Have been in before to sell to them an they denied again. Nothing new! If you want your moneys worth or even money at all you better go some where else because this location is rude!!!!

I received very friendly fast service when I pawned my laptop. Nice store, clean, staff helpful and engaging. Took the time to look over my laptop and determine if it was eligible. I would recommend this business to a friend!!

The first time I was in there was to help someone find a gift. Not one of my favorite activities, I was with someone that was taking forever to choose a gift. This was the third store, and I didn't think this human was going to ever be done. The people working there was not only pleasant and genuine but was more than happy to be helpful, not pushy. Shortly after we got there this friend saw a few things she was interested in! I was so relieved! While she was debating I was looking through the store. There are all kinds of goodies in there, with prices I can afford! I since went back and found myself a one of a kind pair of earrings! With the holidays coming up, I'm going to stop in and see what they have.

Because you go above and beyond good customer service, plus have a guy who is good at programing laptops and phones

I was visiting Portland for the first time and wanted to check out a pawn shop. Based on reviews, I chose All That Glitters on Lombard and lucked into a huge jewelry sale that day. Tiffany worked with me and was exceptionally patient and accommodating. Not only did she provide knowledgeable insight, Tiffany made the whole experience fun. I'm super happy with the ring I purchased - which has really nice quality diamonds in it. Additionally, Tiffany made sure my ring was properly sized in time for my departing flight. When in Portland, I will definitely make sure to visit Tiffany and All That Glitters.

Mario the Manger is a pretty decent guy vary fair, Toni though she’s the best, she goes above and beyond to please customers I’m so happy she’s an employee at this establishment, she is truly an angel thanks for everything Toni this five stars for you. You are greatly appreciated

I went in there to look at a beautiful guitar and walked out happier than I walked in, all thanks to the help of a lovely lady named Cindy ! She had a smile on her face the whole time and made what me feel very comfortable with my options in purchasing. I know I'll be returning :)

This place gets five stars relative to similar businesses...Anyone reading this is probably aware that they are not going to be shopping at Nordstrom's, right? The place was pretty clean, and organized well enough. What makes this place worthy of five stars is the staff. Pawn shops seem to have a reputation of surly staff. The big guy behind the counter...Aaron, I think...was very friendly and helpful. He pointed me in the right direction.

I like to wear makeup and lace and wigs sometimes. I made the mistake of dressing up and trying to get a loan for my electric guitar and amp at this place. At least I think that was the problem. The guy who assessed the value of my stuff was totally unfriendly, glaring at me through our entire interaction. My gear isn't real high quality and it's dusty cos I haven't played in a while, but it's decent low-end equipment that's worth buying (I bought it in the first place, after all). They wouldn't offer me any money for my guitar first because it was missing a string, and after I said that I'd replace the string, they wouldn't take it because it didn't have a case. Neither of these things was told to me in a helpful fashion. It felt a lot more like he really wanted me to take my business elsewhere. Which I did, to another place in Vancouver who were friendly and who gave me twice as much as the grouchy jerk at All That Glitters offered me. I rarely have to put up my belongings for a loan but I'll never do it here and I'll never buy anything from them either, but I'm sure they don't wan't money from somebody like me anyway.

I got a very nice playing Guitar! Cindy was awesome and very cool. She helped me find the year and location of were it was made. She went out of her way to help me. Very happy my purchase! Thanks !
