    With a low credit score and a limited amount of cash on hand, I was a little doubtful of getting new wheels. But, to my surprise purchasing a new car was way easier than I imagined. From the online pre approval application to the appointment at the dealership it was really painless!! When I arrived, there was no pressure at all, the young lady who met me was extremely professional, alowing me to relax. Javele Canilao answered all questions and I could be more satisfied with Javele and Avian we're superb. I got below real market pricing and all the deal was a no surprises endeavor. Highest of recommendations to everyone

    Credit Yes does not apparently pull your credit. They promised me a low payment with no down payment but the dealership they sent me to pulled my credit and said I would have to have a high payment and high down payment. I would give them less stars for wasting my time and emotions if I could.

    The service was okay, I asked for a pre-approval here, they ran my credit. I got approved for a vehicle I wanted. Told me to go into the dealership there to go get all the filing paperwork done, went inside there and they kept trying to sell me a car 10k over the price of what I wanted. Its so upsetting, and then also while I was there, they kept running my credit with other credit unions WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I never signed any documents, and they would refuse to give me my documents back that I DIDNT SIGN. They are really shady at First National Fleet. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS OR THE DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I will never EVER tell people about this place. They make everything sound so nice but I could figure what was going to happen by the way they were talking and being all skeptical. A amazing waste of 2 hours.

    When they called they were very nice and positive. However they only offered me one dealership to use. When I told the representative that I had a very bad experience with this dealership in the past and would ever do business with them again as they had very shady business practices. They representative stated that was the only dealership that I could use. There was no attempt to offer another solution. I thanked them for their time and declined to ever do business with them again.

    I received a call from credit yes and they informed me that I was pre-approved for a vehicle with a car dealership a few miles from my home. I spoke with Heather she was very professional and nice. She set me an appointment and followed up to see how my experience went at the dealership. My overall experience was great! Thanks credit yes & fiat of Chicago for making my car buying experience awesome! ☺

    I was just calling, Credit YES on some, let me check them out to see if I qualify. My credit was not that great, however, I was still able to get a brand new Mitsubishi 2017. I'm very happy I went to Credit YES, they really gave me great advice and connected me to the right car dealer, which, made me feel very comfortable about my decision to buy a car. I would highly recommend Credit YES!

    dude I'm about to introduce changed my life After 3 years of trying on my own to build my credit to a great spot for a good mortgage loan, I can advice that it is a tedious and long process that may not sum up to be all beneficial especially if you earn low income. I had kept utilization under 10% and maintained up-to-date payment for these 3 years of DIY approach to credit fix. That didn't help much as I still battled to take off some errors, collections and old negative items on my profile. The 3 bureaus have failed to be any cooperative, frustrating my efforts. I did a little more research about getting a professional to help me along the line. It turned out to be a great decision, a huge turning point. I read about Mark Ruben A.k.a Royalblade on YouTube. Long story short, I contacted Royalblade at protonmail com for help. He was able to settle my old scores which let my credit boost 64 points upwards in 2 weeks.

    This process was very easy with no pressure to me. Once I found a car I liked I went to lunch and when I returned my paperwork was ready to sign. Tyler and Jeff handled the process. And yes I would absolutely recommend friends and family to do the same if they are shopping for a car.

    If I could score 0 I would. The customer service rep who was texting me was very rude when I was not able to go into the dealership. I had a situation to arise. I was contacted by several reps and I had already rescheduled with the dealership. The rep got in their feelings and told me they sending the pre-qualify back and contact when I'm a serious buyer. To me that was unprofessional and inconsiderate. Then they sent a smiley face (being sarcastical) and said to have a good weekend. Is this a business? I felt like I was chatting with someone i was beefing with. I told the rep to get some customer service etiquette training because their comment ans reaction was unnecessary. So sorry company for poor review but please train your staff in customer service. Customer service set precedence over anything! Thats how the door opens and revolves. Gwen Thrower

    If I could give 0 stars I would! My wife went through credityes.com and after about a week with no one contacting her about whether she could be assisted she was persistant and continued to find out if anyone was going to contact her. She was finally contacted by Ron Tonkin Hyundai of Gresham. She was told by Andrea Rice, after multiple conversations via e-mail and appointment phone call she was APPROVED. My wife was then told to come in Monday at 9am and tell them we are doing the credityes.com program working with Andrea. We did that. My wife also asked Andrea if we could do more over e-mail and phone all due to both myself and my wife being high risk and COVID19. She was told we did as much as we could via phone because she needed to prove it is her who is applying for the loan and not a fraud. We were told it would be 2 hours max and she will prove who she is and do paperwork and decide on the car. She also gave us the approval information like total amount approved and cap on the monthly payment. We were sent the website to pick a car and let her know which one so that it would be available to test drive on that Monday. We arrived and was greeted by the first person who was at the door. We told them the information that we were suppose to upon arrival. We then had a sales guy come to us at the table and told us he was working with us. We made it clear to him we were also working with Andrea and asked if we could see her. He responded with, "I don't know if she's here, she might be but might not be." My wife was given an credit app to fill out, and she said this was already done via online. The sales guy who's name was maybe Jason, made a comment about another sales guy who in passing said something funny. "Jason" said, "He has a touch of autism," and proceeded to explain his quirks. While engaging in conversation and trying to understand why we aren't accomplishing the tasks Andrea said we would, "Jason" continued to shrug and just bypass our confusion and understanding of the process. He then asked what type of car things are wanting. I showed him the same car we gave Andrea previously and was told that car would be in my wife's file. "Jason" said, ok so you want sporty etc. like this car wasn't an option. He then said we would get in a car at this dealership and drive all over even into Beaverton to get a car and look at it and it could be an all day thing. When I pointed out the vehicle I wanted was less than 15 min away he again bypassed that and proceeded with completing his questions. About the same time we heard a male yell over the clear wall loudly and onto the sales floor, "What's up with this auto loan!?" My wife and I were confused who he was speaking to and sat there, while "Jason" looked puzzled at us waiting for us to respond. My wife then said, "who us?" and asked for the question again. The same male then yelled over the wall once again, asking about the finance company we had our other loan with. I feel like this is a confidential thing, and he couldn't get his lazy butt up and walk over to the table and talk to us respectfully. I then asked why we are being screwed around with, and not once did either male associates explain or take the time to come talk to us about what is happening and why. We were then told, nope we can't help you and when we asked again to talk to Andrea we were once again denied. I then asked for the sales manager and I was told the same male adult who yelled over the clear wall, was the sales manager. I then asked for who is above him, and "Jason" said, "The general manager." I then asked to speak to him, and was told by "Jason" he isn't here because this is where he parks and his car isn't here. I asked for the GM's card. "Jason" said he doesn't have one. This entire experience was horrible, and I wouldn't buy a car here unless you want to be tricked, lied to, and treated disrespectfully, while also giving out your information and learning about the medical information about other sales associate!

    The best decision I ever made. Walked out with two car in stead of one. Eric was awesome. Ben dodge was super amazing at explain things. I honestly feel blessed to get my car from here and can't wait to rebuild my credit as well with these new payments on my report!!!! From beginning to end they were aware and very professional

    I saw the commercial and decided to fill the application online I was a little worried at first because my credit score is not the best within 24hrs they called me back and hooked me up with Don McGill Toyota and I was able to drive away with a 2015 Camry no money down. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

    People were get friendly and helpful. Didn't expect such a quick response when I applied but they got in touch with me the same day.     I applied online, got a call within 15 minutes and was asked to verify a few things before they finished processing. They said I was "prequalified" and they matched me up with the dealership that could help me and set up an appointment for me. As soon as I got the information about the dealership I went ahead and looked at their inventory and saw the car I wanted. Fully understanding that prequalified does not necessarily mean preapproved, I called the dealership directly, I told them that I lived an hour away and I didn't want to waste my time if I wasn't going to get approved. Because Credit Yes properly communicated with them, The dealership knew exactly who I was and had pretty much most of what they needed in order to get the ball rolling. Credit Yes had properly facilitated this transaction between buyer and seller so well that I was able to drive home with my new car within 24 hours! Please understand, Credit Yes is NOT a bank. Don't expect them to give you a loan check. Prequalified does NOT mean preapproved. They match you will dealerships that can help you and in my case, they did it very well.
